If I could give more stars I would ! Figg was very knowledgeable and respectful which made my experience amazing! I ve brought my sportster to many shops and no one could get the bike to run right ! Until I brought it to Figg and within a few days I was riding my sportster and she was running better then ever ! Once again thank you Figg!

I turned to this service for an oil and oil filter change, as well as for chain tension adjustment. The technician not only performed all the work with high quality but also incredibly quickly, which speaks to his high level of professionalism. It was particularly pleasing to find that all the necessary consumables were already in stock, eliminating the need for waiting and additional shopping trips. I want to express my sincere thanks for the work done. I recommend this service without any hesitation. Excellent customer service and attention to detail deserve the highest praise.

Figg is an upstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and passionate mechanic and an asset to Brooklyn s motorcycle scene.Classic story, bike won t start after leaving it out for the winter. Decide to swap the battery and spark plugs, decide to call up a local guy and see if he can charge it up and pop the plugs in.So I tell Figg what s goin on, immediately he recommends a quick spray of starter fluid into the air filter. I file that away for later and head to AutoZone for a plug gapper, and on my way out the door pick up a can of that fluid just in case.I swap out the parts and the bike still won t kick, at my wits end I start blasting the fluid- you already know how this story ends.Could ve saved myself $150 by just trusting Figg, aka my new first call when I m stumped.Thanks again!

Very helpful guys. Their shop is located on a quiet street. They really know their way around motorcycles! I serviced my bike with them for several times now. Recommending!

Awesome guy and the best mechanic in NY by far. Had an issues with my 2022 MT 09 for 5 months, took it to Brooklyn mayd, they ripped me off ($820 for O2 sensor), and didn't fix it. Took it 6 times to the dealership where I bought it, they have no clue, gues who does, this guy. He fixed it in a couple of days and way cheaper than the other guys. Now my bike wors like new. Don't go anywhere else if you want your bike fixed, this is only shop you will need!

Highly recommend!Well seasoned and extremely experienced.Helped answer all my questions, did an oil change on my bike, checked out my leaky forks and gave me tons of advice. Honest, genuine and transparent.Would definitely recommend calling in before showing up just incase he s unable to take you in right away, as I showed up unannounced (oops) but he was super accommodating otherwise and I m so grateful.I d 1000% come back here.Update: I came back a short time later due to leaky forks. Him and his guy helped change out my seals and I was back on the road the next day! More than a month later everything is still perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting FiggTree s, and it was an outstanding experience. He demonstrated an exceptional level of skill and expertise. What impressed me the most was the mechanic's ability to diagnose and explain the issues with utmost clarity. Everything was done when he said it would be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All the great reviews speak for the quality and professional service provided by Figg. I entrusted him with my new 21 Fatbob and he did an excellent job installing a Vance & Hines exhaust. The rate charged was extremely reasonable and he went far above and beyond the call of duty. Figg gave me a lot of pointers and educated me about the new motorcycle; he even helped me get it to its parking spot. A+ service !!

Figg was incredibly helpful and honest. Twice, he looked at my bike and walked me through how I could fix it myself. He could have easily charged me a diagnostic fee and a few hours of labor. Instead he was incredibly forward, honest, and I could not appreciate that more.Figg also tuned my bike and it has been running great. Quick turn around with a very fair price. Great to have someone like him, nearby in the neighborhood.

Could not be more satisfied with these guys. Brought multiple bikes there and they provided me with the best service possible. Knowledgeable staff and fantastic ownership. Bought my first bike in this country Didn t know any good shops in my area and a friend pmo to this shop, called to make sure they had time to fit me in to get both new tires mounted on my 390 Duke ( went to they shop in Staten Island ) and man that was done quicker then I thought also met some cool ppl while I was there 100% recommend them from now on this my #1 go to shop !! Will be back soon to get other things done

I had a terrible experience with this disreputable guy. Began work on my moped and half way through the job, decided it was too much work and tried to return it to me in a disassembled state! I insisted that he finish and he did so poorly and admitted he did not know what he was doing! More recently, my friend brought his scooter for repair because it was stalling out. The Figg called my friend 20 minutes after he dropped off the bike claiming it had been repaired. When my friend came to pick it up and after paying $50, the bike continually stalled again and figg refused to return any phone calls.Do yourself a favor and stay away from the shop.... I don't know what he's putting in the Kool aid to deserve the 5 star reviews bc this guy really sucks... reallyUPDATE:He refunded the $50 out of shame after this was posted. I still won't recommend him

Went to him twice by now, first oil change then a popped tire. Super friendly guy, super knowledgeable. You may be skeptical when reading all these high star reviews but this dude is genuinely a motorcycle genius. Not only will he give you tips, he will also let you watch him do everything and will answer all your questions without thinking twice. He's the only mechanic that I go to. Highly recommend.Services: Tires, Oil change

I found the house based on the address. There wasn t any activity so i called the number associated with the google search. The man said that he is figg, doesn t work on a bike as old as mine, i asked for a recommendation to which he responded that he does have one and he agreed to text me the guy. So far, i haven t received a text with a recommendation. Maybe he did send it but it didn t receive it. Thats that about that

By far the best around. This is not your random guy that works on your bike in a dealership or any random shop. This is passion, love, compassion. This guy knows what he s doing and takes pride in it. His work speaks for itself. I trust no one else with my bike. Never a bad experience, always impressed. It can be a big job or a small job, no matter the job Fig is the only one I trust. I don t have to worry if the work on my bike is done right with Fig, I used to worry all the time when dealing with the other places. I don t even worry about getting ripped off because his prices are FAIR. Honestly, if you aren t using Fig, your missing out.

Let me just say when I saw the reviews I thought something was off, Everything they say is true. I called him and asked him if the fix dent rims. After sending him pictures he told me I don t even need to go to mechanic he explained to me how I can fix it by myself. The dude was polite and helpful. Next time I will be needing to do work on my motorcycle I will be sure to do it here. Bravo it s all I can say for his professionalism and courtesy!!

Mad respect for this young man. He's got integrity. I can't vouche for his skills as he didn't fix my motorcycle whenI took it to him, but he is a respectful and honest person, which is hard to find these days. I recommend him because contrary to those other shops, he will be straight forward with you.Good luck sir.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Had just a great experience with FiggTree, the guy is awesome, great to talk to and he has great experience in troubleshooting, this guy is simply passionate about what he does, he listen to you and he's explaining you what could be wrong and he is reasonable. Simply great to finally meet a mechanic who is down to earth and who cares. I will definitely be back if needed. Haven't met a helpful and careful person like him in a long time. Real pleasure! I definitely recommend FiggTree!!! I would give 10 stars if possible.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

This guy fig is the best person ever I swear I had called him earlier, asking if any if he could take a look at my bike because it won t shift my gears, but as I spoke to him on the phone, he said to bring it and I thought you know, it will be a hassle but soon as I got there, he looked at my bike. He told me was wrong with it and he fixed it with no tools and nothing but his bare hands and now I m able to go to the third and fourth gear this guy over here is the best thing that could happen to a motorcyclist. Thank you so much Figs and I will be seeing you soon and I hope you get more and honest people like me. Thank you.

I have a triumph street triple, had a problem starting motorcycle, went to a dealership twice, and no improvement. Replaced battery, clutch adjustment etc, did not helped. Figgtree identified the issue in 5 minutes ( Regulator Rectifier). 4 months in, no issues. Simply the best

By far the best customer service I have ever seen!! Very friendly and will be very honest with you about the work needed for your bike and if he can or can t repair it or if it s worth it or not. This is more of a friend than a mechanic j can just go to. Honest work and very very nice work compared to any shops near by. Pricing is very fair as well! Def my go to person for all my bike repairs/upgrades!!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Oil change

This dude Figg, is official! He will take care of you and your bike! Hands down the best experience I ve ever had.. with any mechanic! He s honorable, respectful, responsible and dependable! I have only good things to say about my experience with him. Any bike I purchase.. i will definitely be bringing it back to Figg to check it out. He treats your bike as if it s his own. He literally made my 10 year old bike, feel brand new! Thanks again, Figg! You earned yourself a life time customer!

Figtree is an excellent, passionate Motorcycle mechanic. Fair prices, and when he does any work or service, he fully explains what he's doing and why, and show you so you understand, no matter how basic or extensive your own motorcycle knowledge is.
