I stopped infront of the shop to ask if they can do oil change and brakes, they said so I pulled in and called a Uber to leave and they said no boss cancel the Uber the truck will be ready in 1 hour, I couldn t believe what he was saying to me, they put 2 mechanics and got it done, very fast and excellent service, highly recommended

They are very friendly and professional people here. They quoted me a very reasonable price and came to me quickly. The man that came was very professional and knew what to do. He finished quickly which I really appreciated. After everything was done they called me just to see how everything went and thank me for the business. They are very good reliable people. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience at Brooklyn Truck Stop. Before I found this shop I had tried multiple locations with no luck or availability to get my DOT and NY inspections. When I called, I spoke with Nick who confirmed that I could bring the van right away. Once the van was at his shop, the job was completed swiftly with no issues. He was a great guy to work with and I would highly recommend his services and Brooklyn Truck Stop!

I bring my truck to the shop I have a transmission light on, they checked it out and found no oil in transmission, they recommended transmission tune up, and truck was fine after that, no diagnostic fee which was great, thank you

Called to check on vehicle and was abruptly hung up on after being told "We don't have an RV", I was given conformation from Progressive roadside assistance that it was towed to this business. I didn't get a chance to even ask or explain anything before the guy hung up phone.Follow up:I called back and the owner Mike acknowledged they have my RV and that the earlier employee made an error. I asked why he hung up on me and Mike told me to remove the review if i wanted help with the situation. I said no, thats extortion and that if* we resolve the issues then* I will consider updating the review. He called me very rude derogatory homoohobic names, told me I need therapy, threatened me, and then hung up.

We drove our vehicle to his shop to replace a trailer airbag, we were quoted at $185/hr and estimated for 1-2hrs. He wound up charging us 4 hours, as well as an unspecified price for a part pick up. He tripled the price of the airbag, he expected payment before the job was done. I do not suggest going there for any repairs. While waiting for the invoice to go through he called us threatening and cursing us.

I was on vacation overseas, and my Truck needed repair. I sent my employee to bring in the Truck.I called them, and they told me they would charge me $395 for the labor. They ended up charging me $180 an hour for labor. They put 12 hours on the invoice when it took them 7 hours to do the job. He gave me a price for the breaks and overcharged me $200. He told me he would put in one gallon of oil, but he put in 3 extra gallons. He told me he would text me an estimate, but he never did. When he sent me the invoice, I was shocked at how much he overcharged me.When I called to reason with him, he didn't answer his phone and told me to text him. When I finally spoke with him on the phone, he didn't let me have a word. He hung up on the phone and blocked me on three separate occasions on three different numbers. He did not even give me a chance to reason with him and threatened to charge me storage if I didn't come and pick up the truck.I would not recommend them to anyone and run away from doing business with this Repair shop. They are big ripoffs, nasty people, and very bad costumer service and take advantage of you.
