Sam was absolutely fantastic! He was honest, upfront about pricing, and really communicative. They were easily able to inspect my vehicle and answer all my questions. He took the time to show me what needed some work and explain it, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

AS&R got me in and out quick. My car broke down close to their facility near the end of day. Sam came out jumped it, parked it inside and got right on the diagnosis the next day. Called me with the quote, I approved, they made the repairs/ replacement on alternator, battery, belts, pulley, etc. Turns out I had rats living in my engine bay. They removed, cleared all trash and cleaned, as well. The whole process was probably 48 hours, so very quick. Sam was friendly and I would bring my Nissan here again.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I had a great experience here. I was a walk-in and they changed my side view mirror in about a half-hour. Gave me a chair to sit in while I waited. Satisfied with the results and will go to them again for my needs. Strongly recommending.

Don t go here for anything A/C related. They ll check absolutely nothing, do a recharge for $100+ bucks, and send you on your way with a still-busted A/C.I m sure they do great work otherwise based on these reviews, but if you aren t equipped to do a specialized thing like A/C diagnosis & repair just say so instead of ripping people off for a quick buck.Took it to another shop afterward who hooked it up, diagnosed it FOR FREE as a bad compressor, told me it wasn t something they were equipped to fix, and told me they were sorry I got scammed the first time.

All the reviews left here are under the previous mechanic. I went there for a inspection and called for a reservation. They told me to walk in and after coming in they told me to wait for the guy. I said ok and after the guy Sam shows up, he told me he s not going to do it. They are disrespectful, beware of the guys named Angel and Sam.Also, another thing I observed while I was there is another customer facing issues. He wanted to pick up his car and was told on the phone it was ready but when he showed up, we seen it was still in the back.The people here are lazy and the mechanic would rather be on their phone then do any actual work. I am going to be filling out a complaint and submitting my report to the BBB, NYS DMV, and the division of Vehicle Safety Licensing.Don t let anyone from there touch your car, your better off going somewhere else.

Do not go. The mechanic is not professional and he basically blindly robbed my brother who doesn't know anything about cars. He charged double for each parts, brakes, tires, and ordered two belt tensioners when the car has only one. The mechanic did not even put on the part on the car. Please avoid. He wont give you your money back or the ordered parts back. This guy is a scam, cant speak English so you don't understand what he is saying. Avoid at all cost.

I know Alberto and his crew for many years. He has never let me down. He is very reliable, kind, patient and honest. Everyone I know that I recommend him to tells me thanks. My sister from Nee Jersey uses him all the time and is highly satisfied.. Alberto and crew are highly recommended.

Great group of people. Albert is super knowledgable and honest. Prices are phenomenal and he is very understanding. Don't hesitate to bring your car here. He is the old school neighborhood mechanic you want. Trustworthy and won't take you to the cleaners either for frivolous repairs you don't need.

Alberto and his crew are the best. Excellent work and always fair. Will go out of their way to provide reliable service. I know people who've moved to Bx or LI who still make the trip

A friend referred me to this spot and I am so glad she did. Twice now I ve been worried that something was wrong with my VW. I took it into to Albert, he runs a test or two, the car checks out fine and he sends me on my way. No charge. I took my car in for a tuneup last year and it s been running smooth. I m very happy with this mechanic.

Went to get my inspection here and they did the typical "you need brakes" upsell. I personally removed every wheel and brake caliper last month and measured each pad with digital calipers, I can guarantee I don't need new brakes. The mechanic refused to measure them, he just eyed it and then said if I don't pay for new brakes to leave.

I have been to many mechanic in my time, but when I bought another car, I needed to take photos, I went here was treated very well and professional, ever since I never went back to my mechanic and stood with Alberto, been with them now 5 plus years, great person to deal with, the others are great too, Alberto, Omar and Joe, thank you for keeping my car in great condition also very reasonable prices, cheaper then the mechanic I use to have.
