Unprofessional. I was told to come back and that I should take a tire for the time being and when I came back, they said that the person who told me that is not working anymore and that they won t stand behind what I was told. I was told that I would be contacted within a day or two with pricing for a new or preferred used tire. I was not contacted. I came back less than a week later and now I m being told that I need to keep the one that they gave me temporarily and they won t switch it in for me. Very nasty interaction. The animal didn t even care to hear what I had to say and just insisted that he won t take the tire back. Stay away. There s a good tire shop on Troy and east New York ave

Get a flat, so I visited Empire wheels. 3 hrs later flat in same tire. Go back and the se gentleman say "I knew this would happen". A few questions later I was told the issue wasn't resolved the 1st time around and they didn't tell me about because they didn't have my tire size in stock. After I was told I would be charged another$15 Plus tax to get a new plug. Went down the street and they showed me the "plug" they put in the frist time.

Realized I had a flat tire while driving past this shop. They flagged me down and waved me over. I didn t have much cash on me, but they put my spare on so fast and efficiently. My old tire was not fixable so they said I could come back anytime for a new tire. I went home to grab money and came back 15 minutes later they put the new tire on and checked all my tires in about 20 mins. Very efficient, kind people. Excellent service. Jordan is the best!

I wanna take this time out to say that hands down this tire shop is down to earth I started with a bad day. Jordan helped me out beyond any tire shop very professional men was fast and knowledgeable.Thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou!.

Dishonest with their prices. Went to have a new tire put on and a bad one removed - they charged $30 which I was surprised by I was expecting $20 - the guy says "this is a rich neighborhood" (awkward) - I felt I was being ripped so later I called them on the phone to ask what the cost to swap a bad tire for a new one and they said $20 which is what i was expecting originally. Stupid move when the community talks and overcharging will get around. Go to the corner of East New York and Troy for honest service.

These guys are no frills, chill and totally helped me out when I walked in bc I needed help getting a tire back on a rim. They aren't super chatty but kind and helpful. Cute dog too :)

Went there to replace our tire because we had a flat. They gave us a new used tire, 1 week later that tire had a flat and a hole in it. We went back and got another new used tire, 1 week later the tire had another flat and hole. We finally decided to go to a different tire shop and he showed us that they have been selling us bad tires the entire time.Never go to them.

If I could give no stars I would, I wanted to get air in my tire, mind you my car tells me which tire I need air in and how much. I asked the fat tall Spanish looking guy can I get air in my tire and how much would it cost and he told me $18 because he has to put air in all four tires even though I know which one needed air smdh I ll never go back there again and don t suggest anyone do..

Really good tire shop these take pride in their work a lot of the other tire shop in the neighborhood really skim on the job

The scammed me when I went to get a plug to stop a flat. Had to get it plugged again the same day by someone else.
