Amazing service is an understatement. When you need the help the most, they're like angels, with one call everything is being taken care for you, no worries no hassle. They bring you a rental and take care of the rest, and fast, my car feels like new, fresh. When people asked me which collision I used, they all responded "yeah, I wish I used them, I hear they're amazing" as they have to deal with all the headaches and how long it takes others until you get your car back...Really amazing!! And the staff are amazing too. Friendly and reliable!!! Job well done !!!!

our family had not one, but two amazing experiences with citi collision in the past few months. I was so impressed and satisfied with how they took care of every detail, from start to finish, that I recommended them highly to a family member recently and had the same amazing experience. While I wouldn't want to need their services again, I highly recommend them if you find yourself needing an auto repair after an accident. From the towing, to the rental car, to delivering both cars all the way to Lakewood, looking brand new, they took care of every detail, making the experience virtually stress free.

I am obsessed with city collision they have excellent service. getting done the job fast and perfect they updated me every step By step. whenever anybody is in a accident the first phone call should be city collision. I'm still in shock by the level of service I got. They are KING when it comes to help someone after an accident. All other companies in any industry should learn from this company how to be devoted and commited and going out of your way to help customers.I crashed into someone at the last snow. To my mazel, the other party was 2 days before returning the lease, and there was no way to extend the lease to have time to fix the vehicle. Everybody told me that too bad, I'll have to pay cash for the bills that the car company would charge to fix their vihicle. I called up Citi, and guess what, 2 days later the car is completely fixed. I still can't belive this thank you!!!

I recently had a minor collision and was truly impressed by the service I received from Yanki at Citi Collision. He arrived at the accident scene within just 10 minutes and took complete care of everything. Not only did he assist with rental arrangements, but when I received my car back, it was nice, clean, and even had a full tank of gas, smelling like a brand new car.Highly recommend Citi Collision for their excellent service!

I would highly recommend Citi Collision as the first place to turn after an accident.I wouldn't wish anyone to be involved in a crash, but if unfortunately you were, You'd want City Collision by your side.I was at loss after the crash, and so was the other car owner.Where do we go from here?How much is the damage?Should we settle or claim for insurance? And so on...Someone suggested we should call Citi Collision, I called Yanky Friedman, he came down to the scene, gave an assessment, advised, and continued to guide and deal with insurance, rentals, etc.,And the best part, the car was ready well ahead of time!

Dealing with Mr Jacob Friedman and Citi collision is highly recommended. They are professional, courteous, responsive and responsible. This place I truly the most amazing place. I got into an accident and the next morning the took my car and really gave me a full service treatment and made the headache of an accident not a headache at all. I don t think you can say on paper how amazing these people are. Highly Highly Highly Recommend them for any and all car needs!!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Citi collision. They were extremely helpful & knowledgable when it came to dealing with the insurance claim. I received a rental car on the spot without any hassle. The staff was very helpful & friendly too. They did an excellent job on my car, they even fixed some damages that were there prior to the accident! Overall they far exceeded my expectations & would definitely recommend!

I had such an amazing experience. I called up, and a car was quickly sent to NJ where I live. They were so accommodating of my schedule, coming to my workplace even at 11 pm. They gave me a rental car to use as well. A short while later, they sent back the car and picked up the rental car. The car looked new and they even did a quick wipe on the inside as well! Communication was speedy and easy all along. Highly recommend!
