My experience was a good one, 2021 Serious damage I took my car to CARSTAR. My car was looked at Buy one of the techs mechanics I was told the procedure what had to be done. I dropped my car off just a few days later and a few days later I got the phone call. My car was ready for pick up not even a week. I was very surprised, and when I saw it, I just couldn t believe. You could never tell the Car Was damage. Thank you so much for your service. I am very pleased quality all the way quality professionalism good job. J diggs

My wife Stephanie and I brought in our vehicle after a fender bender one week before the Christmas Holiday. We were worried it would not be ready in time for the break. Tamara assured that the team would try their best to have our vehicle ready in time. The way that they provided daily updates via text made us feel at ease and quite frankly didn t mind if the vehicle wasn t ready on time.HOWEVER, it was and they more than delivered. We received our vehicle in showroom status and were more than happy with the results. We highly recommend Carstar. You the real MVP of autobody repair!

After making a few calls, I decided to choose Brooklyn Auto Solutions to take care of the damage done to my car, caused by an accident on the highway. It was an easy selection as the person I spoke to, Tamara, was soo pleasant and helpful.As this was my first accident, I was not sure what to expect, but literally all I needed to do was answer my phone and emails, as they kept me informed throughout the entirety of the process. They ensured my rental was taken care of and applied for extensions on my behalf when necessary. Dwayne and Jevon were also super helpful in keeping me in the loop on my baby's progress which kept my anxiety at bay! :)Overall, I was extremely impressed by their customer service, follow through and quality of work! I was even able to pick her up sooner than anticipated, which is always a plus!My baby looks as good as new!Thank you guys! You've gained a customer for life!

Cab driver ran a stop sign and took out the entire front of my car, took it to Brooklyn auto solutions and met with josh who assured me that they will have my car looking as it just came off the showroom floor ! I must say I was totally impressed with the work on how perfectly they blended the paint but also the turn around time frame, within 3 week I had my car back and you couldn t tell it was ever in an accident, Josh was also very responsive and kept me up to date with the progress of the repair. If you re ever in need of a quality shop that does quality work with outstanding customer service then Brooklyn Auto Solutions is the place, just as for Josh he is incredibly knowledgeable!

I ve been using this repair facility for all my cars either through insurance or out of pocket and I ve always satisfied with the results and turn around time. Perfect color match with the paint. If you re looking to get the job done right the first time around this is the place for you. Absolutely great service! I had to come to them after my fender bender . From the moment I walked in they took care of me immediately.josh and the team took care of everything filed the claim with my insurance repaired my car back to excellent condition and fixed some damages that was not related to the accident . I took my car in after an accident, and taking it here was a great decision. They spoke to the insurance directly, helped me get set up with a rental car, took care of extensions and got my car back to me within a reasonable time. I didn t have to do a thing the whole time waiting, Tamara and Dwayne showed amazing customer service. Would definitely visit again!

I was rear ended and took my car to car star. Since my car was dropped off Dwayne communications with me almost daily regarding the progress of the repairs as well as an expected date of completion. I had my car back as promised and my car looks like it just came from the showroom. The service is top tier and you have gained a customer for life.

I got into an accident , took my car to the shop , me being on active duty I had to fly out that same weekend luckily Josh and the team took care of everything filed the claim with my insurance repaired my car back to pre accident condition and fixed some damages that was not related to the accident . Brooklyn Auto Solution came highly recommended by a friend - and though I was skeptical by the relative newness of the business their work did not disappoint- The work was top notch and they had my car looking like new in no time - However it was the top notch customer experience that set them apart from any other auto mechanic shop I had dealt with in the past. Josh and the team were very warm and pleasant and never hesitated to give me an update on each step of the process. They took care of the entire process and gave me a peace of mind.
