I went in today. Got detailed car wash and window tinting. The result came out bomb. After detailed cleaning my car came out like a brand new car. Very clean!!! Also they made ceramic window tint. Recommended for SURE! The best I ve got. Thanks to guys for getting my car done perfectly! Deff recommend this shop!

Though the service was very polite, the work left much to be desired. After around 7 trips back and forth I'm still left with a drivers window tint peeling off within a week of the "repair." Truthfully the work seems to be the same piece of tint tint peeling back in the same exact spot as well. Local, but worth looking elsewhere out of frustration.

The car wash at this place is straight up garbage, 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. Had my car all scratched up. Brand new car from the dealership I had it for 2 weeks and the guy is talking about the scratches were there before but I hadn t seen it. Get real and shut this joint downDO NOT GO THERE

I went here just to get my back windows tinted, the lady convince me to do it the front windows telling me is ok, is 70% light pass through so everything is legit. I just went to do my inspection, nobody wants to touch my car until I take out the tinted windows in the front, they told me they trick me and they should aware me of that. I go back and the owner were there I did not ask for my money back I know if my fault for trust the wrong people, anyway he refuses to take it out at least I pay for the service. I refuse to pay and he refuse to take them out. I won't recommend this place at all because they don't really care about you is all about money and how they can cheated and convince you to spend more and more. This is the type of business that make everyone in the industry look really bad. Don't trust them unfaithful, unscrupulous and untrusted peopleService: Window tinting

Got my car tinted here. Came out very well however one of my windows appeared to have a fiber or hair underneath the film so it had to be re-done. I thought I would give it a few weeks to let the tint cure and maybe it would disappear but it didint so I came back to the shop to have it re-done. I know it s nearly impossible to have a tint job that s 100% perfect but this was in my driver side window so it was a bit annoying to see each time i got into my car. When I came in to have them look at it I was told to come back in a couple hours because they were booked up which is understandable. I came back a few hours later under the presumption I d be taken care of on the spot but i ended up having to wait 2 hours just for 1 window to be re-done. I appreciate they did re-do my window as a courtesy however I don t think it should have taken 2 hours for a single window to be re-done. Other than that I am happy with they re work and I would come back here again I just wish I was taken care in a more timely manner after coming back as requested.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I don't usually have the time and seldom leave online reviews but felt compelled to leave one for this place. I chose this shop because it's just a block away from my home. They just moved to my neighborhood and it's impossible to miss them especially if you're cars' enthusiast. I needed a minor wrapping service that requires not more than hour work. Mehdi was honest, fast, and most important he provided fair price quoting and quality service. What impressed me was that I met him unexpectedly around 1:00 am in front of his shop. He was setting it up for its Grand Opening, I assume. I explained to him what I wanted and the next day I had it done. I didn't feel any kind of pressure or any unethical intention. Save yourselves the hassle with other shops on Neptune/Coney Island Ave area and go to them, you really won't regret it! Highly recommended!

Came here to get my car fully tinted, they seemed understaffed had to come back the next day to finish as I didn t have time to wait any longer. But good experience owners were really kind.

DO NOT COME HERE! Trash shop came here got ripped off and the work was sloppy. Something you can do yourself ( whats the point of bringing ur hard earned money for a sloppy rush job) on top its overpriced and a rip off. Most the positive reviews are friends and family. Because theres no way this shop gets more that 1 star. Overpriced and TERRIBLE work!!!Service: Window tinting

Awesome guys and the shop! Service is impeccable. Mahdi and Doug will take care of all your needs. Shop is so clean, you can eat off the floor. Highly recommend for your car needs.

Was in a car wash there for a second time and this time got very bad service honestly the car was just like out of the raining very dirty all around. The front desk girl was nice though . While they started with the next car after my concern she told them to put my car back in but I didn t have time to be wasted anymore. So she offered money back but I did not accept that just not gonna go there again. Not a bad place but they definetely need to hire more responsible people in their job.

The service started off well, the front desk manager was helpful. My visit started at 2pm, and I did not end up leaving until 7pm. I understand I asked for three different services so the time spent there was not a major concern. My issue was they were switching around pricing. I was quoted one price and when I left and returned with the amount that was quoted, they decided to add an additional $50 because the type of service I requested required drilling. I was not happy but agreed to the additional price. Shortly after, I stepped out to inspect my car, and notice they Cracked the Wickerbill spoiler I requested them to mount onto my car. For cracking my merchandise, I would have expected them to reduce the charge or the amount quoted, instead, they still charged me the extra $50 even though they cracked my merchandise. Unacceptable. I was going to to bring my wife and my brother because they love modifying their cars, but at this point I can t trust their ethical choices.Service: Window tinting

My husband had to get his tints removed to pass NY inspection and this place did it for him fast and cheap. They also replaced his tints for NY state legal levels the same day and did a wonderful job.

After much research I decided to bring my exotic car to them. Maddy recommended things that would enhance the look and Charles told me mechanically what was needed. The outcome was exactly what I expected. Took a little longer that anticipated to complete but it was definitely worth the wait. They took their time. They now also offer detailing as well. This is a truly one stop shop.Don't trust your car to just anybody.Thanks again guys

Custom Auto Trendz is the place to go if you need tinted windows, rims refinished/repair, and wraps. I had tinted windows done along with auto detailed. The prices are reasonable and Christina and Maddy promised the car would be ready on the expected date and time. It came out fabulous. I ve been to other detail shops and nothing beats Custom Auto Trendz. I spoke with Christina as to what I wanted and she explained what the process and details are. Maddy ordered car door edge guards and painted them to match the color of my car.I am very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them.Services: Auto detailing, Vehicle window tinting

The Wrapping is obnoxious, edges not tucked in, everything loose and done messy. Looks like they only respect the newest models aswell because any questions I had, they didn't have time for me. Besides that, just thought it was funny that the owner guy told me that the sound from my dual 12" subwoofer doesn't come from the speakers themselves, it comes from the air space between the two individual subs. I said WHATTTTT ? crazy that they don't know what they're talking about.

They wanted $400 to tint my Pinto I think that's a little too high for me, their work is very good but the price is a little high also, someone else wants $150,,,,Thank you Custom Auto, would rather you have done it for me, i just can't afford that right now

Reinstalled van seat s. Worker preformed efficiently and work properly well done.Floor manager was friendly and courteous. Female general manager gave me fair price. Definitely will return if in need of auto work in the future.
