Not even a customer yet. I pulled in unannounced and Eric took 3hrs of his time diagnosing my TT RS, even driving it around the block 2 times. On my way out I asked, How much do I owe you? No charge. Eric and BM, you have a new customer - I will be bringing her back. Incredible customer service.

Excellent shop! Eric is super knowledgeable and his staff professional. Swapped my 22' inch rims here and not a nick on any of my wheels. They also tighten the lug nuts by hand and without an impact driver, so they're extremely precise and detailed about their work.Will be coming here for future needs for my BMWs.

I ve been looking for a shop to take my car for months, and nothing seemed quite right until I found Brooklyn Motors! Everybody there is extremely professional and respectful!! Eric and his team helped me identify the issue my car had and helped me fix it. I cannot recommend this place more! The best in NY!!

Brought my B9.5 SQ5 in for 1/ hybrid turbo install for the stage 3 build, 2/ custom exhaust work, and 3/ dyno sessions. Erik and Alex are truly great to work with. Alex is extremely knowledgeable mechanic and will make sure the work is done the right way. Will definitely bring my car back for any future work.

Where do I start? I found Brooklyn motors on Instagram. I contacted them, Eric answered the phone, we spoke briefly. I was comfortable in choosing them to install a few performance improvements on my car. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I arrived there early, Alex ( mechanic) was already waiting for me. They allowed me to record the whole process (if you want to see it check out my YouTube channel.) Alex started taking apart the whole front end to make the job easier, faster, and cleaner. Alex knew what he was doing, so I was confident that it will go well. We installed a heat exchanger, charge pipe, intake and high flow DP. A few hours later everything was installed correctly. I was very pleased with the work and the atmosphere. The vibes were amazing! Definitely Recommend checking them out for any work from built motor, simple maintenance and performance upgrades. Best experience going to a mechanic shop hands down. Eric really took his time explaining everything to me that was wrong and how it affected my car, I could tell right away he has a lot of experience and knows what he's talking about, he was being honest and straight forward with what needed to be replaced and consulted me with what repairs I should do first as budget was a concern, as well as being patient and answering all the questions I had for him. I feel like I was being taken care of instead of being taken advantage of and you can tell they value their customers not to mention how clean and organized the shop was, I was genuinely surprised, and I feel like that was a telltale sign that they are proud of the work that they perform there. This is definitely my go to shop from now on!

Honestly, this guy was really informative and realistic when it came to ordering my parts for my car. I didn t trust my local dealership service since they are always lying about the service they actually do.When it came to replacing my brake pads and rotors they were efficient and good. I replaced both axes and had no problem with it. The price was pretty fair. Some places quoted me less and some more. But this spot was pretty fair.

Fantastic experience! Took my '21 WRX in for an alignment. Alex opened up early to check me in so I could get to work on time. Eric stayed late to explain things and discuss ideas. I ve been to several Auto shops in New York, and i don t allow many hands to touch or drive my BMW This place not only has one of the best facilities in Brooklyn, but also the friendliest staff in the auto industry as far as i ve seen. If your in the Brooklyn area and you want the best service for your luxury or exotic car, this place is pretty much your only option. Thank you Eric and Jay for all the help, these guys are passionate about cars and i will only bring my vehicles here from now on.

Awesome experience. I needed 40k maintenance on VW Golf AllTrack and was also considering APR ECU upgrade. Eric also suggested APR TCU upgrade and provided a quote up front for all the work. His prices were great and he talked to me about various options. I dropped the car off after hours, and picked it up a few days later based on my schedule. Eric explained the work done, was super patient when I asked questions, and made recommendations for future upgrades. They even washed my car and it looked great. I immediately took a roadtrip (12 hours of driving in a day) and the car was perfect, my gas mileage was 4 or 5 MPG better than prior to the service/upgrade and the car is much quicker and fun to drive.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

Amazing quality work and service! Eric and his team at Brooklyn Motors are just incredible professionals; they tackled a complex custom suspension lift plus installed a new performance exhaust on my 2008 Audi A4 3.2L V6 manual transmission which was exactly what I was looking for; car drives, rides, and sounds amazing!! Eric was always available, patient in walking me thru each step, and so knowledgable. I will be back for additional upgrades (and basic maintenance) knowing the quality and care will be just excellent! Thank you Eric and team!!

Eric, at Brooklyn Motors on Utica Ave, Brooklyn, NY, has saved our car twice this year. Eric is now our "go to person" for any work on our car. Eric's experience is above and beyond what most other Auto Repair shops do. First, he was willing to look closer at our car's power steering module, and replace parts within the module, something two other garages (both 4 stars) were not able to do. Second, he replaced our entire exhaust system, so that it will pass inspection, again something that another garage could not get parts for. He also noted other servicing needs on our vehicle's rear differential , that could cause major problems if not serviced. We of course had him fix this as well.Eric is able to make efficient repairs and get parts quicker than any other shops we have used this year. We were kept aware of the total price of all work as well as any changes that might affect that price, before work was started. He has also followed up every repair with a phone call to check to see if there were any questions and to find out if the car was running smoothly. I have been taking my two cars to this shop for the past year or so, and I cannot express how much they have guided me in my upgrades, steered me in the right direction of right or wrong regarding upgrades to my cars. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the cars that they work on. I had the pleasure of recently doing business with this fine establishment, and I must say I am most pleased. The entire process took a total of eleven days from start to finish. I contacted the shop on a Saturday when they were closed and they called me back immediately as the shop opened on the very following Monday and suggested that I bring in my vehicle ASAP. I am so glad I took heed. Eric, was a real gem, he had a doctor's appointment the same day that I had my appointment set, and he waited for me just so he can explain the entire process. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. The work is flawless, and he really took care of my baby. It is evident that he really enjoys what he does and is a real people person, that's relatable and really wants to help. It is not everyday that you come across an honest gentleman of his caliber. Aside from working tirelessly to ascertain my satisfaction, he was kind enough to give me an itemized bill, where he named even the nuts and bolts utilized for my repair. He then suggested a rental car company and assisted me in securing the cheapest rate feasible. Talk about service! What amazed me most is that I had the same service done by the dealership's repair shop about five years ago and not only did that repair cost three hundred dollars more than what I paid for today, the dealer took longer to service my vehicle. If you are at all hesitant on where to go, if your vehicle is giving a dilemma, do yourself a favor and schedule an estimate today! My car has surpassed 200k miles, but miraculously, the Brooklyn Motor's Team has my baby feeling, brand new. I am utterly impressed and grateful to say the least. I recently purchased salvaged BMW 135i at the salvage auction, which needed some engine work due to the engine misfiring. So after asking for a specialist, I was recommended to talk to Erick at Brooklyn Motor Inc. I walked into the shop, and the staff were amicable. I noticed the shop was clean, with foreign vehicles and BMWs everywhere, letting me know this was a specialty shop. Erick welcomed me into his office for a consultation; after speaking with Erick about my concerns with my newly purchased BMW, Erick offered me very fair pricing for diagnostic before moving forward with fixing my BMW. After diagnosis, my car was fixed within 48 hours. Brooklyn Motor Inc did a terrific job of repairing my car, even giving me insight into how to keep these unique cars running correctly over time.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Came with my friend a week earlier to get his GTI tuned to APR stage 2 I have a GLI within 10 minutes of leavening we did a u-turn and came back to make my appointment for stage 2 as well as other work. Great customer service guys really know their stuff and Eric and Alex took great care of my baby definitely coming back to have other work done and will refer to friends as well.

First I have to mention there s not many place I let touch my car let alone drive it and hold it for a whole day. But I was strongly recommended to them and I have to say their work is phenomenal. Prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and both Eric and Alex are very straightforward and trustworthy.I am extremely particular about my cars, and having landed in NYC from LA with no shop referral, I am very glad I found Brooklyn Motors. Got a Unitronic Stage 1+ done here for my RS6 Avant and will most definitely be back for future performance and maintenance needs.

The best mechanics I have ever been to. These gentlemen took on the task of installing a complicated aftermarket air suspension system. They treated my vehicle as if it was theirs and installed it perfectly. I now trust this shop with all 3 of my vehicles.

Hired then to upgrade my BMW infotainment system to add Appleplay. Their work was fast and very professional. Very courteous staff-especially Erik, the owner, who was fantastic. Despite the distance from Manhattan I will be using them in the future.
