I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape and was searching for a trustworthy mechanic to give it a once-over. I stumbled upon this shop with glowing reviews and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The customer service was outstanding and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I shared my concerns about mechanics trying to find additional problems to bring in more business, but they put my worries to rest with a courtesy diagnosis. They found a low transmission fluid issue and a small leak, which they promptly fixed. The level of trust they provided has earned them my business as my go-to mechanic. This place is outstanding, I m more than pleased with this place, from the reception area, to the professionalism of the staff.As soon as I got there I felt welcomed, the service was outstanding, the staff was very knowledgeable and respectful.Theo the owner had done a great job putting the services together in this place.I recommend to carslovers without hesitation! I and my brother have used this business for the last 20 years or more. The staff and the owner are very accommodating. They explain everything and help you prioritize any work you need done on your vehicle. My car's A/C was not working for 2 years. I was recommended to go to Car lovers Auto. I made a appointment, I was a first time customer and was greeted with a smile from staff . Mr.Theo Owner and son, staff are really nice most of all honest. They are trustworthy, professional on communication, repairs, prices and quality. I will ALWAYS bring my car to Car Lovers! They are quick, communicative and professional. I ve never had a problem with anything they worked on. They know how to work on BMWs correctly! Most importantly for me is they are a family business & I feel safe going there. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women but they treat me fairly and explain everything to me. Whenever my car needs service, the whole team at Car Lovers always takes good care of me with quality, courtesy, and transparency.At first, they did a major body repair when my car was in an accident. Then another unrelated body repair when I broke my side mirror. The work was impeccable. And now they are my go-to for regular maintenance.They are always professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff are very pleasant and respectful. Always with a smile, they never stare you wrong. Before they do any work they consult with the costumer and explain what needs to be done. No one likes to go to the mechanic, but the personable service provided made this trip a great deal easier. They walked me trough what had to be done and what was done, as well as any pending issues. Save time money and headaches by going somewhere else. I brought my car for service there less than a month later same problem reappears, I take my car back and get an attitude plus try to double what he charge me in the first place. I really dislike dishonest mechanics.

I think these mechanics are fantastic, they know their business thoroughly and are very fair. I have a beloved 2004 Audi Allroad Quattro that I am trying to keep in shape for the long haul. I am very cautious as to where I take my baby to get serviced but feel completely confident leaving her with Theo and crew.I almost want to keep this secret to myself for fear of them getting too busy but feel compelled to spread the good word. Theo and Theo Sr., the Owners, are the best and the entire Staff are Friendly and helpful. My Car was in an accident and in really bad condition. Every other Repair Shop did not have any interest in helping Me. The customer service here is above average, as many mechanic shops I've been to seem to brush me off as a woman. Theo was nice, helpful, gave us the much needed information for my auto concerns, and provided my husband and I with a good experience. When I picked up my car I had my children (my 3 yr old would not sit down) and one of the other mechanics helped me with the little one. I was pleasantly surprised. All of this great service and I was a first-time customer. I will definitely be back.

I had to do a few things to my 2012 Limited Edition Range Rover Sport. I went for an oil change, front and rear brakes replacement, thermostat replacement and an engine light check.All issues were taken care within a few hours.The Teo family are truly professional and their customer service is top of the line.I surely will return to them any time I need something done to my car and I definitely will talk to my friends about Car Lovers.Services: Brakes, Oil change

This place lives up to the hype. Found them on RepairPal, easy to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in within a week. They were able to diagnose and fix my broken A/C same day at a fair price, plus I was able to get my annual NY State inspection. Excellent and professional service provided.I took my car to have the air conditioning repaired and to have the car inspected. I was given a 8:00am appointment and was seen at 8:00am. No wait no fuss. I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was very pleasant and professional in their communications. (The lobby/waiting area was very clean and comfortable.) I left the vehicle and was called within the hour with the details of what exactly was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be done to complete my request. I gave the approval to proceed with the work and was told how long it would be to get my car back. True to their word, I had my car the following day. Their prices are very competitive and the work was done to my satisfaction. I would totally use their services again.**Sidebar....I truly loved the fact that I was spoken to in layman terms when told what was wrong. Carlover is the best mechanic shop I experienced in brooklyn i been taking my car to carlovler for several year now everyone is genuine and polite and mechanic is dedicated to there craft and there very honest about your car problem check them out you won't regret!!!!!

I am so thankful to have found Car Lovers Automotive. I had to have my car towed there and what could have been a very stressful situation was made exponentially better by their friendly demeanor and expertise. Their customer service and work ethic far exceeded my expectations. My car ended up having a series of issues and the warranty company was giving me a hard time about covering the cost. Theo was incredibly thorough not only in diagnosing the mechanical problem but also in working with the warranty company to cover the cost. His excellent communication skills were indispensable in dealing with the warranty company. He was always clear on next steps and provided updates each step of the way which was incredibly appreciated. Car Lovers worked tirelessly to help me figure everything out. It is always a pleasure working with them as they are trustworthy, honest and generally wonderful folks! They are now my go-to shop. I would HIGHLY recommend!

My go to mechanics. Very reliable and honest. Ask for Theo. Theo and his crew were able to diagnose, duplicate, and fix my problem. They did what three visits to different dealers and the manufacturer technicians could not diagnose, solve, and correct for a quarter of the price that the dealers quoted for diagnoses, and if problem is found and fixed. I will always be going through Car Lovers who are caring for their community residents.
