One of the best experiences I ve had during a frustrating situation. The office manager Mo is extremely professional, friendly and compassionate. From the initial phone call to the in person meeting she made me feel comfortable and valued. Dillion was also very professional and knowledgeable. The work was amazing!! It was completed in a timely manner and left me speechless. My car looked brand new. They even took the time to clean inside the car. I felt like I was leaving a luxury dealership instead of a collision shop. Very thankful to the entire staff.

This place honestly deserves more than 5 stars! This was one of the body shops I had to choose from after my parked car was hit and I'm so glad I selected this place. The receptionist Monique was extremely friendly and pleasant. She called me as soon as they received the request from the insurance and got me scheduled ASAP to drop of my car. The process after that was easy and stress free! I received texts with every update from the moment they started the process. I never had to call or ask about anything. Not only that, but they fixed my car earlier than expected. I had an original ETA of 3/19 and received a call from Monique stating that my car was ready to be picked up on 3/14. My car literally looked brand new lol. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dilon who brought my car out for me and he was so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone!

So I got into a car accident a few weeks ago and needed work done. Allstate put me in touch with Dan's, we set up an appointment, and the rest was super smooth and easy. It took about a 8 days to fix my car, which I expected from the get go so wasn't a problem. Dillon was super friendly and professional. When I got my car back, I was truly blown away, they did a great job. They replaced everything that needed replacing including one of the headlights, and buffed out the other headlight for me so that they didn't look uneven (you know when headlights "fog up" after a while). I was very surprised to see the inside of my car vacuumed and the dashboard was cleaned as well. To me that's above and beyond type service and I appreciate that kind of service because it's so rare these days. Dan's is truly the last of a dying breed of mom and pops businesses that treats their customers right and charges reasonable prices. I will be recommending Dan's to all family and friends after a great experience.

Quite simply, Dillon and the guys do top notch work. I bring both my personal and business vehicles there. Down to Earth, honest, fair, and very fast! I bring my vehicles all the way from NJ to get repaired there!

A scooter collided with me and did super damage to my car Dylan and Brook got me in took all my info and took care of all the damages through the other insurance.These guys did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone for body work. Definitely my new go to in Brooklyn for all my cars now. I appreciate you guys alot . I've uploaded photos so you can see the amazing work. Simply amazing

Dillon is the kindest mechanic in the tri-state area! You can tell his generosity is authentic from the second he helps you park to the moment he gives you a warm smile as you leave his place. My car needed the window to be fixed and he took care of me, free of charge. The entire time I was at his shop, he made sure I was comfortable and informed. No good deed should go unnoticed, so please show him some love by going to his auto shop!

I cannot express enough how amazing Dan s Auto collision is! My brand new car was hit and severely damaged overnight. From the moment I contacted Dillon, I was totally taken care of! His professionalism, honesty and kindness are completely sincere. He went out of his way to deal with my insurance company and fight for me. My car was repaired unbelievably fast and looks and drives 100% brand new again! I am so grateful to Dillon and his staff. Last year, I became a car owner for the first time in 25 years a 2021 Honda CR-V. Living in Brooklyn and street parking exclusively, I figured it was only a matter of time before she would start to get banged up I'm proud to say we made it about a year! When it finally got side-swiped overnight while parked, I figured I could live with it until I noticed one of the deep scratches was starting to rust. Hoping to avoid going through my insurance company and risking a monthly increase, I set out to find a trustworthy and affordable body shop that would fix me up without ripping me off. Based on their great online reviews, the first place I went to was Dan s. Dylan quickly sized up the damage, explained what he would do and gave me a reasonable estimate. Then I got two more estimates from other well-reviewed garages (all conveniently located near one another in Canarsie). No one could beat Dylan s estimate and no one was as friendly or made me feel as welcome. The job took only 48 hours start to finish, and she looks like new. When I picked her up, Dylan mentioned that they took the liberty of washing the car inside and out (Honestly, it s the best car wash she s ever had my 9-year-old asked if we got new tires because they were so shiny.) As much as I hope to never have to return to Dan s, chances are I will at some point. But at least I ll never have to shop around for a great body shop again.

Once Again I Took My 2021 Nissan Rogue To Dan s Auto Collision After A Delivery Man On A Scooter Riding In The Bike Lane Crashed Into My Drivers Side Door He Went 1 Way His Scooter When Another Way I Said Hey You Ok He Said Why Did You Open Your Door On Me I Said Why Are You Riding In The Bike Lane He Almost Took My Door Off I Gave Dillon My Car On Monday He Got It Back To Me On Thursday And He Did A Great Job The Door Looks Fantastic. The Crew At Dan s Auto Collision Is The Best In New York. I Tell All My Friends If You Are In An Accident Take Your Car To Dan s Auto Collision They Get The Job Done.

Dillon and his staff are best!!! He took care of all the body work that needed to get done on my truck expertly. He also interfaced with my insurance company. Additionally, he kept me updated all along the way with texts. Any issues or questions that I had were answered promptly. There is an Enterprise rental place right around the corner should you need that service.My truck was in like brand new condition when I got it back. The detailing work was the cherry on top! My car was smashed while parked and I was directed to Dillon from Dan's by my insurance. Dillon was very helpful, guided me in the process and made a very stressful situation much easier. I can t even begin to explain how incredibly sweet Dylan was. He went to the moon and back for me and didn t ask for a penny. He let me know what was going on with my vehicle (Kia Soul it was totaled), he recommended auctions and tow companies, and even facilitated that pick up and held onto my check for me until a friend of mine could get it. I cannot underscore how intensely kind the people are at this place, and how shocked I am at their generosity and selflessness. Thank you so much Dylan! Everyone should go to this shop for any body work they ever need done on their vehicles. 11/10. Amazing.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I just picked up my car from these guys earlier today. I can t say enough good things about this shop! Dan and his son are both just awesome! From the moment I picked up the phone to the moment I picked up my car I had nothing but a pleasant experience. Very attentive, friendly, helpful! Dan drove me to the subway station after I dropped off my car (which was not that close). He handled all the paper work with my insurance company and updated me on every step. Guys fixed everything to perfection and threw few freebies. I am honestly not used to such treatment from an auto shop. I feel like I just came from a spa salon instead. My dad used them earlier and had the same experience. Absolutely loved their service! I rarely write reviews but I just had to for this shop!

We were visiting NYC from NC. While there, we were involved in an automobile collision. We are with Nationwide Insurance, and Dan's Auto Collision is one of their Blue Ribbon repair shops. Dan's is an excellent shop. We had to return to NC, and Dan's completed the repair work. While the car was being repaired they sent us regular emails to update us on the progress. I called the shop several times, and Dillon was always wonderful to deal with. He was pleasant and helpful. When the car was finished, Dan drove the car to meet us in NJ so we didn't have to drive into Brooklyn. The car is beautiful! They did an excellent job, and they even cleaned the interior. I can not say nough good things about them and their work. I highly recommend Dan's Auto Collision

Dan s Auto Collision is a very professional environment. Everyone in that auto shop is friendly including Dillon who was very helpful. I have a grey (Midnight Black) 2018 Nissan Altima, and when I received my vehicle it looked brand new. They explained to me in detail what they changed and repaired, and I was very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend coming here if you care about the quality of your vehicle. They even wash and detail your vehicle! Thanks again guys!

Everything about this place is first class. Dillon took care of absolutely everything for me from start to finish. Treated me like family and made my 10 year old car look like the day I drove it out of the dealership. The work was flawless and the whole experience could not have been easier. I'm almost looking forward to my next accident. These guys are the best!

Wow I have brought in my 2021 Acura Mdx after was hit from the side. The owner Dillion gave me such a great price, I didn't have to go through insurance hastle this time. Car came out better then before also fixed some other Damage at no extra charge. By far best place in Brooklyn I mean that no games all business. Plus he has a 250k paint booth that's the Vital Artiary to a good body shop. Now I'm bringing him my Pre owned Altima I just bought for body work, I am addicted to good honest people that due right by me

Have done work on four cars at Dan's Auto Collision. Each time the work done has been excellent and done in a timely manner. Two of the cars were on lease and returned without a mention of the body work. Dillon took care of us each time and was very courteous and professional throughout the process. This is definitely the place to go when that unfortunate accident occurs .

I wish I can give more than 5 stars. My tires were stolen and Dan s auto collision couldn t have made the recovery process easier. They were friendly, honest and always willing to answer my questions. I would highly recommend for any auto related needs!

My 2021 Nissan Rogue Was Set On Fire By Some Nut On The Morning Of Feb 11, 2021. He Burn My Passenger Side Rear Tire He Was Trying To Blow Up My Fuel Tank. I Don t Know Why But To Make A Long Story Short I Took My SUV In To Dan s Auto Collision To Be Repair, I Met Dillion Who Put Me At Ease Right Away. I Rode There With The Tow Truck Car And I Didn t Have A Ride Home. Dillion Put Me In A Uber And Said Don t Worry About Your Car When I m Finished It Would Look Like Brand New. And I Must Say He Was Right Dan s Auto Collision Did An Excellent Job. It Looked Like It Came Off The Showroom Floor. I Could Not Be Happier With The Job They Did. He Also Threw In A Air Fresher Who Does That. I Was So Happy That I Got A Shirt From Dillion That I Will Wear Proudly. Thanks Again Dillion For A Job Well Done.Services: Tires, Body & Trim
