This has been my greatest experience with a repair shop in a long time. Miss Daisy gives the best customer service with her beautiful smile. Then it gets better with her brothers the most awesome Mechanics in town. They know their way around any vehicle. I just had to write this review because I have to give credit when it is due and F& H Auto Repair is the true definition of a repair shop hands down, I would give them a 10 if it was available. To the Mechanics Raphael, Hector, Felo and the whole crew I salute you guys big up straight. I went there for a coolant leak and found my truck needed a new Radiator. They showed me exactly what was wrong before the work was done and the price.They not only replaced my Radiator but gave my Engine an awesome detail clean.

I went there with a view to changing my brake pads and rotors. I went to a couple of nearby places before like Baba Auto Repair, other 2 in Jersey City, NJ (near where I live). Baba Auto Repair made me wait more than half an hour and gave me a ridiculous price ($300 labor, $250 final price) to change these. Then I searched in Google for auto repair shop near me and found F&H Auto Repair and went there. They gave me very good price and did great job.I highly recommend this shop.

Reasonable rates , competent workers pleasant experience , popular business so I'd suggest you get there at the start of business.. the early bird gets the worm! They do great work.

Good customer service and the price is better than reasonable, at least from my experience. I came with a leaking brake line, and needed to change all the rotors and brake pads. I provided my own material they installed it and for the low price of $160, I don t think every car problem is the same but their prices are definitely unbeatable!

I wouldn t recommend this place because they charge you so much money and keeps making up lies just for you to pay more. They charge me a lot of money only for my car not to be fix and told me I needed to pay other things.

This place is great. Used to spend thousands of dollars in Nissan shop. I've been shaving my car fixed and run for check up and comes out brand new. Daisy is the manger ask for her . She is amazing will work with you anything you need

This is a quality auto shop. I originally took make 04 Santa Fe car to a Hyundai service center and had a diagnostic test. They quoted me $3100 for a tune up, spark plugs/gasket replace, and power steering hoes replacement.I took my car to F/H and met a lovey women name Daisy who runs the shop. She was extremely helpful, she was very informative and knowledgeable about everything I needed done. She even suggested where I could go to buy parts and have them delivered directly to her from the store. She was very fair in pricing. They charged me $531 for everything including a oil change! I also ordered a few parts from amazon which cost me about $200. Talk about a different in price from the dealer.My only issue was there credit card processor was not in service but Daisy took the time to explain in detail why and assure me that the issue was being resolved. And I didn t get a call when my car was finished. They are a very busy shop and I can see why. If you have the time and patience, I would highly recommend this place especially if you are a female who s experience the mechanic hustling.Upon pick up Daisy had the mechanics show me everything they did and they even took the time to clean under the hood on a 14 year old car. Beautiful! Cars runs great. Thanks Daisy and the F/H crew!

Great mechanics that know what they are doing. They explain to you the problems with your vehicle and offer different price ranges based on different name brand parts. I have been going to this mechanic for over 12 years.

Service was great only thing was I called ahead and he told me to come i did and the street was closed so I called again and he tells me to go around the cones so I did, he then tells me ill have to wait a pretty long time so I went to a little restaurant on the same block when I head back he's like oh I was looking for u I was only gone 20 minutes he tells me a car left and he wanted me to go on in and he then tells me I have to wait an hour and a half he then tells me someone left so after 2p minutes he takes me in then I waited 4 hours for him to change my oil and they had to call someone to fix my brakes the place is good and the people are good but they have a horrible system if u want to get out early go in early !

I think best garage in NYC,and very experienced mechanics,they all are family members working in the garage,specially I like the work of Hector and Felo and very intelligent guy Carlos too

They always take care of you with their honest opinion on what's going on with your vehicle. They'll tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and will try to save you a couple of bucks as well.
