I recently had my car repaired at Dependable Collision, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They fixed my car quickly and efficiently, and the results were nothing short of perfect. Not only did they restore my vehicle to its pre-collision condition, but they also went the extra mile by cleaning it, leaving it looking brand new. I was fortunate to have them take care of me after an unfortunate event causing having to use them.. on a serious note, these guys are great, made a perfect job on my vehicle, customer service is the best, rental experience was a breeze.. I recommend them as they are really dependable.. & I hope not to have to use them myself..

Definately a 5-Star experience!!! From the moment I spoke to Isaac I was given outstanding customer service. He personally walked me through the car rental experience, expedited the insurance evaluation, stayed on task to get the best parts in as little time as possible, then test drove the vehicle. When he wasn't satisfied, he interfaced with my insurance company again for a second evaluation and supplement. It took just a few more days despite the holiday weekend. When it was finished, Isaac re-tested the accuracy of the drive and brought the keys to my house! It was, after work hours too! Guess he doesn't sleep much! Anyways, it was dark, but the car looked brand new, clean and shiny. Perfect! I will further examine it this morning, but am calm and know it will be nothing less than perfect. The car was returned very clean inside and out and as a courtesy, there was a complementary oil change done to give me the feeling of a brand new car. If there were 7-Stars, they would receive that rating from me!!! In summary, an awesome experience!!!!!

They are honest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Who knew you can actually find a collision shop that is honest.I met with Joe the owner, he sat me down after my car was rear endedand gave my my options, helped with a rental until the repair was completed. I was pleased with the results and was happy that I was updated throughout the repair.
