Outstanding experience at Cyclone Collision. If I ever need repairs again, this is definitely where I'm going. The team was professional, assisting with insurance claims and keeping me informed throughout the process. My car was repaired back to its original condition, just like it was before the accident. Exceptional work and service that made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle.

The best body shop I ve used so far. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever get into the unfortunate situation of an accident again. Very professional, helped me handle filing claim with insurance, were very communicative along the process. The car came back looking amazing, basically brand new. Very happy with the work staff and the service. Definitely made a stressful time much more easier to go through. Thank you Cyclone!

This is the best auto shop, they are professional and very caring. After a hit and run they helped with the insurance claims, and guided me through the process. They did a fantastic repair on my car and they kept in touch and updated me every step of the way. Thank you!! Highly recommend this shop!

I am incredibly grateful to the remarkable team at Cyclone Collision Center for their exceptional work. From the moment I stepped into their shop, I felt like family. The entire staff at Cyclone Collision Center displayed outstanding professionalism throughout the process. My truck was hit and the entire passenger quartpanel was destroyed. The owner made the claim easy breezy with the insurance company. I also got a rental that was comparableto my truck. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this shop.

My Son was in accident and the front of his car was completely smashed. We came to Ambrose and he gave us an estimate but suggested alternate route since it didn't make sense to spend so much money for a car that costs as much as repair. Later on Ambrose helped us to sell the car to auto dealer which was really nice of him to do. I really appreciated his honesty and advice and would definitely come back if I need repairs for my car or anyone I know who needs it. Thank you Danny, Ambrose and Marina for taking exceptional care of me and my damaged car recently. I don t normally leave reviews, but I was so impressed with Cyclone Collision Center that I feel compelled to do so. Your shop is truly a one-stop shop with excellent customer service and professionalism. Upon stepping into your shop I had no worries as Marina you constantly checked in with me regarding updates., etc. Again, THANK YOU all so much.

The first time I ever used cyclone was back in 2015 and since then have never gone anywhere else! Their work is excellent and very quick turnaround time, even this year with all these supply chain issues. What kept me coming back was the excellent service I always receive working with Marina. She is wonderful to deal with and you won t find someone like her anywhere else you take your car. Cyclone is always busy but you never feel like you re waiting around forever or being ignored. Marina explains what si going on, doesn t BS with pricing and turnaround time, and you know you re being taken care of when you re working with her. Unfortunately I was the victim of a car jacking... I was obviously distraught and didn't know what to do. A very close friend recommended that once my car was found, I should contact Cyclone Collision. Marina took care of everything!! From the phone calls to the insurance company to sending detailed pictures of my car each step of the way. The communication was amazing!!!!They treated me like family! In the end.. they returned my car to me better than when I first got it 2 years ago!! First of all, I want to start by saying Anthony is like the Godfather I ve never had He s amazing, he truly cares for ALL people. He s not in it for the money like most auto body shops/mechanics, he s in this business to make people happy and satisfied. Cyclone is the most trustworthy car business I ve ever dealt with. Im 10000000% satisfied with the business, absolutely no complaints and I ll recommend everybody going there before anywhere else. Not only is Anthony amazing but his staff is amazing as well. I ve never trusted mechanics because they always get women for their money but NOT Cyclone. I got into a car accident that Anthony witnessed and he had my back the whole time. He didnt know me from a can of paint and Im from Jersey!!! Now every time something is wrong with my car Im calling Cyclone and driving 1 hr to them because I do not care to go anywhere else the service is amazing, the people are amazing, everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, and caring. Cyclone is #1 hands down , everyone with a car in brooklyn is lucky to have a place like Cyclone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Had an amazing experience with Cyclone Collision Center. They made the whole encounter seamless and ensured that I was happy with the progress of my car repair every step of the way. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this body shop to anyone who needs their car to be fixed. Professional and friendly, outstanding service, and exceptional work- my car looks brand new!!

I had a great experience getting my car repaired after an accident this fall. Danny took care of my car right away and Marina took her time to explain the insurance claim process thoroughly to me. They were very professional during the entire claims repair process and my car looked pretty much brand new once I got it back. Thank you Danny, Marina and the Collision Center crew. Great auto body shop, I ve used them twice now. Once for my rogue sport and once for our Nissan Altima. They did a phenomenal job both times. The pricing is on point and the work is quality, and best of all the staff is incredibly professional and personable. Anthony did a fantastic job. on my car. An unfortunate accident got my car to there shop. That said though, working with Anthony (and Marina) was great!!! Anthony kept me posted on the progress of my car and workmanship on the bodywork and paint job that was done was magnificent! Thank you, Anthony for an outstanding job! I was in a no fault vehicle accident and i phoned Cyclone. They immediately arrived on scene and towed car to shop. Here at Cyclone i was greet by a really nice guy who goes by the name Danny. he assured me my car was in good hands. He handled the insurance company and made sure i'm to be place in a car rental that would match my cars cost. i was then given a 2017 Cadillac XTS at no cost to me while my car was being repaired. Today i pick up my 2013 Infiniti M-37 and was instantly pleased with the quality of work Cyclone performed. i'm a very happy. thank you guys (especially Danny) at Cyclone for treating me with dignity and for doing a tremendous job on my car. my wife is also elated. Me being a business owner my self, i know good quality work when i see it. Hands down you guys rock!!!

Any incident accident or body improvements, the only place to go is cyclone collision. One day my pride and joy was hit in front of my house. Three weeks before, I had her detailed, prepped and ceramic coated. When I first too a look at my car after the accident, the front quarter panel, bumper, and custom hood were severely damaged. I looked underneath the car and saw some parts from under hanging and cracked. So I called up a friend who had work done from cyclone collision and was extremely satisfied. I decided to take the chance because I was impressed with the way his car looked. So I called them up and they sent down a truck within 30 minutes. The next morning I was told to come down to the shop, that they would explain what damages were done and how they were going to repair it and that my insurance company agreed to all of it.They delt directly with my insurance company without having me involved at all and said that they were using all original parts to fix it. They called me up in just a few days and told me some of the parts were delivered and that they would be starting on the work. My insurance company got in touch with me and agreed to everything they promised me. The work was completed only a week and a half later. When I went to pick it up, I found it in even better condition than when I bought it. I looked around the car and found every fine detail finished to the point of brand new. My cars very special to me, and cyclone collision took care of it better than I did. Thank you so much cyclone collision for everything, Chris

This review is long over due. I was rear ended and the driver drove away. I dropped in last minute a from start to finish the whole team was beyond helpful in helping navigate insurance, got me into a rental car, and in a pinch even delivered my car to me when I couldn t get there to pick it up. Cyclone does great work. They have replaced bumpers, repainted and repaired dents in my cars on numerous occasions. They are always fast, provide updates and I have never picked up my car disappointed. I would definitely go back.

My husband got into into an accident and my cousin Ant sent me directly to them. YOU CANT BEAT THEIR SERVICE ANYWHERE I'D BET ON IT! They get the job done and done RIGHT period.I walked in upset over a bad situation and walked out with a smile due to the owners going above & beyond explaining to me it happens and it can be fixed.I have the upmost respect and appreciation for them and there's no question I'd NEVER go anywhere else again.Thanks again Cyclone Collision
