Never imagined I d write a review for an auto body shop, but here I am. I d give delta 10 stars if I could. GEICO sent me here to get my driver side mirror repaired. When I arrived, I was greeted by David who was very friendly and delivered excellent customer service. He was patient and walked me through the entire process, it was almost too easy. Another bonus is that delta is walking distance to Enterprise car rental - while my car was getting repaired, GEICO would cover my car rental. So that was super convenient as well. A few days later , I received a call to pick up my car and when I arrived, my car mirror was not only repaired but it also received a car wash and detailing! And, the mechanic took the initiative to fix the broken media console (which I had been stalling to get repaired for some time now) - all for free. My car looked like it was brand new again. This level of service blew my mind, all this extra stuff would easily have cost me at least $600-$700 more. I gave a generous tip to the mechanic, these guys just made my week. So thankful I took my car here to get repaired, everything was so easy and convenient - i highly recommend delta collision for all your auto body repair needs. Excellent customer service.

Delta Collision does high quality work. I have frequently been a customer of theirs more times than I would have liked. But every time they have restored my vehicles to outstanding beauty. This place is absolutely horrible, they will keep ur car for longer just to get more money, they are a bunch of thieves and I suggest u find somewhere else to get ur car, bc this is just awful, they stole my package in my trunk. DO NOT COME HERE!!

They did a FABULOUS job on the repairs on my car. They made her look better than the day I received it from my online car seller that delivered it to me. They were very courteous and professional. Highly recommended. A BIG thank you to the guys at DELTA!

Did a great job repairing my vehicle and it was done relatively quickly. I must admit however, the way my car was delivered to me after the repairs; washed, polished, cleaned on the inside and smelling like a brand new vehicle was worth as much as the deductible I paid the insurance company.. FANTASTIC!

I rate this shop A+, I took my Kia Sportage 2017 to get my bumper replaced from a rear end hit. They returned my car detailed and looking new again! The staff their are so friendly, I don't know what others are talking about. I will be bringing them my van on Sat to get an estimate for some work needed.

Terrible experience. The work on my car was not good. I was overcharged after we agreed on the price. My relatively new car had some kind of noise when i drove off. bobby, billy, and the asian woman was rude as hell. I contacted the BBB about this place.

Got into car accident with geico customer and was told to get my car fixed here under his policy and they took really good care of my Audi. I would love to go back there and do repairs it just a bummer that they are not State Farm authorized or else I d be paying ton of money other wise very good repair shop great customer service.Service: Body & Trim

The job gets done and the work is very good but the time and the way they drag out when you get the car back is ridiculous. They give you the run around almost like your not getting your car back and they will not say nothing so that forces you to have to call them.. Ask to speak to the main guy also everyone else seem to tell you the wrong information!

My white 2010 QX56 front bumper got damage. Went in Thursday at delta,the customer service was incredibleMy truck was ready the next day. It was wash and detail waiting for me. Great job guys

They are ripoffs and think u will not notice the difference on your parts. He tried to give me a total different from bumper thin like someone took off back of a TV. I had a gmc vehicle new I guess he felt car shining it will blend right in

They are ripoff artist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mother's boyfriend brought his metallic gray Acura in to repair his bumper an quarter panel ,they didn't blend the paint ,which is the right way!!!!! They asked 400 for that job, . When he mentioned something to them ,there response was to as for another 400 to do it right !!!!!!! Please pass the word ,an do not soliciate this place!!!!!

Beware of the thieves, they don't tell you to empty out car and truck before repairs so that they can steal what they want and hoping you won't notice. They didn't put all my belongings back until I noticed some was missing and still all was giving back to me.....

Very poor customer service.. My vehicle couldn't move so I asked if someone could come take a look and give me a estimate, without hesitation or explanation the answer was no.

Love this place although I never got my car fixed there but they seem very professional and nice I went there for them to do a Geico claim on my car I had a accident on the front end
