Awesome staff, Alex and his crew are great, reliable and fast workers. They will make sure your vehicle is running back to normal as if nothing happened to it. Amazing work, I m very blessed to have had them work on my vehicle. Was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. 5 stars for their time, effort and service.

Amazing. I was told my car was not worth fixing - that repairs would cost more than it was worth. I went to several bodyshops in the area and almost gave up before I came to Frontline. Ali worked with me and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate. He took the time to find second hand parts that reduced costs and came in under the original estimate. Like, excuse me - when does that happen? They really care about their customers, and my car is as good as new. So honest and hardworking - I will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the future.

I got my front bumper upgraded to a newer style BMW and fixed my cracked windshield + all my dents. Fresh paint job too and I was just stunned. There seriously the best at what they do !!!!!!

The staff at Frontline was courteous, professional and very skilled at repairing the damage to my car. The car looked better than when I brought it from the dealership. I highly recommend Frontline Automotive to repair any collision damage to your car.

If you're on Google Maps looking around for a trustworthy place to fix up your car you should bring it here!! I was so stressed out but the process to get my car fixed here was completely stress free.Someone tried to steal my Hyundai with a USB so it was just sitting on the street with a smashed window in an undrivable condition with the ignition completely messed up. Multiple shops in my neighborhood told me to wait until the next week to bring the car in but Ali towed my car away within a few hours and even stored my car inside since it was going to rain the whole weekend.I had to pay out of pocket but the pricing was extremely fair and they even helped me save a few hundred dollars by getting OEM glass from a salvage and fixed the paint that was ripped off by the duct tape I used to cover the window free of charge... All I had to do was go pick up my freshly washed and detailed sparkling clean car and drive it back home like nothing happened. Overall an amazing experience.

Frontline Auto and Ali were so incredible after I was in a car accident (got rear-ended badly on the BQE). I found frontline through a quick google search and was completely blown away by their service. They came and towed my car and ordered me an Uber home. Then, as I dealt with a back-and-forth insurance nightmare for several weeks, Ali stayed in direct contact with me he was super responsive about sending the necessary documents to the insurance companies, and even helped me and gave me advice when the insurance company attempted to total my car which was not the right call for many reasons, nor was it something I could afford. We pushed back and were able to finally able to start on repairs! The Frontline team did such a wonderful job with my car and it came out of this looking brand new. I m based in Astoria but I d still come back to Bk to use Frontline again. I can t thank you guys enough!

Best experience with a body shop. They finished the high quality work exactly on the day and time of the week. My car needed 3 applications of the paint, has pearl white color.Ali was very transparent and understood my ask clearly.I was not worried about any thing going missing from the car, this is NYC, you know what I mean.Found a good professional, on time body shop after a long time. My son's friend recommended this shop. They had their car done here some months ago.The best part was their price and confirmed schedule. I had asked a few friends for estimates as it's been a while I had to get body work done on a car. Ali promised it in 4 days but was able to do it in 3 days time. Frontline Automotive is great! I took my Hyundai Sonata to have the tail light and side mirror fixed after my car got side swiped. Ali was very kind, accommodating, and helpful, and gave me a very fair price. The other staff members i interacted with were also friendly and knowledgeable. Ali and the team at Frontline went above and beyond for me. My car was hit while parked and the event happened to coincide with some other really rough life events.Ali was extremely kind and caring, he made sure to keep me up to date on all the insurance stuff and repairs. Because my car had been banged up twice thanks to people who can't parallel park or frequently confuse the gas for the brake pedal, I stopped by Frontline for an estimate. Ali quoted me a very fair price to repair and repaint my rear bumper. His team was very busy but still managed to squeeze me in within a couple of days.The result? It is BEAUTIFUL work! It looks like a brand new bumper and the color matches perfectly. In short, excellent service and an excellent experience.Service: Painting

Frontline has got to be one of the greatest shops in town. Obviously in NYC there s a ton, however you couldn t convince me to see somebody else. I was referred to these guys by a close friend and have been continuing to have work done on my car. They really know cars and have a passion for getting things done the right way. I got my Towncar fixed here after some serious damage from a motorcycle. I recommend this place for anyone needing good collision repair work. The owner Ali was very transparent on all the work that would needed to be done. The price was fair also. I would definitely come back here for collision repair work. Cheers!

Very professional people with the HIGHEST LEVEL OF QUALITY i have ever seen in my life. I've been driving my beat up bmw and had a bender, they fixed it and more. Excellent work and customer service. They did the job (fixing a dented bumper) quickly, efficiently, and with a personal touch. Highly recommend for high quality bodywork at a very affordable price.
