Workers there are not welcoming at all. Nobody to come on the floor with you. You ask a question and they flatly told me that I have to make a choice which I wasn't asking them to. The mature dark man at the cash register was very good. I would never go back there

I encountered a very rude employee who told me they do not care to act professional because they are not paid enough. It was a heavy set West Indian woman.

Don t believe what they advertised. I went in to ask to have my battery or alternator checked the woman replied: ugh we DON T do that go to the Flatbush store. Well then, WHY ADVERTISE it online and on YOUR FRONT DOOR?!?! Don t come here if you seriously need help with your car.

Came here for specific European coolant that is usually out of stock everywhere and needs to be ordered. Went directly to the shelving where it is generally kept, and there was a dummy bottle that said to see an associate for assistance with the product. Not specifically indicating whether it was in stock or not, I proceeded to the front and asked the associate for the item. Guy literally goes it's in the back did you check? I replied yes...and it says to see an associate. He then walks to the back and insists I follow him to check, I refused, he checks anyway, comes back and apologized. Needless to say, they did have the item in stock but, not all customers are savvy and know what they need or where to check for the item in question. I get it, but to insist I didn't already check or am incompetent isn't it either. - 3/5 Stars here.

Customer Service is non existent in this store.It s good to have rapport with your colleagues, but it shouldn t come at the expense of ignoring paying customers. Management needs to check this staff.

I had picked some items, and made a mistake with one of them it was not the correct size and a larger size was not available. The item's plastic was ripped but not mangled. The individual who assisted me took back the item and all was good.

I went in to auto zone looking for a wheel lock key as I didn't have one for my tires to be removed. The gentleman that help me was so personable. As I was panicking due to a flat tire. He calmed me down and made what could have been a bad experience a calming experience. Helped me find the key I needed and sent me on my way.

I found what I need, but one of their young male cashier could use some training in customer service. I said hello when I approached the register and he said nothing. He had trouble scanning one of my items, so I offered to get another one for him, he didn't answer. I had to ask for a bag and wouldn't put the items in them. I had to do it. As I left I said good night all of his coworkers answered but him!

Very poor customer service. We came in the store to get stabilizer links for our car and we was told to come back two hours later or go to another autozone as there's no one at the store to cover the front. So now we had to leave to go all the way to utica.

I bought two tool kits and they just kept breaking, they told me it comes with lifetime warranty but when I tried to returned the broken tools they said I would have to go through the manufacture. Auto zone tools breaks too easy I gave them 3 star only because they are everywhere and great on everything except tools and good quality part

Great for all your car needs. There are plenty of car accessories and parts for all different types of cars. I find Autozone the best car place for large selection compared to other major car part centers.

I got my service parts but I had to go through 3 store clerk to finally get it..they simply didn't take the time to check.... except my best friend now she went way beyond good customer service ..

Needed wiper blades for my Jeep Grand cherokee. The gentleman came outside checked it. Went back in got the ones I needed I paid and installed it for me. All this happed in about 5 mins. Very happy...excellent customer service.

In and out; bulds for headlight replacement , showed the lady the old bulb she quickly recognized it and got the replacements rang up the purchase and I was out 3-5 minutes. Good service.

How could you not have a public bathroom for customers and they are spending their money. The manager would say that changed since covid but the pandemic is over so the bathroom should be reopened.

Your local post office autozone. Order something online to have it picked up. Paid for it online, get your email confirmation to pick it up and when you go all the way out there they tell you they dont have it. Guy says give him back his money and let him go pick it up somewhere else. This staff is as worse as it gets. Happy, unhelpful, useless.

Well the location was exactly where it was surpose to be. The associate who helped me , an older gentleman with glasses, was rude an insulting, he clearly didn't want to help, anyways made it clear that I didn't know what I needed, mind you I am an avid car enthusiast and belonged to a car club back in the 80s, and I was looking for a lens cleaner for head lights.i went there with sku #s and part #s. Clearly I won't be going there again, not at this location anyway.

This is one of the worse AutoZone, they never have your parts. Customer Service is bad. Bunch of Carribean ppl always talking never paying attention to you as a customer, and I'm Caribbean myself so no discrimination here. Stay away from this store!!!!! The Rockaway Store is Cleaner and always has the parts you are looking for and they assist you very quickly.

I went for a quick visit just to get some power steering fluid because I had run out. I was arriving from work & school so I got there at 9:50PM and the store advertises that it closes at 10PM. This trip would've taken me no longer than 2 minutes in the store. I walked out of my car to see an employee running into the store and locking the door as I was approaching. Now it is 9:52PM and I'm told that the store is closed. I stated I just need some fluid and that's all. The employee was disrespectful and walked away. I knocked on the door and they came back and said were closed I said it's not 10PM yet, what kind of business closes they're store 10 minutes early. They stated the registers were shut down and that's it. Now I refuse to come this store because not only was I disrespected but if any further damage is to occur to my car then it would fall on the hands of this establishment. Never have I seen such poor customer service. Did I mention there was no name tag or uniform on this alleged employee? As well as the two other employees laughing in the back. If I could I'd give this store 0 stars.

Great service but you may want to tell your security guard to stop cursing while around customers. It is rude, and disrespectful to customers who find the language used unnecessary.

I usually go midday when its not crowded and get the help that I need. Especially enjoy they can put a computer on my car and tell me why the check engine light came on and what part to buy to fix it. Or do something simple like replace my windshield washer blades for me. All at no extra cost.

Worst customer service ever...every1 needs to b fired an rehire new people who actually want to help or want to work..its just a sad story goin to this location everytime...fire every1 an rehire new people..sometime the whole staff on lunch so nobody want to get off lunch an help..shut this location down or change ur workers
