Very bad service. Car wasn't clean and yes. I should go back for the tip I place in box not fare. A place you should avoid. Looks like it was never vacuum. My passenger dirty car so I have to wash daily. And have visit many car wash around the city. But this is not acceptable . Sorry for the lack of service. You provide. Atlantic car wash.

I come here often for a quick clean of my car. Yes prices have gone up and I ve accepted that, as has everything else around us. I normally get the VIP treatment for my car and have never found any issues with how the clean

I wish I took before pictures so you could have seen the difference but I had water damage on my headliner and they were able to get it all out. They basically detailed my car for a great price ! Cashier was also extremely helpful and friendly! Great team

From beginning to end its a NO. Prices are more expensive than online and the service is beneath the quality you pay for.I paid for the highest package and i received my car in basically the same condition on the inside when i gave it to them. The windows dirty. The cup holders weren t touched the trunk never even opened. The workers were compliant when we asked for them to do the basics, for $40 take your car anywhere else. There was trash left in the car and the workers claimed the owner tells us not to touch it . You can tell the workers do what their told but the management could care less about the service. Back window not touched. So disappointing.

Fantastic crew!! I got the VIP because my car was filthy and they worked incredibly hard and long to clean it inside and out. Looks new!! I couldn t be happier. I will keep coming here you should too!!!

Did an oil change a they topped off my other fluids and it comes with a rinse and wash for $88 not bad at all I have a compact suv so it s a bit more for me but the price gets you a nice amount of service, Took about 20 minutes for everything.Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.Deserves ZERO stars.I asked for the Extra Special wash ($32.34).The the car came out in less then one minute, through the same exact process all the other cars go through, and the result was the most ridiculous you can possibly imagine.Some areas on the car didn t even get wet!The mops left streaks all over.Also, the license plate bumper got ripped off.When they left the car on the sidewalk, no one even acknowledged that, nor apologized.If you are still undecided, just look at some of the pictures I took.I complained and the answers was: well, it went through the machine! .Never ever again.

I should have moved my car myself... They don't care about your car when bringing the car into the wash track. The wash itself is very inadequately below average. Not worth my time going back there because they are likely gonna come up with BS reasons.Many other good washes in the neighborhood. Do your due diligence before going here.

Terrible. Overpriced for a lousy car wash. The place is dingy and that's how the car came out ... especially the interior I paid extra for ... 23+tax with no wax at all and filth mats even with the interior cleaning.

So I asked the guy when you drive up, what type of prices and packages they have? because I have never been here before.He informed me that for a good vacuum and the basic wash its $14.95 which after tax comes out to about $16. I was fine with that, but when my car came out, it hadn't been vacuumed at all.So I was informed by the lady at the desk to go ask for Walter, who is the manager of the guys. He took one look at it and said no that's not good, I'll take care of it right now.And he had another one of his guys vacuum my car properly. Although I was not initially happy with the laziness that occurred, for the package they told me they would be good enough.Walter did rectify it, once it was brought to his attention. And the gentleman who spent the time, to make sure my car looks good got a tip.

some incompetent disabled people who damage your car with non-indicated solutions. NEVER GO THERE, they are incompetent, grade 0 ! and that man at the reception smells like poop, a notorious piece of garbage that lies to your face

These guys are pretty impressive. Don t be intimidated by a line or the narrow tunnel to the wash- it s really fast. I wish it was touchless, but at least it seemed to be mostly so with just a few moments of rubber slats? Didn t look like brushes to me which is a plus. They do a hand dry and hand wash the glass etc. Plenty of high end cars going through (jaguar, bmw, etc.). It was fast and thorough, will be back.

This is my new oil change place. They are super fast and friendly. The prices are competitive. It says you get a free basic car wash with the oil but they also vacuumed my car and washed the inside windows. Really nice.

Got the Extra Special: $30. Not worth it. Rims still dirty. Interior still dusty. Nice people, and friendly service though.

I came in at 5:30pm for the VIP special and was told that it couldn t be done because the staff wanted to leave early, although they close at 8pm. I was then told that I couldn t drive through the one way path and that I had to reverse out of the space. My car was scratched in the process and I m reaching out to my insurance as I type this.

This car wash is absolutely horrendous. My car came out with the same dirt in went in with and they told me it was too dirty after I watched her clean the dirt off the other rims. I also noticed a scratch that wasn't there before and the guy blew me off and said call the police. Their customer service is horrible and I will never take any of my vehicles here again.

I used to get my oil changed regularly here and was happy with my service until July when they upsold me on a full synthetic oil, an engine flush and told me I needed a fuel system flush. I said yes to the more expensive oil, and engine flush. Fast forward to today when I look at my oil change sticker and it says my last oil change was in May so I rush out and get one thinking I m 3k miles overdue. I ask the guy about a fuel system flush and he says I don t need one at all - and that my oil looked pretty clean. So I called AACW+L and it turns out they didn t give me a new sticker in July, so I paid another $100 for an oil change that I didn t need for another 2k miles. I m not even sure if I really needed that engine flush. Not replacing the sticker is a huge oversight and cost me time and money.

Do not come here! I repeat. Do not come here. I just spent over 30 dollars for a car wash here. Because it was really crowded I drove down a block afterwards to inspect the work. Smh. There was areas on the car that wasn t even washed! Mainly the back where the truck is. Not only was it dry but it was still dirty!! Also there was still dried up bird poop in the corner. How the hell did they miss this? In addition, my windshield still has some window spray on it that they never fully wiped off. This was a huge mistake. I should ve just waited until I got home to my local wash. This was a rushed and sloppy job. I know next time.

I won t go here again. I paid extra $30 dollars for hand wax and $27.95 for extra special. But I didn t see them doing extra hand wax. And the car is not washed very clean. Quite upset with the service!!!

My car was still wildly dirty after paying $31 for an "Extra Special" wash. When I mentioned it looked like they'd even damaged my paint, an attendant came over, looked, shrugged, and walked away.

This car wash is Trash. Paid $24 and my car was left with stains and dirt on the inside. When I asked them to clean it they wanted to catch an attitude and flip me off

Went to this car wash this morning and had the extra special for an suv. My car was in an out in less than 2 mins. Not only it was the fastest car wash I ever experienced my car looks like it wasn t washed at all. I had to literally asked them to clean my windshield then still turn around and clean it myself with the microfiber I purchased. I don t recommend this place to anyone it s not worth it. You would mostly likely do a better job washing it yourself.

Apparently the Extra Special deal gives you zero attention to detail: I was the only one in line, hence plenty of time to properly clean the car, but no. No cup holder was cleaned, dried water spots all over the place. Not to mention the car had grease on it when it came out: it was not there when I arrived. Check the pics out, they speak more than a thousand words. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Deceiving, unethical, rude and unprofessional employees.The man that you will see in the first 2 seconds of the video, is the man who claimed to be the manager when i asked to speak to one ( so did the lady behind the counter - she said he was the manager) . but when i asked for a business card of the manager, they both denied that he is the manager. he was suddenly a mere supervisor who would refuse to provide me with his name. the "lady" behind the counter, stayed on the phone for some long minutes, and continued checking out other customers, without removing her phone from her hand, without greeting them, and without addressing my request which was: hand me a business card of this place or of the manager.the initial issue was: i had called for an oil change prior to showing up, and the lady on the phone assured me that i can do a walk in and be taken care of. turns out, the mechanic leaves 30 minutes before their posted time on Google.

Terrible car wash. I was better off cleaning my car myself. I went home and had to clean and vacuum my car after the wash. $34 down the drain.

Terrible service, paid for a full wash (around $50) car did not get fully cleaned, left black streaks on the sides of the vehicle. I had to personally grab the rag from the counter and start scrubbing on their lot.

Very very poor service.The car wasn t even cleaned like they promised, they missed many spots.On top of that they broke my charger in the car and refused to take responsibility. Therefore I need to go buy a new charger.Very poor service. Never coming back here again. advising others to do so.
