I have been to this mechanic and they have always been helpful. Koffee will test drive the vehicle himself so I feel comfortable that the issue was fixed. He also explained in detail the problem and solution to ensure I understood. The price is reasonable.

i love this place!! the prices are very very fair. they re very friendly as well. also women friendly because as we all know some mechanics like to scam women off but they don t! love it and will be back. 100% rec.

We recently purchased a car and our temporary inspection had expired. Our mechanic had retired and we didn t really have one. A friend recommended this place. I called and asked if I may bring my car in for inspection either today or tomorrow. Told me I can bring in today at 4. Needed to wait a bit but they inspected the car quickly, gave someadvice about some repairs the car might need. (Need to bring back to dealer since I have the car just over 1 month.) Was very glad that it was done and very grateful they allowed me to bring it in today.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Kofee & his team, they are the best I been coming here for years he service and repair all cars I had a Mazda Bmw and Mercedes-Benz and he have worked on every single one that I owned would definitely recommend this location. Honest, integrity, and prices.

Just called them for repair service related to air suspension. And the guy who answered started yelling saying to stop calling them when it was my first time calling and I needed repair done on my car Took out their frustration on the wrong person, bad customer service. Don t understand why they did that but not coming to them for any car work.

I needed an inspection done and was pressed for time because of the big snow storm. I was there at a busy time and a mechanic tried to force me to get brakes replaced in order to pass inspection, knowing that my inspection sticker would expire the next day. I also would have to pay cash because they didn't have a functional credit/debit card machine. Basically, I would have to pay $240 cash to pass a $37 inspection.I ended up going to a more reputable place with modern, state-of-the-art equipment and the car passed inspection. The repair that the mechanic was trying to force me to get wasn't needed for another 10K miles (replace brake pads) as per the printed inspection report that I received at the second location, where my brake pads were measured and passed inspection.To make matters worse, my earphones went missing from my car before I drove to the second location, where my car passed inspection. I found a better repair place with better customer service and integrity. I will not return to this business.

The worst repair shop I have ever went too. Mr Shawn took my money and did nothing to my car. I brought him to civil court, and won the judgment!!!! The owner wouldn t give me my money.!!! Update, a year later, May 2021. Got an oil change and State Inspection. That man Kofi, or Coffee, is incredible. And fast! I can see the top of the oil filter; in black marker he wrote the date and place of installation. First time I've ever seen such attention to maintenance detail. And, from a separate incident, I can attest that he is absolutely honest. Remarkable.May 2020. Cash only. State Inspection service is wonderful! By the book: lights, brakes, emissions, etc. Twenty minutes, IN/OUT. $37, no nonsense. Don't need an appointment, but they can get booked up in the afternoon. I don't think you can leave your car there overnight. Cash only.Service: Oil change

These guys are the real deal! We came in for issues with our brakes and were able to have the work done same day! The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain the work needed to be done!!

Koffi has been my mechanic for years, and when I tell you he s the best I mean it. Koffi and his staff are very honest, reliable and they work fast the don t hold your car for months like a lot of places.

Eagle Auto repair is the best place to repair your car, they are far more affordable than any other shop around Flatbush Avenue. Slow at times but I understand he put time and effort in his job he makes sure his customers or happy overall it's a good mechanic shop koffi the owner he is really honest give good price and he really know his work I would recommend anyone to that shop they don't charge you over price either.

Great auto repair shop in Brooklyn. I trusted them with my car no doubt, whatsoever. If you want a place that you can trust with your car, Eagle auto repair is the place.

I go to this auto shop whenever i can. These guys are professional and fast. They always provide a price before they proceed and it is reasonable. I can say that all the mechanics go the extra mile and i try to tip and give a little extra when they are done!

They fixed the wrong part and charge me for it. I felt like a fool for going to there garage. When they found the problem with the car they damage some other parts while repairing it. I should have gone to some other car shop. I was in town for my sister's funeral and they took advantage of that to gouge me. This was one of the worst experience of my life.

The mechanic seemed fair and I trusted them but they ended up changing the wrong part of the car and charged me 140 for changing the wrong part and when I came back they blamed it on the tires and told me to go to tire shop waste of money and time
