The place has become super upscale and the guy behind the counter simply put is unpleasant. They make so much money from renting parking that they don't care about being an actual auto shop anymore. Really sad to be honest as this place has been in the community for years but the community Asa whole is changing and this shop is as well. What happened to just getting a service paying for it and going home? Place is super complicated.

They put a used rusty radiator in my car and charged me for a new one and a year later I had to go to a real shop and spend even more money to have it done correctly!!! Stay away. The pics are the radiator literally a year after installation

Super expensive, prices are ridiculousCharged me 275$ to change my transmission oil & 65$ for an oil change even though I brought my own oil & filter .not to mention tax is also added to that price .so I ended up paying $400 in total .IM NEVER GOING BACK

Do not take your car there, very dishonest, very rude. It is all about money. I take a good car there for inspection, the guy behind the desk was very rude and the guy doing the inspection does not know what he is doing.

I towed my car here so they change the fuel pump. They ended up cutting a hole under the car, changing the pump without bringing down the gas tank without telling me! To top it off they used a blanket to seal it!!! Later when I complained about the smell of gas in the car, they kept the car for a few days every time claiming they fixed the issue.I had to spend so much money to find out why the car smells and also completely change the gas tank, fuel pump, and parts of the EVAP system! (The pictures are taken by the last mechanic)In my opinion, the safety of me and my family was compromised by their actions.

Henry was helpful. I needed an oil change and requested if he could do it right away which fortunately he agreed to. I had bought my own oil and filter and he charged me $30 for it. Reasonable! I'll be back for an inspection.

Always quick and friendly. There's also a parking lot which is rare in a New York City auto shop.

I have been going there for years! Today I brought in my Rav4 for the first time cauae I purchased it years ago and it needed a sticker. Actually, I have been going there for years to get a sticker for my 1995 Suzuki Side Kick! Pleasant people, very quick service!

I sent my brother to renew the inspection sticker, he failed him because the horn doesn t have a loud beeb and he charged him $37 for the inspection failure plus $70 for inspection (pressing) the horn. What joke of stealing money from innocent people.

This place is only about the money. He is not there to help the customer save a dollar. Things he should have told me he didn't. He could have told me to drive my car a few days before having it retested. That would have saved me 37.50. And when I go back its another 27.50, mine you when he saw my vehicle he could have gave me a heads up on certain things. Now he has gotten over $100 out me & all I got was an oil change.. I still don't have inspection sticker that's what I went for.

I get my car inspected all the time here. Last time they chargesd me $30 for a high beam bulb.

Came here for a NYS Inspection and they failed me for a leaking shock which according to NYS it doesn t fail for. When I informed them that they were wrong for failing me for that they refuse to listen so I ll be notifying the state ASAP about their practice.
