These people are amazing the part I ordered didn t work so the gentleman went and bought me a new control part and installed it and didn t even bill me for the labor. They deserve 10 stars if I could give them that. The alignment was also amazing now my car drives straight and no more suspension noise. PLEASE COME HERE THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU

I have done wheel alignment for my 2021 Sienna.It is awesome.When they take your car in using seat and steering cover to not make your car dirty.I highly recommend BBWAThank you guys for make costumers happy!

Literally the best wheel shop in BK. Incredible service by detail oriented individuals. They quickly diagnosed a dangerous issue after getting tires installed at another shop. They fixed everything and checked my car thoroughly. They even called my after service to follow up and make sure my car was doing alright.If you re reading this - dont hesitate to go here for a balancing / alignment / anything else you need.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

They have new software for brand new vehicles.I had 2024 Lexus ES350 they did alignment perfectly.I took different shop before they said that it is 2024 vehicle don't have new software.

Really professionnel and know what they're doing. FUAD, was very welcoming, respectful guy, he knows his job very good. Nice clean garage, the best machine and tools for car wheels alignments. FINALLY!!! I think I found right place with amazing Mechanics!!! Very good customer service. I did a wheel alignment today, job was done smoothly and Professionally!!! Their Mechanic did full diagnostic of my car, gave me a lot of smart advices, will wait his estimate on repairs I need. Strongly recommend this guys, especially if you tired of bulls*** from other shops.

Very nice guys have all the right equipment. But only touched the toe in the front . Didn t adjust caster or camber. Still charged me full price ? No thanks

Before coming to these guys I got a wheel alignment from another place which took 4 hours and resulted in me having to hold my steering wheel to the left for the car to drive straight. I was deceived and told that I need to buy $500 parts for my wheel alignment to be perfect. I found BBWA and these guys were amazing. I brought in my Mercedes CLK 500 for them to fix the alignment I had previously gotten. The job got done in 25 minutes, I was given a super affordable price, and I left feeling beyond satisfied. Owner performed a full 4 wheel alignment on my car. Owner even triple checked his work after it was done. One of the best wheel alignment places I've ever been. I would not hesitate to bring my expensive exotic here again. In fact I'll be recommending this place to my car group friends.*Update* Unfortunately I did recommend one of my friends to come here, and it seems their staff has since been changed to a bunch of wanna-be-mechanics. They not only did not know what they were doing, they ended up ruining the car's alignment as well as damaging the interior. Ofcoarse no one wanted to admit fault. Its too bad, I thought I found a gem of a shop, but instead it's another establishment that has degrading services.
