After getting my Q50 infinit fixed by Carter bros I can honestly say I would never go to another shop ! The body work on my car is exceptional ! Also a friend of mines saw the work on my car and was amazingly impressed by the color and how everything blended so well ! I received my car back in a timely manner ! Thank you

I took my 2017 Mustang here to get detailed after someone had put a plastic tarp over my car causing micro abrasions everywhere. They were straight up with me on what they could do to help and what to expect.. They exceeded my expectations and my car literally looks brand new. Thank you guys again.

I was referred to Carter Bros. By a friend. My case was a USAA insurance claim, which means USAA stands by the work as long as it's in their network of repair shops. I wanted to support a small business black owned company and not use the security of the larger shops offered by USAA's network. Thinking Carter Bros Would return the favor by doing quality work. They kept my truck for over 3 months, I must admit it looked good when I got it back, only because I couldn't see the corners they cut. USAA paid them almost 6 grand, well more than it took to complete the job, and yet they cut corners by glueing together original parts of my car that were damaged in the accident. I drove my car down south for vacation and the front bumper fell off on the interstate. Now they are blocking my calls and will not return any calls. Carter Brothers had given small black business owners a bad rep. I will continue to support small black business after tedious research, but I wouldn't let Carter Bros repair my child's toy cars. All thumbs down to Carter Bros. See photos. Oh yeah, I repaired my bumper myself.

Worse mechanic shop ever. I would have to send my car to the shop repeatedly. They over charged my insurance. I ended up getting dropped. Bunch of crooks

This shop is horrible the owner Steve is a lying men he insist that they fix my 2013 dodge journey which was hit parked insurance paid for the work to be done he claims he just a body shop so why would you take my vehicle if you could not do the mechanical part of the job this been since March 2023 and my car is still not drivable he keep putting it on other people this shop on 2310 atlantic avenue Brooklyn ny do not mess with them

Let's say if I could give Carter Bros 10 STARS I absolutely would. Last week I was involved in an accident and was in a bunch of nerves especially since it was a hit and run.� When I called Carter Bros to request a tow truck they put all my nerves at ease. I couldn't believe how PROFESSIONAL and PERSONABLE they were. The first thing they asked me was "If I was okay?"� I was in utter shock and speechless because in this day and age you don't find businesses that exhibits this. They came promptly to pick up the car and was very helpful in guiding me through the claim process. The job that they did on my car was IMMACULATE & left me SPEECHLESS YET AGAIN!! I fell in love with my car all over again. Thanks Carter Bros for everything!! Highly recommended!! You will not be disappointed!!

They took $11,500 cash from me to fix my car, they never complete the job I paid for, my car delay for 5-6months before they completely get it done yet job is not weldone..... on the day I pick up the car they left a shape blade inside my car while I was busy in the night trying to get the car clean. I got injured with the blade, I bleed so bad, yet they put the blame on someone else, saying the fault is from the shop that deal with glass.... tho they fix my car but too much calls before they got it fix....

Family owned and operated for over 4 decades. They know what they re doing.Just know when it comes to auto body work: fast and cheap never works out well in the long run. They ve fixed a couple of my cars over the years. They re always busy with cars though.

If u want your car fix don't sign over the check that brother could lie his ass off .had to take my car out of his shop and take him to court to get my money back I won the judgment he told me come to the shop to get my money he still did not deliver now going to get the marshall .carter bros is a bum shop

ALOT OF EMPTY PROMISES LIES WOULDN T RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO GO HERE CAR PICKED UP DIRTY THINGS DAMAGED AND INSTEAD OF INFORMING ME TRIED TO CRAZY GLUE AND 2 SIDE TAPE THINGS BACK TOGETHER BUMPER AND FENDER NOT LINED UP CORRECT AND BUMPER COMING OFF WISH I COULD GOVE NEGATIVE STARS WILL BE GETTING ME MONEY BACK
