Very nice, helpful people at this location. Adequate parking area out front. Young guy at the counter was very helpful, looking up my item and telling me exactly where and how to find it. Store is very clean and well organized. Shelves are nicely stocked. Clean floor, well lighted. People working there are always willing to come out to your car and install wipers or batteries or check your computer to diagnose problems. It s a nice place to do business.

I have been having difficulty with my car not starting for weeks. I couldn t fight with it anymore so I took it to AutoZone. Nicolas came outside with me to check if it was the car battery or something else. Nicolas was wonderful. I felt so special and cared for. He also changed the batteries for me.Cheers to AutoZone In Canarsie!!!

Went to pick up my online order, was told it was ready, but had to wait as items weren't prepared. Short on quantity for one item, and the night shift worker seemed unhelpful, so I decided to cancel the entire order. The AutoZone worker, a tall, skinny Jamaican man possibly with glasses, had a rude and unwilling attitude. He was partnered with a Jamaican lady who wasn't as bad.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from the manager Nicolas and female staff member (my apologies for not getting her name) exceptional assistance and support during my recent visit left a lasting impression on me.From the moment I entered the store, the staff & manager greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. They took the time to listen attentively to my needs and provided me with valuable guidance and advice on selecting the right battery for my vehicle. Her extensive knowledge of automotive products was evident as she answered all my questions, ensuring I had a clear understanding of the options available.What truly impressed me was the manager's willingness to go above and beyond in assisting me with the battery installation. I couldn t quite describe what I wanted, but the manager helped me to put it in perspective. After all, said, and done. It was exactly what I wanted as they themselves describe it. Great team, very helpful, I will always go to that location when I need something for my car.

The men are nice but the 2 Jamaican women that works there, like today 1 tall with short Bob hair cut my sister said she was rude to her. When I came in the older woman with the glasses VERY RUDE. If you don t like ur job THEN LEAVE !

When I tell you AMAZING, oh my goodness. Nicholas made me cry because of his willingness to help me. He went above and beyond to make sure not only did I understand what I needed but why I needed one product vs the other. So incredibly blessed to have encountered him today. Highly recommend this store. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Nicholas, at 2094 Rockaway Avenue Auto Zone is a champion. He is very knowledgeable about the parks and efficient in pulling up details. He even went a step further when I ask for assistance in putting on the wipers, I am very grateful this is a very good location to visit and just ask for Nichols, very good customer service.

Went to return an item on April 3rd, because it was the wrong part. However the manager Nicholas refused to give the money back although it was clear he made a mistake. He blamed it on the computer system and wanted me to take another part. Please don't buy anything from this branch, you will get problems getting your money back if they make a mistake.

Nicholas from Auto Zone provided me with excellent customer service. I was surprised when he carried my products to the vehicle for me. We discussed quality of products because I am not well versed concerning my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Just pick up a cabin air filter for my car. Pick up a couple of vacuum hoses, get most of you auto parts and assessories here. Very helpful staff

Every employee with the exception of 2 that work at this store has a incredibly rude attitude, I be wondering why the cops get called here from time to time. I see why, the work ethnic there is laughable and the service is questionable at best. Avoid this store unless you want to have to appear in court.

I never had a good experience here. Talk about ignoring a customer. Especially you see a female come to an auto store, you want to assist readily! Anyway... I ordered something that wasn't in store. Expected it 3 days subsequently, it didn't come, no one called. Was given another date when I wasted my time and go to the store.... 3 more days it didn't come, no one called. Clerk kept telling me "I don't know, I don't know"... After I'd have spent my money, I don't know is just not what you say. Waiting again for 3 more days. SMH. Moral: if it's not in store, don't order it.UPDATECoincidentally or not, after this review, the order came in. I went to the store to be told that I needed to pay... AGAIN. I explained that I paid for the order, showed my receipt, my bank statement and all. It was still another 15 minutes of hell before I could leave with the item. Multiple times I was shown their computer screen where it says UNPAID. How that concerned me, I don't know. What I knew is that I Paid. I have very high standards and my integrity shall never be tarnished. How dare you! A lot of back and forth before I was asked to leave my information and take the item.THEN... the item was the exact same one I'd ordered from Amazon for $50. Initially, at the point of ordering, I explained to the seller that I had one but it was about an inch too long so I returned it to Amazon. He said he's getting me the correct one! IT WAS THE SAME damn generic thing except now, I paid $12 more +stress at AutoZone.When I tell you that I will NEVER EVER return to this store, I will never ever return to this store. NEVER ME AGAIN!

The younger staff surprisingly is easier, eager and more pleasant to deal with. Overall: They don't like to ask for you phone number when you make purchases over $20 for your rewards bonuses. The next big issue many parts have to be brought in from other locations almost all the time.

The manager and the staff was very helpful and professional, he helped me put my high and low beam light in my car while it was freezing outside and actually give me some knowledge . Ohh I save a couple of dollar , thanks

I was at this auto zone location and the employee by name Akeem was very helpful with my car . He went out of his way to help with my plate tag hanging. He showed professionalism aswell. Keep doing what you doing Akeem! Thank you!

I went to Auto Zone in the Bronx on Fordham Rd this morning to purchase a battery for my vehicle. I was helped by a young man which looked up all my vehicle information on his front desk computer. Went to my in Brooklyn to find out he sold me the wrong battery. Very upset I went to this Auto Zone for help.I was very pleased and satisfied with the team's help. Trieo R went above and BEYOND TO ASSIST ME. Very patient, very informative. I will only shop here going forward. This man should run all the Auto Zone stores to have the same energy customer service across all storeTHANK YOUUUUU

I have used AutoZone all over the country and have always had Five-Star experiences at every one until Saturday, January 22, 2022 when I entered the Store #4731 (2094 Rockaway Pkwy in Brooklyn, NY) when it opened at 7:30am and asked the young lady at the register if she could help me replace the battery for my car key FOB. She told me I would have to open it because she did not know how to do it. I told her I did not know how to open it and she then called over Bradley. Bradley commenced to provide me with the Five-Star service I am used to receiving at AutoZone. Bradley told the young lady (I later learned her name was Mary Ann) that she needs to learn how to open the FOB so she should watch what he is doing. Mary Ann replied, "I know how to do it, I just don't want to be responsible if it breaks." I would have preferred for Mary Ann to be honest with me instead of lying. And what disrespect to me to say what she said to Bradley while I was still standing there.I gave the store visit that day two stars because of Bradley. If it were not for Bradley, I would have given no starts because of Mary Ann treating me like a non-person, that is, tell Bradley she lied while I was standing there.
