I go to this place every time for all my car service.They have all services for auto repair (they buy and sell cars in good condition on very budget friendly options.)They have gas stationPublic bathroomA small shop with coffee, snacks and some random stuff.I hope my review helps somebody.

They are totally unprofessional.Avoid them except for some simple tasks like oil change,tyre change. They watch YouTube videos for change my car's alternator. Then I left.and they charge me $100

I forgot the guy name inside the place but he helped me out big time I had a crack oil pan on my Chrysler 300 they are great people their upfront and honest not only that they are damn near 24 hours let them know Chrysler 300 sent you

First of all it's cash only! And you need to pay like a couple of hundred dollars all in cash!Also they said the car is fixed but it wasn't and I ended up taking it to the Hyundai service center the next day. All the money and the part they replaced was for nothing!

This is the worst auto repair shop. Do not spend your money here. The will take it and not fix your car. I had a bad alternator. Very honest mechanic. We were nervous driving our car back to Boston. He explained very clearly which valve needed to be replaced and assured us it was not an emergency and that we could drive back to Boston without replacing it.Thank you so much!

Don t take your car here. Went for a state inspection and they said I needed to replace the brakes for 450 dollars. It looked fine to me so I went down the street for a second opinion at a place where they actually explain and are helpful. Nothing wrong. Save your money and go anywhere else.

If you want your car dropped from 15 feet in the air this is the place for you!!!!While I was here getting an oil change today, the car next to me was dropped and completely destroyed. Thank God that no one got hurt as it was an extremely large fall. You would think that they would not begin to lift my car after that occurred as they would be worried that their machinery was faulty. Nope. They did not look worried. It seemed like just another Thursday afternoon for them since they began to lift up my car just a few minutes after that occurred! I began to tell them to put my car down and they were arguing with me and were asking if I was scared. Of course I was scared, they just dropped the car right next to mine! It was completely irresponsible for them to begin lifting up my car after this event occurred, It makes me think that they drop cars all the time judging by this behavior. Completely unacceptable. They eventually put my car down after I told them over and over.Service: Oil change

This place was sooo amazing! The people who put on my tires put the lug nuts on way too tight. I had to call someone to come by and change it they broke their power tool trying to get it off. Then the first tire place that it got towed to said they couldn t fix it. Our guy from late bloomers then towed the car here. They took care of this in no time! And at 12:50 at night. Very nice service and can fix anything!Service: Tires

So best services EVER!!! So fast so clean and really gave our car the best look after being hit! Really cares about the customer first which is a huge light when chit comes to the experience. I appreciate your hard work and thank you for taking the time to really make sure everything was done the right way. Communicated price before doing anything and just simply the best!

Super helpful staff here. I had just gotten a ticket for an expired inspection sticker, they gave me a quick and easy inspection and told me to mail the receipt in and NYC will will void the ticket. So not only a quick new inspection but they even helped me void the ticket! Awesome!

Very excellent service. Honest mechanics here who kept me informed throughout. Fixed my AC leakage then took off $30 for me. Fixed my power steering for free and informed me it was just a fuse that went out. They went above and beyond for me and we are very satisfied. Plus they showed me how to snap my wheel covers on. Very knowledgeable about what they do!

I cannot say how much these guys helped me out. First thing in the morning, we had a check engine light come on. Stopped by, didn t even have an appointment, and they got us all fixed up. Fantastic advice, and extremely quickly answered. Thanks for the service and kindness!

I'll never do a job here after I trusted them to fix my toyota highlander and they got paid for it so I had to go fix the issue somewhere else cheaper,faster and more comfortableReally really bad autoshop and I believe whi ever gave them 5 stars are theire friends or someone who did oil change or breaks ..

Bismillah Auto Repair is EXCELENT, not good, not ok, EXCELENT. I have a 2011 Lincoln Town Car, a very common vehicle, you would think it d be easy to find a place to work on it, apparently that s not the case. Over several years of searching for a good mechanic, sometimes going as far as Connecticut, or to AAA endorsed mechanics, I was always dissatisfied with the pricing, quality of the work done, or the staff s attitudes. I previously patronized several shops and service stations throughout the New York metropolitan area, and to countless more around the tri-state area but have never been so satisfied as I have been here, most places I have went to have either charged egregious prices, or outright lied about what needed to be done, not at Bismillah Auto Repair.This shop has 2 mechanics that specialize in Lincoln Town Cars and they do their job very very well. If you have a Town Car this is the place to go. Not only does this location have skilled mechanics, but the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, never have I had work done at such a fair, and expedient rate. Every time I had work done, the timeframe stated was the time it took for the work to be completed. I have never had to wait longer than stated, and I have never been treated so well at a mechanic shop in my life. While working on my vehicle they identified, and many issues caused by previous unskilled mechanics and gave my car a once over at no charge. My vehicle has never felt this good since it was brand new. Not only do they tell you what and why the work needs to be done, but they take the time to explain in depth what is being done.I plan to continue going here as I have finally found a new home for my car. The longest wait time I have experienced was for the part(s) required to be delivered (assuming the parts are not already on hand). This is a very busy shop, likely because they do quality work so calling ahead may be wise, though if you show up in person, I m sure that will be ok. The shop is located in the shell gas station, with a fair amount of parking on site, in an easily accessible area in Brooklyn (located on the north-west corner of Atlantic Avenue and Classon Avenue at 1064 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238), so there is plenty of things to do as you wait in the nearby area. The shop has 3 car lifts and staff on site at all times.I can not stress how highly I recommend Bismillah Auto Repair this is the best shop I have went to so far, and I have traveled to a lot over the years. They are open 24 hours a day every day of the week, the staff is friendly, they have great prices, and do the work quickly, what more can you really ask for?

These guys are not good at what they do. I had a Jetta towed to their shop and found out that nobody there speaks clear English. They held the car there for 2 weeks while giving me the runaround about waiting for the part to come in. When it was time to pick up the car I noticed that the hood of the car had been dented. Of course they denied having any knowledge of it getting dented and they are also rude and would quickly pat you on the back or shoulder with their dirty mechanic hands. You have been warned.

My rare brakes were worn out and this place was close to my work. Price was reasonable and the people are really nice. A week later went again for oil change. Highly recommend this place

Came here at 3.1.2021 at 1 am. I was gonna go to the flat fix across the street but then i sae the reviews. I do not regret going to bismillah. Best service. They asked me to pay 10 for a flat I paid 20 cause the service was so good ! Thank you mAazr and marwin !

I came to change my tires and the guy is so reckless worker he broke one of my tires TPMSAnd he put a sign in the store if he brakes anything during work he won t be responsible. First he did a damage to me and he has the nerve to tell me so it s not my business if anything brakes while we are working

The worst auto repair. The ( mechanic ) they have working there doesn't even know how to change an alternator properly. They call the mechanic shorty. He's a short guy.

It s a bad place to be honest,first the guy told me to fixed my abs brake,he said I have to pay $200,and I said no problem,and later he told me if anyone ask me,to said I fixed it for $119.and I said it s not honest I pay u 200 and u want me to lied about it.and ask him to give me a receipt he didn t wanted.cause I said I was going to call the police then he changed his mind.please guys be carful in this shop.but me I never gonna send my car there,or my friends.it s a bad place.Service: Engine repair
