This place I had kept my car Lincoln Navigator 2006 my car was a total lost this place is so nice and very kind with all respect they have to there costumers they help every single person with respect I definitely recommend everyone to go there either if it s just to fix or oil change or anything this is such an amazing place to toI will definitely if I need any service I will definitely come back I love this place so muchMore importantly the hard work goes to a very special pinny he is the best person I would like to this this special moment and thank you for all you did thank you for being there for me when I was upset u made me leave with faith and with a big smile on my face thank you so much

Great pricing and great service all across the board, the staff are helpful friendly and professional it s a very very well organized placeWhen your car is damaged by getting into accident or someone damages it,It may be very stressful but the moment you re in good hands. A lot of stress is relieved.They did a great job on my Volvo XC90I would recommend you give it a shot. If you needed help with your car, they won t let you down. consider yourself in good hands once you arrive!!Car is a bit dirty after driving in the snow

I was in a car accident, Avy was the one who helped me. His service was tremendously appreciated. Executive collision has a great customer service. My experience with them was phenomenal. My car was parked on the street and in middle of the night someone crashed into it, I quickly called up Executive bec I knew there s no one else to call. They are the best in the business. When it comes to customer service they always answer the phone and make sure they give me a good update. When it comes to the quality work my car looks phenomenal!!! I m blown away at the Experience I had here. Highly recommended!!!!!

Fantastic work! My car looks newer and better than when I bought it 6 years ago! You d never know there was an accident at all. And then they throw in a full detail, inside and out. Talk about top notch white glove service. You get more than what you pay for here.

Tbh I was kind of blown away by how great this place is. The people were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The quote was very reasonable. The work was excellent. There is a reason this place has tons of 5-star reviews. They are super busy so plan ahead but they got it done so fast! Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

They are the most honest body shop I have ever met. They were very helpful. Others may lie and say that I needed a new motor for the electric sliding door but they are honest and said that all I needed was to install a new wire cable which was torn. They didn't make up that I needed a new motor which is very expensive. Dealing with nice people too. They were all very nice & not fake nice but real nice. It's amazing. I thankG-D(the G-D of Israel),for such an honest and helpful body shop. They also worked fast in fixing the electric sliding door. I would not write all this if it wasn't true. That was my experience.

Executive Collision was amazing. I have a mazda cx 30 and it was no small feat to get the car fixed. From the day I brought it in the process went seamlessly and I was kept updated regularly. When I had questions they had answers. There were no surprises. Just courteous and professional service from start to finish. When the car was ready to be picked up it was perfect! No matter what car you drive I m sure you will experience the same thing. Big shout out to meir and frank for all their help!Highly recommended!!!

Amazing experience! 5 star!!!!I brought my car to the shop they helped me from A-Z made my fixing repair so much easier than anywhere else! They also helped me get a loaners car very quickly I was so happy and when I got my car back it was sparkling clean!

Moe and his team did an amazing job from beginning to end.This is my new shop and I highly recommend for anyone that has a auto/collision needs.From the facility to the rental from the office to the managers was unbelievable Comunication skills are highly uncommon in this field but they have it down pat.

I had my Tesla totally banged up and I received it back like it just came out of the new Tesla factory.I didn t have lift a finger -from the insurance claim to the rental car to every dent and scratch they handled everything.My rims were all fixed as well as a complete detail!Thank you so much shmueli and meir!! They wete really hands on every moment and gotMy car back to me in record time like nothing ever happened!!What an insane job!!

Executive collision fixed my car back to perfection !! A special shout-out to Jack Sal and Moe and Medina for communicating and assisting me thruout the entire process. I had an outstanding rental bill because my insurance company only covers 80% and they paid the bill for me !!! You guys are truly amazing and your my new place forever , and will definitely refer all my family and friends!!

Thank you to Avi Rosefeld and Executive! Due to an auto collision on September 1, the back driver side of my car was damaged and needed extensive repairs. I was kept updated on the status and provided photos along the way up until the car was ready for pick up. I m so happy to have my car back looking just as good as I remember before the incident! I would recommend 100%

If you have been involved in a collision and need repairs this is the shop to go too. Executive collision took care of everything in regards to filing a claim with the other drivers insurance and even going as far to getting me a rental car. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I want to Start by saying thank you to AVI my go to man, who was in top of communication with me throughout the whole process from claims to the final step of my vehicle out of that shop. I was welcomed warmly and treated as a long time customer. I have used several body shops in the Brooklyn but none was responsive as Executives Collision. Big thank you to the employees at Executive Collision for fixing the vehicle as it was purchased. Take my word try yourself and won t regret it. Reading all the other reviews, makes me think there must be 2 "executive collision"s.I will not write too long of a speech here, but just to put it to the point, the only person who treated me with some dignity was Avi. The rest of the team is a total disaster. With the terrible experience I had with them screwing me up with the insurance company of the driver at fault (they screwed me up by making me have the insurance company send me the money directly which left me with no where to turn to once I got back my vehicle and found out there are internal problems caused by the collision which no one addressed), and not fixing internal and mechanical damages properly (their main focus is just that the exterior should shine beautifully when returning the vehicle to owner), and overall complete lack of open and honest communication of what's going on and why it's taking so long to get things moving, I will never use them again. From reading other reviews it seems so many people were happy with them, so I don't understand why I got treated like a rat, but this is the sad fact.Added on 03/18/2024: Today, I ended up paying $3600 for fixing all the mechanical problems on the undercarriage of the vehicle that were caused by the collision (as confirmed by Toyota mechanics) for which I came to Executive and were "missed" by Executive.

I recently got into a car accident on my way to Monsey as a car drove into me. I was very stressed and felt lost, as I thought I would be stranded in Brooklyn for the entire night. I immediately called Marco from Executive, who came down to meet me within minutes, assisted me with a tow to the shop, and helped me with everything from A to Z on the scene. Marco put me in a rental car right away, even though it was 9 p.m. The shop took care of filling out the claim and Marco updated me every step of the way. I picked up my car yesterday, and it looks like I just picked it up from the dealership. I've never had such a good experience with other body shops, so this will always be my go-to. Thank you, Marco, and everyone at Executive Collision, for such a trusting, smooth, and pleasant process.

Executive Collision made my experience the best one yet. I ve dealt with a lot of auto collision companies and these guys went above and beyond. They handled everything from start to finish including a car rental! Shlomie, Moe, Pinny, David, and Marco are ALL #1 in my book! Thank you boys! Highly recommended!
