I had a great experience with Mr. Freeman and the Auto Glass team this morning! I needed to fix my leaky sunroof and his team fixed it in under 30 minutes. And their price was half of what I ve paid at other places. Just note if you re coming in to fix your sunroof, that specific technician gets in at 10:30 (don t make the mistake of arriving at 9:30 like me!). The morning team was nice enough to let me stash my car in the shop instead of out on Atlantic Ave in the rain.

The quality of the work (replacing rear windshield) was high and more than met my expectations. Communicating with the shop and trying to get information on what was happening was difficult, it seemed at one point that the original order for the replacement part was lost and no one at the shop seemed aware of this.

Don t go there!! Save your time. The owner/manager is a money hungry man. His name FRANKIE He s imbecile, arrogant and rude. I went to get a mirror glass. Upon the completion, he lied and insisted he told me that passenger mirror glass cut is $75 whereas he never mentioned no price whatsoever. He yelled and scream over and over that his price for mirror glass is $75 or he s gonna remove it. He s an idiot and I don t think anyone should visit this place. FRAUD

Had appointment with Safelite. They wasted my time couldn t do the replacement. Found these guys last minute. Paid half the price of what Safelite charged. Glass was replaced 3-4 hours after I called. Car look brand new all cameras work properly and heads up display

My rear glass broke on my 07 pathfinder and Satelite was talking about days later for an appt. I contacted Mr. Freeman and right away he got my glass for next day early morning appt. I went to his shop and he was very professional and took care of my truck last repair right way! Thank you so much and I will do business with you in the near future.

My back window was shattered. Called Safelite because it was the first people you think of. It was over $500 to get it replaced and I had to wait 3 days. You can't leave your car on a New York street with the back window busted out and plastic covering it for 3 days. Called around and got the run around until I spoke with Deborah. She was so friendly and professional. She scheduled me for that day, sent me everything I needed via email and told me to call her when it was done to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The process was seamless, easy and I was able to get my car fixed the same day at $300 all in! I highly recommend them.Service: Auto windshield repair

Hello,I went toNew And Used Auto Discount Glass Shop LTD supposedly in Brooklyn NY on 10 troutman Street. On google maps they are also known as "Auto Glass Best Prices".I originally ordered a 2021 Porsche Macan S Windshield and scheduled an appointment at 11:30 AM on July 1, 2021. They said they have the windshield but I need to put a deposit down first to schedule the appointment for immediate service. So that is exactly what I did, when 11:30 AM came I went to Troutman St but saw no one I called back and they said they moved to another address and that it was 7 minutes away, it was actually 15 minutes... and it was located at 1267 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn NY.Once I got there the lady probably the owner's wife or owner, said that it was not here yet. So I waited about an hour. She then said that her driver can't get it and now that she has to go get it in Queens and come back. Remember I've waited an hour for an appointment at 11:30 AM, now its 12:30pm and she tells me shes going to go pick it up. I said okay that's fine, whats another hour or two. I went to go eat for a hour and 30 minutes knowing they were taking their sweet OLD time. I got back before her she then says she has it so in my mind I have hope, about 20 minutes later after her worker finished a job, the worker comes up and tells me its the wrong windshield. So now I'm mad its close to 3-3:30PM, I've wasted my entire day in nearly 100 degree humid weather!!!! I demanded a refund of my deposit because they lied to me multiple times. The owner and the lady said that it will take 3-5 business days to get back and it has yet to come back.This place is a joke. They lied about having the windshield AND their location. How do you pickup the wrong windshield when I gave you the exact specs from the beginning? The initial call is always yes I can get it. Yes I can do it. Everyone needs to beware that this place CANNOT. They tried to scam me of $301 through their own negligence. This place doesn't deserve any business. Very rude people in the office. You can easily tell they don't care about customer service or else the money would actually be returned. I'm sad for them, I never write reviews... I called two weeks later to give them another chance but I still see the charge. I'm glad you know the story now and the world on GOOGLE will too.Thanks,KevinService: Auto windshield repair

Yesterday, I went in for a tint job, where they did an amazing job on my tints. The job didn t take over an hour and a half, and the people there were very helpful and transparent with direction. I will definitely come to them for tints again.

Terrible experience. Don't do it to yourself. Manger lady is sweet and kind. The young girl they have is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. I had a horrible time trying to get my truck done. Never Ever again. I will cringe everytime I drive by there. I can't believe a place like this exist. That young "receptionist" needs training on customer service.

I called Thursday evening, got an appointment for the following Friday. Dropped off my car at 10am. It was done by 2pm. We were in need of a window replacement on a Friday evening... everywhere in the NYC area were closing. We called Auto Glass Best Prices spoke with Carmen she informed us she would be able to put a temporary window until the next morning and she will have her technician stay late to place the temp window. We were arriving late due to traffic she was extremely helpful and informed us it s no problem they will wait for us.We arrived they automatically started working on the car. She ordered a window and made sure it was a window that matches with the other back windows ( tints on a Honda Pilot rear window) She was aware we are on a tight work schedule she were fantastic with our timing and the next morning they were able to complete the job. I would highly recommend this location for multiple reasons. One- customer service ( 5 stars) Two- Quality of work ( 5 stars ) three- Price was on the budget since a temporary glass was installed (5 stars)Also, multiple other cars were getting windows installed and they escalated which cars needed to be worked first on.Thank you, Carmen for making a stressful moment more relax-full

The glass was installed professionally and quickly once they got the replacement window. They have a tight space there on Atlantic but the staff was responsive and thorough. Nobody is in a good mood after having their car broken into, but these folks never broke stride. My car got broken into overnight. I noticed it in the morning. Searched for glass repair nearby, and this location came up. I called, the set me up with the best price (compared to others I searched) and scheduled it right away. Got my window replaced in less than an hour and the job looks great!Definitely recommend!

Paid in advance, glass came 2 days late. 6 hour wait there and then they asked if I can come another day, very unprofessional. Told me to come next day and told me I had to wait still if I came tomorrow. Then asked if I was going to tip before they even started. Very disappointed would go to a different place if I have to get my windshield repaired. At least their they are professional and don t have a 6 hour wait not including the time to fix. I needed to quickly remove some window tinting from an out of state car I purchased, in order to comply with NY state law before an inspection. They got me in immediately, price was great, and they even stayed late to finish the job. Can't thank them enough.

Called in the morning to get my front passenger side window fixed and the lady told me she'd call me back in a few minutes to make sure they have the part. They called me back, telling me to come to the address they sent and then said I was number 4 in line, but no one was there yet so they cleaned up my car first for the glass fragments.Waited for 2 hours ish at a coffee shop (thought it was gonna take longer with other people in front of me), and they called me again letting me know it's done.Results were great, although there are still some fragments stuck inside the door handle making it a bit hard to open the door from inside, but they did a really good job. Looks like new and fits the frame perfectly. I'll just have to shake the door a bit to get the fragments out little by little.Really recommend this place to anyone needing their car window replaced. Just make sure to call in advance.

When I called Rob was very courteous and gave me a great price. When I arrived he ensured I was taken care of immediately after having my car windows busted out due to theft.
