Let me start off by saying thank you to John. Great guy you can just tell an honest person when you meet them. He took care of all my needs repaired the vehicle back to New. Even blacked out the front Awesome work what else can I say? I m very happy this is the place I went to and I suggest anyone in need of any kind of bodywork or customizations This is the place to go to. Took my car here after an accident on 9/14/23. The owner of the shop is amazing, extremely professional and very kind. He would call me with updates to let me know what's being done. I would highly recommend coming here if you need your car repaired. My car looks like it just came out of the of a dealership.Thank you for taking care of us!

If you want your car looking like new. This is the place to go. Johnny and Danish are very respectful and give you all the information. They answered all my questions. Johnny even removed a dent and buffed it out that didn't happen during the accident. Amazing!! I noticed some other things wrong with my car. They found all the issues. Some more mechanical work needs to be done and will definitely be going back to get it done. You guys are awesome!!!Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Oil change

I highly recommend Carousel Auto Body. Danish and his team did an amazing job on my car. I was rear ended and now the car looks even better than before!! Danish was very efficient and so helpful throughout the process. He helped me get a rental car and called the insurance company. Danish kept me updated on when parts were ordered, delivered and installed. Everything was done in a timely manner. The shop is very neat and the staff is friendly. In July, my car was standing near the house and it was hit by a truck. Neighbors moved into the house opposite. To fix my car, we went to a consultation at Carousel Autobody. We've been here before and the service was excellent. And this time, they quickly inspected the car, ordered spare parts from the dealer, appointed a day and time for replacement, issued an invoice (the neighbor paid for everything at once). On the appointed day and time, they called me and said that all the details had arrived and asked me to bring the car, they even offered to take me home and asked how I would get there. They did everything in a few hours, even in less time than promised, everything is just super perfect and when I came to pick up the car, it was really like new, because they even washed it perfectly (and in the cabin too). Carefully parked and she was waiting for me. Everything was done perfectly, the staff is friendly, well-mannered, professional, the prices are affordable, by the way we even got a discount, in general everything is fine, I got my car back and my planned vacation by car went according to plan. Took my car to Carousel Body Shop after being rear ended. Johnny and his crew did a phenomenal job repairing and painting the body. Would definitely recommend. This shop is honestly amazing!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone that needs any bodywork done on their car. When it comes to my car, I m extremely picky with whom I allow to work on it. Saying that, I trust this shop 100% with my car. Because I know that when I hand my keys over to them, the car will be in absolutely amazing hands!! Not only that, but any work that s done by them will be completed in absolute perfection. There s no question about that! In addition, everyone there are so friendly and great to talk to about anything. I have to give a big shoutout to Johnny who personally answered any questions I had. This is an excellent place. From oil changes to body work. My wife & I come here for our auto care needs. Danish is a gentleman and treats us with great respect and honesty. This is the only place we go & so should you. Wish we d known them sooner. Very satisfied & loyal patrons for life.

Recently fixed major damage to my hood and bashed in front bumper... Everyone @ the shop is an utmost professional. Had the pleasure of dealing with the owner Frankie and his associate Alan. I brought my car here based on the positive reviews I read, let me tell you they were not wrong. I was extremely pleased with carousels work. My car came out looking brand new. You can't tell that the car was in an accident. They did an awesome job from repairs to cleaning to providing an estimate all in a timely fashion. If your looking for a body shop, I strongly suggest looking into carousel auto body.

Carousel Auto worked on my trucks and my car. They are the best!!The owner Danish is a gentleman as well as John is partner. This is one of the two best auto repair places I've ever used and I've used many, including one that should not even be allowed to operate because the negligence of one of its technicians when supposedly pumping my brakes almost resulted in a serious accident when my brakes failed. By contrast, the guys from Carousel who worked on my car just now, Johnny and Danish, did a wonderful job: Johnny did the body work and Danish did the mechanical work. It was a big job all in all but they did it expeditiously and charged me reasonably and even did a few repairs for free. Also, they were very courteous to my wife and me when we dropped off the car and when we picked it up. The car looks so good now that when we picked it up I joked with them that somebody would steal it before I even had a chance to drive it! The auto shop did an oil change, changed lights on my car and windshield vipers. I also had a loose front mirror which the staff fixed. This place is very good. The people are wonderful friendly and knowledgeable of product my car needed especially with the lights . The price is very reasonable and I highly recommend this place . I honestly have never been treated as kindly and respectfully by a business as with Jonny and Danish. I think they re literally angels disguised as men. I brought in my old beater car after an accident and they made it look brand new. They took care of all the insurance issues and I ended up owing nothing for what feels like a brand new car.This is a very special place. Great experience! They kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle. Everyone's very professional and easy to communicate with when needed. I'd recommend my family and friends at the drop of a dime. I recently had repairs done to my vehicle. They got me picked up and in a rental minutes later. They even had the interior and exterior detailed before pickup. The job they did was magnificent and straight showroom floor status. Keep up the wonderful work and I appreciate your services

My car got rear ended(Acura TlX Aspec). They took care of everything and had rent a car waiting for me as soon as I got there. Car actually looks bettter then before. Highly recomend these guys. Were on point from the start.

When I got into an accident, I took my Jeep to Carousel because I was told that nobody beats their service. When I got there, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff that answered any questions I had for them. Ralph gave me a helpful rundown of all the parts that needed to be replaced. The Jeep required both mechanical and body work done. Carousel was able to order all the parts and fix the car very quickly. I very much appreciate the great service that Ralph and Carousel were able to provide for me. When I got the car back, it looked like it just came out of the showroom. The body work was fantastic and the car drove perfectly with no problems at all. Carousel even had the entire inside of the car detailed for me, which is something you rarely see with body shops. They were also able to take care of my rental car and returned it for me when I picked up the Jeep. I don't see myself going to any other body shop if I ever need work done in the future, and I highly recommend Carousel to anybody who needs body work done!

This is where you go to get your car fixed, the right way. I came here after a bad car accident, didn t think it was fixable. Once my car got to the shop, I was assured that it would be returned just like when I first got the car. If you want someone who pays attention to the details, this is where you go. After the repair, looked brand new! Even people who never saw my car before the accident said they would ve never guessed I got into one. So happy I came here. Would definitely recommend!

Frankie and the crew provided friendly, professional service. I brought my 2007 Ford vehicle into the shop with body damage and within a few days Carousel had my car back better than new. Bring your Ferrari or your Ford, these guys handle every car with care.
