My low pressure engine oil light had appeared on the dashboard of my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. After much slow traffic and stop and go driving the car would shut anytime I had stopped for an extended period of time. I had brought my vehicle into the shop for them to take a look. They had to basically check through the car to diagnose the problem and confirm the issue. This isn't a simple, easy diagnosis at all. They needed a few days of analyzing but they soon called me with the update. Unfortunately, the engine needed to be replaced and they advised me that I really shouldn't proceed with doing so considering the value of the car itself. Keep in mind they had the incentive to replace the engine and make some money, but these guys are so honest and fair. The craziest thing - even though they basically had to analyze and take apart the whole car to diagnose the problem, they didn't even charge me a dime for it. These guys had guys working on my car for days and didn't even end of charging me a penny! So honest, so beyond classy, professional and 100% must go to for any mechanical issues. Great service.Honest & reliable.Best feature, they tell you how long your wait will be & they stick to their timetable.Drop off the car. & they will give you a pretty accurate time when it will be done. They will call you when it's done. No wasting time. No headaches. No BS.I service all my cars there.If your problem is something that's under warranty with the manufacturer , they let you know that it can be done at any dealership for free.Definitely an ELITE experience.

If I had to describe them in one word it would be "Honest". You never have to worry about being taken advantage of with the guys. They only charge you for what they do, and even then if it was not a big deal they don't charge. Very friendly people. If anyone ever needs a mechanic I send them here

I've know these guys for like twenty years, Eli is the most honest person ever! Unlike other places that you go in to fix an issue you have and they give you a list of things you must fix as well, he'll check everything for you, tell you what's needed to be done and works things out with you. The staff here is friendly as well, they'll explain any questions you may have. I would never go anywhere else with my car other than to Elite Car Care! Very knowledgeable people about all the different types of cars and prompt service, with a nice waiting room. The most important thing. They are honest and serve you with a smile. You walk away astonished at the professionalism, and how it's done in such a courteous way. And your car is fixed and you don't have to come back for the same problem again.

Wow the best service and the cheapest price. I drove in and sat inside and left in very short time all for the cheapest and honest price around. And when The boss man came in and was like all donee. I was like wooooww that's it and how much? He said such a great price It's almost free so I paid and now I know that I found the most honest and bestest price car care garage place in Brooklyn.

Booked the car for 5 people days in advance, payment was promptly taken. The car never showed up...we were leaving for an international trip and had to scramble to make it to the airport. No explanation was given and they didn't seem to care. The dispatcher advised me to find someone to get my family to the airport. Stay far and clear away from this business.

Edit 10/17/19: Their name has changed to Auto Boss. Another place told me I needed about $1500-2000 in work on my Corolla during a routine oil change, told me "your shocks need to be replaced immediately or your car will fall apart on the road", "your axels are worn, gaskets busted, leaking oil everywhere", "your heat shield is about to fall off and that's all that protects your plastic gas tank from exploding", etc. Strange, I thought, since the car drives perfectly, no sounds.I took the Corolla to Elite, now called Auto Boss, and had them take a look. I needed a new cabin air filter and one of my back lights was out. That's it. I'm never taking my car anywhere else.Original review below, now 2 years old:Fantastic service, fast, pleasant and good attitude (not to be taken for granted!), at a great price. Really took care of me, and went out of their way to make sure I didn't spend more money than necessary. G-d willing I should not need a mechanic, but if I do, this is where I'll take my car every time.

Anyone can beat a price.. Anyone can be honest, but best price, best service, extremely honest, and most importantly Elite Car Care are the best diagnosticians around. Totally awesome wouldn t go anywhere else.

Excellent and honest service. He checked my car out told me nothing is wrong and didn't charge me anything. Don't know any other mechanic that would do that.

The best place to have your car repaired they are very honest. They will only repair whats necessary. Friendly staff and good service.The owners are very friendly and with one goal PLEASING THE CUSTOMER.
