A few months ago I got into a hit and run. I was recommended by red line auto to flawless as a honest and trustworthy shop. Paid over 2000 + $ to get a rack and pinion replacement that as per bp Singh never got replaced! The new mechanic shop doesn't even5 want to do work on my car because of what was never done and advised I must go back. As of now my 2015 must has lost complete control of my steering and I'm in a bigger predicament. I am heading back now just to give the benefit of the doubt & from the advise of the 2nd mechanic shop I went to who advised I must go back to them to fix this! Michael is the son of the shop and I qas greatly disappointed stay away from this shop. I wouldn't go back if unless I had no other choice & apparently I don't have any other choice !!.. update went to 5 different mechanic shops plus Ford dealer ship whom all confirmed either the part was never swapped or it was a defective part they installed. Rafael the shop owner is disgusting with his behavior karma will either get that guy or it already has!

Great people with great prices, they do great work and they do it well especially for BMWs. They have a great seating area while you wait for your car to get fixed. I had installed lowering springs and shocks and new strut mounts along with new control arms. Great experience at flawless as my 2018 ats Cadillac had a few things to get done (catch can , bigger throttle , cue screen, rotors and brake pads and performance at this shop was flawless mechanics were very knowledgeable and pricing was right on so I do recommend this shop and there responsibile for any mishaps. I wanna thank JV and the rest of workers . I will be back . God bless to all .

This was my first time using this business. I initially found them on social media .Great location to get suspension work done. I had a cls550 that came in with a damaged end link they replaced my adjustable end links and had me up & running in hours . They also did a great wheel alignment. I would definitely recommend this business for any suspension work and alignments. Great service and trust worth people .Service: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my van to get a tune up to end up spending $1100 bucks when I got home looked under the hood to check the job one of the guys broke my fan rotors and they don t want to replace it don t go there they too expensive and irresponsible that s why I don t like to take my car to mechanics fix one thing and mess up the other

on july 8th i took my cheveolet suv car, for alignment service, because the next day i had to go on a long trip, i just started driving on the highway at more than 50 miles per hour, my car started going to the right and the steering wheel did not stay straight, when I arrived at my destination after driving 8 hours, I went to a mechanic in that city, the mechanic told me that the car did not have the correct alignment. I will never go back to this place again because they are not professional.

I 100% recommend this shop. Brought my 2015 Honda Accord for BC Racing coilovers install and wheel alignment. They did an amazing job. Within an hour and 30 mins they were done. They also gave me good pricing on front tires since mine were completely done.These people are very knowledgeable. Pricing is also on point. I m Extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely go back for anything regarding my car.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

These guys are awesome, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly polite and courteous. I went in for a tire alignment they got in and out, and these guys know alotttt about cars cause they build race cars in their downtown lol, would def recommend for any and alll automotive needs

I live in the neighborhood always seen bagged cars here so I figured it must be the place to go for bagging your car I was mistaken big time they left me stranded and said they didn t go out to help they ducked my calls when you go to get a estimate it s one price and when it comes time to pay it s another overall bad experience here had to have someone else who works on air suspension come to where the car was stranded and fix what they did wrong so I will not be going back here for nothing and I suggest that you stay away look up fitment gawd on instagram
