I needed car battery for my 2013 honda Ridgeline,mine died on me 1day ago, I search for best prices and deals online ,and came up with AutoZone.There we're 3 try different kinds,but I found the one with the best features suited to my needs and bought the Duralast Gold.Its a much better battery I was told and it has more cranking power than my original Honda battery.Thanks again for reading my feedback on the places where I go to purchase items or simply just travel .

the staff was very nice and always asks if you need any help , the lady by the cashier she is so rude and agressif I don t think I will be there for my next purchase s, she make me feel not safe , I will go somewhere because I love auto zone I like the warranty on the tools

This Autozone really needs to get its store together....this is the 2nd time in a few months you come here and they say they are not open...no explanation no apology just someone in the store waving you off saying not open..BAD BUSINESS..from the attached pics i got there after 8am..the store opens at 730am

I am clueless about anything to do with cars, so when my car battery was acting up I headed to Auto Zone on Atlantic. I was greeted by Dyasia and she was so lovely and helpful, really working with us to identify the problem. Of course she solved it and Jeffrie immediately hopped to action to install a new battery. They were so professional and helpful. They made the whole process so easy and painless. Such a relief to come to a well run business with top quality staff. Will be returning with any car problems I have! Thank you Dyasia and Jeffrie!!

Great Service! Called earlier for battery replacement and done a good job.was in another autozone store, but the service was poor. no helper. asked to change myself. decided to come over here minutes after disappointment.

Male customers taken before me 3 times before they helped me checkout with my items. Completely ignored me while I was asking to make my purchase. Would never go back to this location. Had to have the item or I would have left it right in the store.

My husband and I were looking for a replacement battery and Jim overheard us talking & didn t hesitate to help us. He even went above & beyond to help place the battery. We were out of the parking lot in less than 10 mins. He is very knowledgeable & attentive. This auto-zone is quite far from home but wouldn t hesitate to make the trip. Overall outstanding service.

Autozone on Utica and Alantic has the worst staff i have ever encountered I go in and they already arguing with other customers, I figured maybe it was just that particular customer so try my luck they gave me so much attitude I walked out and it s not just one it s all of them they really need to re staff that place they are very unprofessional

The staff was very helpful. Well 1 gentleman in particular. Although I approached his counter time and again during my visit, his patience never waned and he remained helpful and gracious. The gentlemen out front are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back soon.

A well run facility with plenty of helpful staff. This is the most convenient location to purchase materials from because of the great service, knowledgeable staff and longer service hours than other locations. However when you call, you can be left waiting for a long time: An issue that is not experienced when calling other franchises in the borough.

Very convenient store, friendly staff always want to help you and get what you need , I went there the other day to check a battery for my car I have a 2018 Honda I call the company they say I only have 36 months warranty on it ,my car is 37 months old they give me the runaround if I buy the battery they prorated and I have to pay almost full price for my new battery and it will not last long like the one that just went bad , a battery in a new car should last longer, my simple opinion, so I ask the clerk and he was very efficient show me the different batteries that they have, prices , warranties and got a Duralast gold warranty for 36 months full change 5 years prorated ,I have had one of this brand and last me years and years so I think I have made a good decision , I personal think this particular battery is to small and that s part of the problem a company like that should make parts more affordable and better that s unbelievable something that is warranty for 36 months and go bad after 37 months how they know this stuff Japanese very stingy. So my time at the store was a pleasant time thanks god for this place and people they go the extra mile to help you with what you need, I will be back there soon , nice work keep treating the customers like that and they have to come back to your store and get what they need thankyou again.

Even though I gave them the correct information about my car, they gave me the wrong part and I also had to pay more. They do not let the customer see the screen when I get home. I realized that they sold me the most expensive parts. I will not go back to that store.

Thanks for keeping me on the phone for 5 minutes for a business that is well established it's a shame to make paying customer hold on for that amount of minutes, it's very unprofessional.. I was speaking to a female worker and was explaining to her that my nephew came into the store on 7/10/21 and return his battery that I purchased for him and inform her that I never received my payment for the battery back to my account, she never responded she was to busy engageing in another conversation with another employee, she them said to me hold on while I was still questioning about my why my payment was not posted to my account..

I can t tell you how much I appreciate the Store Manager Name Kevon. He was such a big help when I was in a dilemma. He went above and beyond to make sure his customer was good and back on the road when I had a problem with my Alternator. The customer service was great, store was well organized and clean. Thanks again AutoZone Team!!

AutoZone Auto Parts are in a premier spot on Atlantic Ave/Utica Ave.The working staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about certain products inside the store.Google App is helpful lalso on the background information on certain Items in the store

The staff most times know what they are about which is very key in this business. I have to be able to come in with a concern and one of the workers suggest me a solution. I can choose to go with it or not. I have never used the mecahnics outside, so I can't comment on them.

This Auto Zone usually busy. That staff is very helpful. Jim was great the last time we was there.Also you will find a mechanic outside in the parking lot. I haven't used them, but they be out there.

Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Store associates were friendly and helpful during my visit. The parking lot has street mechanics at work and parking can be sparse due to this. Good AutoZone location overall.

What are the odds that I find another AZ who demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service from the staff member who took care of my car? Looks like Year 2021 is looking up, after all. I was attended to right away& consulted well about a much needed battery for my car. Keep up the good work!!

This is one of the Food Bazaar supermarket in my location that doesn't really have everything you go to other food bazaars and they have recipes of food from the two countries this one doesn't and is not that much selection the parking is fine they have a big parking lot so you can park anywhere the food supply to be happier is only from either Africa or United States that's it that's why they I give it three stars
