After having been in 3 car accidents this year, my car was in need of serious repairs and Brooklyn Motors did an OUTSTANDING job getting my car fixed and looking brand new. Everyone was super courteous and kind - Roman was very helpful and knowledgeable, and they made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. I am so pleased and overjoyed with how things turned out! I highly recommend BM with great pleasure. Thank you all times a million!!

Truly outstanding service. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Quality repair is their standard. Everyone is honest; wait time is minimal to none. I live on Staten Island, and happily drive 45 minutes to Brooklyn to ensure quality service. Max is phenomenal! I have complete trust and faith in them. Wherever you live in NYC, Go to Brooklyn Motors for all your auto needs. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous service and customer service, everybody greeted us very nicely, and explained things very clearly. Came here because another car hit my car. This is actually my first ever google review. Thus, it should tell you something great about Brooklyn Motors. If you are looking for the ultimate care for your car and a shop that takes their to ensure the best quality, then Brooklyn Motors is the place for you. Customer service and staff were outstanding and very professional. Communication was great, I was updated on the status of my car base phases of completion. The repairs and work stream was phenomenal. As they have professionals for each service line. Brooklyn motors provided exceptional service for my Lexus repair. Max Kotlyrskiy was professional and courteous. He updated me frequently with my car repair progress. The team arranged for a car rental to pick me up from their shop. My car looked better than brand new at the end. The car repair was excellent and completed 1 weeks sooner than expected. I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Brooklyn Motors for your next car repair.

The car came out looking like new in about 2 weeks. The shop is super clean and the front desk is helpful. Over all I m very satisfied. If I had anything to be. Dissatisfied about it was that we were not notified of status by push notifications. Brooklyn Motors is the absolute best. I was devastated when a tree branch fell in my car and damaged it. I saw amazing reviews about there superb service. The staff was completely professional and reassuring that my car would be looking brand new when they finished. They provided updates and estimates on when my car would be ready. I am completely overwhelmed with joy about how my car looks just like how it came off the lot when I brought it 3 years ago. I love that they have a lifetime guarantee on there work. After my car was side swiped, my insurance sent me to Brooklyn Motors and I couldn t have been happier with the experience. They were so communicative, easy to work with, and they did a phenomenal job with the repairs. Better than I could have hoped for and in half the time that they originally estimated. Had a recent accident and Brooklyn Motors was a suggested repair shop through State Farm insurance.From start to finish, AMAZING and RESPONSIVE service from all the staff.Roman explained the process and walked me through everything. Vita provided periodic updates on the status of the repairs.Definitely will recommend to friends and family if they ever need any type of bodywork or repairs done.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Above and BeyondHappy to have found Brooklyn Motors! They did a phenomenal job, they are very attentive, they deliver excellent communication and best of all, an honest establishment!I took my Tesla as a consequence of another vehicle rear-ending my car. The detail of their work shows they love what they do!As an honest mistake there was some damage to my glass roof at their establishment, honestly I did not notice at first but they were upfront and honest about the situation. They offered to replace the glass roof and had already requested the replacement. They did replace the glass roof and I was happy to pick up my car in a excellent condition and fast service from them.This is one of those establishment that deserves prosperous work and an excellent reputation.Would highly recommend Brooklyn Motors!

Get all the rest when your car is with the BEST. I had gotten into my first accident and with this being my first vechical I was very disappointed. Brooklyn Motors assured that I had nothing to worry to much about and now I can't help but smile so hard my cheeks hurt. Phenomenal service! My car had two prior owners before me.. after getting into a minor accident it was looking super beat up. Brooklyn Motors repaired my vehicle and make it look better than it ever did while I ve owned it. They also worked with me to help me get an affordable rental. Brooklyn Motors gave me my baby back! After a new driver destroyed the driver's side of my beautiful Jeep, Brooklyn Motors restored it's original beauty. it s clear that bk motors put a TON of effort into making their shop a welcoming place.the moment i brought my car in, they attended to me right away and were professional and sympathetic despite the accident being completely my fault. they were honest with the estimated wait time for parts, which took around two months to get due to the shortage. after that, i brought my car back in and the entire process was smooth from there. it took only two weeks to finish replacing and painting my entire front bumper, headlight, hood, fender, and some other parts. the paint was spot on and they corrected every small detail, even the chips on my front passenger door. they also provided me with updates through text!thanks again!

It was my first time to have my car repaired in New York. I didn't understand English. They were very patient and used translation software to communicate with me and answered all my questions. After repairing the car, the car was washed very clean. I was very satisfied. The point is that the girl who received me is very beautiful, haha

All I can say is that they re the best of the best !!!! I have no regrets coming here at all . They were very informative and I loved the fact that they kept me updated throughout everything. As for my car, I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up , as I got there I almost didn t recognize my own car because it looked so brand new .. as I was driving home I couldn t stop smiling because I was amazed how they did a great job . THANK YOU BROOKLYN MOTORS !!!

Brooklyn Motors did a superb job at fixing my 2016 Honda Accord Sport! Not only did they fix my car to such a crisp condition, their customer service was superior! I was having issues with my battery after receiving my car back and they went out their way to satisfy my needs to replace the battery, windshield, and basically fixed my car to the way it was prior to my accident if not better! I truly thank you so much Max, Danny, and team for making this experience not such a headache. You have definitely earned a loyal customer, and I will be recommending your shop for all repairs and replacements! I had some very noticeable damage on both sides of my bumper of my 2016 dodge challenger. They went above and beyond with replacing the parts and making sure everything was blended. My car looks brand new.
