Only go here if you white or Jewish.I visited this shop to get my car fixed from some damage from an accident. When I got there I met a Jewish man outside talking to a Rabbi. Waited patiently for him to finish and noticed how he patiently took his time with the Rabbi. When he was done and he started talking to me there was a sense of urgency in his tone and action. Was rushing to look at the damage, and asked if I was paying out of pocket or insurance and I said I was paying out of pocket, he sized me up and said it cost $4k because he had to replace that door to fix a dent (picture attached) and some other cosmetic damage from the accident. I took my car to another shop owner by a Muslim and the quote came to $1350, I was treated with utmost respect, the owner of the shop offered to drop me off at the train station and sends me periodic video updates. I have attached a picture of the dent and videos from the other shop.

I ve been going here for a couple years now and they re amazing. They never try to get me to pay for anything more than what I need. And a couple times they ve given me more than what I need at a great price. I highly recommend these guys!

I don t know too much about cars, and I came in expecting to pay an arm and a leg for my inspection. The folks at East New York auto were not only kind enough to do my inspection at such a busy hour, they also informed me that I only had to pay $10 for my inspection! Will definitely be coming back for any other work I need :)

They helped me out with an issue that most mechanics wouldn t (rat in the engine, yuck) I called to other mechanics/car washes in the area and they were the only ones to offer help. Charged me a very small fee. Much much appreciated I ll definitely plan to return for other routine repairs.

Wonderful people. Mechanics know their stuff. Fast efficient and courteous. Very fair pricing. Checked extras and fluids and tires at no additional cost. Best of all, they are honest. I have dealt with many mechanics over the past 50 years. Honesty is very hard to find. Try these people and you will not regret it.

Shmuli the manager has great customer service.I have brought my car here multiple times for inspections & minor repairs.They are always reasonably priced and are pretty quick as well.

These guys are kings. They'll take care of every auto need imaginable. They're on the higher end of repairs but you get what you pay for.If you want quality service, talk to Chaim. He's your guy.

Warning! This place might rip you off. That was my experience. Shmulie (see card below), and the owner, Shuki, refused to provide an accurately itemized receipt, likely indicating why some minor repairs cost $2700+. The repairs likely don t cost that much so they can t really tell me what part costs what because it would expose them. They kept sending the unitemized receipt and passing the buck back and forth to each other. They present themselves as the same business on the card, but said they re separate businesses in an attempt to claim the google complaint was unfair or misdirected. A gaslighting tactic, basically. They care only about the review and will no doubt attempt to remove this one too. They should instead work to make it right. It wouldn t be difficult. Steer clear of this place.

This is the only auto shop I'll take my car to. Staff is super friendly. These guys KNOW what they're doing and their prices won't break the bank. Ask for Aaron.

They are very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a photo inspection and the person answering the phone told me he has better things to do with his time. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Don't do business with them there are better places to take your car where they actually treat you with respect.

Don t trust the automated scheduling system - it gave me a Sunday appointment but they were not open when I arrived. Called repeatedly as well, no smoke.

Came for a broken turn signal light. Only $20. Didn't even have to pull into a garage or wait anywhere, it was done in seconds. I'm very thankful.
