Excellent services and their customer service staff too, especially Roger Santana as my salesperson gave us the best alternatives and attention. Today I managed to purchase my second car thanks to them. I feel very happy.

I must say that the service at this location was exceptionally great. I was handled & processed in a timely manner. Wilner the sale sales associate was very helpful & answered all my concerns with a positive response which made my purchase easier. Les, which would be the supervisor, he processed all my documents in a timely manner, accepted my information & concerns with care and worked with my budget. I love my new 2023 Mitsubishi, congratulations to me & thank you guys!!

I dont know what the problem is with the 4WD or the Engine but an error light keeps appearing on the Dashboard. IT'S bin constantly appearing from i bought this 2022 Outlander Model. I am tired to take it to the service center for the same problem i reached out to corporate office with no response. At this point i just want my car to be checked properly if that means to keep it and provide me with a courtesy car then that will be ok. I just need the problem solved. If it can't be solved then change my car. 1 more time at the service center and I'm getting a lawyer.I tried calling the General Manager he is never available.

Great dealership. Great price. Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The cars are in great condition. They have other cars not just Mitsubishi. Our salesman, Russell and the manager, Luis were awesome. Yohaun worked with us to get a great bank rate. They all took care of us and answered all our questions. Best experience I've had at a dealership. Chris NEO, who assisted me, was extremely friendly, honest, understanding, but most importantly patient. He was able to work with my budget and I'm beyond happy with my new car. This is the place and person to go to if you are looking for excellent service.

These guys are amazing, they're polite, helpful, and they work so fast. No shortage of quality cars to choose from and in great condition. Plus they even service and clean it for you. My husband and I went to Brooklyn Mitsubishi and we purchased a car the very same day thanks to Leston(Les). Les gave us the best customer service ever!!! He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and attentive with all my questions and gave me a really great deal. I highly recommend Les when going to Brooklyn Mitsubishi. I love my 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan. This is the best dealership and Les should be employee of the year. Thank you and we will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just purchased a new Outlander SEL from Brooklyn Mitsubishi. Les was our salesman and he was incredible to work with! He really knows the details of the cars/SUVs and is patient in regards to answering any questions we had. I went in on Friday to see about the two Outlanders they had in stock and drove home with it today. Les was very thorough with the paperwork. He and the team at Brooklyn Mitsubishi were very welcoming and great with the pricing. I highly recommend them.

Buying a car isn t the most fun activity to get done! But I will say Yemin didn t give up and got me what I was looking for. I am happy with the outcome and definitely recommend coming to Brooklyn Mitsubishi.

If I could I d given them a 0 star rating. Do NOT buy, finance, or even lease from these people. For a first time buyer they basically robbed me over 12,000$ in market adjustments. They made me E-sign blank documents that I asked to explain, but the finance manager claimed it was only for the bank. They took my down payment and put it towards their own warranty. Worst experience ever. Returned a day later, got the run around couldn t get a hold of the GM. Who didn t even wanna help the situation. They re kings at Bait-&-switching. Don t waste your time here. It s NOT WORTH IT! they are more than likely to rob you.Join the fb page if you were scammed.(Victory Mitsubishi scam you too?)

Highly recommend Yemin , Prado & Glennys this was the fastest & easiest car purchase I have ever experienced no games no gimmicks straight to the point , I wish I can give them 10 stars , I feel like I left with the best deal possible.

I give Mitsubishi Service center a 4 this time. They use to be a 5. They no longer wash your car after the service it. That was a special treat that made me feel very happy when I got my car back. Also, when I took my car in for service, while I waited for my car I shopped at the Mitsubishi store. There were no Mitsubishi items for sale only Volkswagen. It made me feel like Mitsubishi isn t a good car.

I just bought a 2021 Honda Insight and I am very happy with my purchase! This was the first time buying a car remotely. Everyone was spectacular ! Sophia in sales, manager George, Gori in finance and Myra who answered my initial requests, were pleasant and professional. I would recommend buying a car there and will definitely call when I need another.

Very happy with the cars I have bought from this dealer. Had an issue with a refund that took way longer that it should have take but finally dealer got it right. I personally like the brand, so far very reliable cars no issues at all.

No Help at all My Goodness Red Alert Dnt Buy Any Mitsubishi outlander these Cars are the number one Target For catalytic converter theft the parts are backorder for months mines Got stolen 2 weeks ago and Brooklyn Mitsubishi really wasted my time no help at all This is so stressful about to just give up driving completely

Yemin is a great salesman , when we mentioned any concerns , he was quick to address them with no hesitation. He was very straightforward & didn t try to hide anything about the Vehicle. He worked with us on the price & overall a really great guy , Definitely coming back here. Had a positive experience buying my new ride. Tim is a phenomenal Manager he really made me feel secured about the decision & fought for our business & Glennys the finance was amazing very charming & a great communicator Thank you to the whole Brooklyn Mitsubishi family it s been a pleasure , we will be back soon !!

My service advisor explained everything I needed for my car clearly. And made me feel very comfortable with the process.The waiting are was nice and clean.The manager even checked with me to make sure I was alright. I ll defiantly be back!

This place is really bad they lied to their customers. Over charge you to get most out of you. Worst place to buy car or get thing repaired. I had wheel bearing problems on my car. These people where miss leading me. It was my tires then I replaced those and then they lied saying it my rims that where perfectly fine. I found from friend I had warranty on my car got wheel bearing fixed for free. These people just tried make money off and not tell the real problem. On top of that they over charge I recommend never do business with them. I ll never go back there in my life very disappointed.

I purchased a 2019 VW eGolf from Brooklyn Mitsubishi/VW. The staff I dealt with could not have been nicer! Noemi took extra care to explain things as I was an out-of-state buyer and needed to fully understand the process of shipping the new car and shipping back my trade-in. A fair price, a quick deal, and I got my car within days. What more could I ask for? Thanks.
