After my car was hit I had no idea where and what body shop to take it to. I chose Elite Auto Body based only on its great reviews. I took a chance. When I met Alex he knew exactly what had to be done. He helped take care of the insurance work so my car would get repaired correctly. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and most importantly the auto work was done fantastically. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Elite Auto Body. They did a wonderful job on fixing my car. The entire staff made the whole process simple. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. This was my first accident and Nika in the office took care of all the paperwork and dealing with insurance. She made the process nice and simple.Alex did great work on the car. It looks better than before. You could never tell the car was in an accident. They made it look brand. The work was done quickly and I didn t have to wait long to get it back.I am glad I was recommended to Elite Auto Body and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.Service: Body & Trim

excellent workmanship and quality .customer service A+ .Mercedes was rear ended a couple weeks ago . took it to Elite auto body for the repairs won t lie , I was nervous at first .. I looked them up online and saw all the great reviews which made me a bit calmer repairs were completed in about a week and a half .. picked up car and I must say .. if the job wasn t perfect it was 99.999 percent perfect will be my permanent body shop if I should ever need repairs again!!.. Alex & his staff are AMAZING & such Gentlemen. They were able to take care of my problem in a very short amount of time & we re not rip offs like you typical body shop. They took pride in their work. I would most definitely use them again & recommend them to anyone looking for an honest & professional body shop! This business definitely deserves more than 5 stars. The customer service was great. Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Great work and Professional! So easy to work with Joe and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. I needed help fixing my Infiniti before the lease expired and Joe helped me out. Him and his team scrambled to get my car ready in just a week and making it look better then new! I was able to save myself a fortune instead of the bank charging me for the repairs. Thanks Joe and the team at Elite I will definitely be back!

I got into a car accident, I was upset. My friend recommended me Elite Auto Body. Joe and Alex were a great experience. From the second I went into the shop till I picked the car back up from repair they guided me along stress free.They did the insurance claim, retrieved me the rental and updated me step by step. I picked up my car earlier than they said it would be ready and it looked like it came off the showroom floor.I would recommend this shop to all even if it s a referral or your in search of a shop that treats you great you with a family experience.

I used to bring to my cars to Joey when he was working and managing other body shops in the neighborhood. It s always been a pleasure doing business with him. Joe always delivers on his promises and does the right thing. The quality craftsmanship and level of customer service is unsurpassed by any shops I ve gone to in the past. I would highly recommend Elite Auto Body to all my friends and family.

The best Auto body shop in Brooklyn. Unfortunate of the accidents that occurred, I was in great hands with Joe and his team. There was a bad snowstorm and unfortunately my car was a victim of a hit and run. I was devastated especially since my auto body shop is in Long Island, luckily my friend recommended me Elite Auto Body because I was in Brooklyn at the time. Joe helped me with absolutely everything. He even spoke to my insurance for me and got me a rental vehicle which was also given to me by this bodyshop. I was so stress free I could not have asked for a better experience. All my worries went out the door and when I got my car back it looked brand new and worked even better than when I got it from the dealership.I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone if you are looking for a swift experience.Thanks again to Joe and his team of professional workers!

I came here to get both my bumpers painted on my car. They did a great job and it was done in one day. Very happy with the outcome, paint match is perfect and you can't even tell it was repainted, and it was done quickly. 5 stars!

Best bodyshop I ve ever used! They went above and beyond my expectations. They came to my job to pick up my car and drop off the rental which was extremely convenient. They handled everything for me and even called me with updates on my car. The work was impeccable, they matched my cars color perfectly. My car looks brand new. They even stayed late so I could pick up my car after work. I will never use another bodyshop. Thank you so much elite auto body!

I had a great experience fixing my car here for my lease return. They were even able to program a new key for my car and my lease company didn t charge me anything. Very professional shop, very positive experience! Will come back here if I ever have any issues with my car
