I drive a 2010 Toyota Corolla no mechanic was able to figure out what was wrong with my car except Asher. He is great! Great services! Great prices! AMAZING HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WILL DEFINITELY GO AGAIN!!!

Asher and his team are master diagnosticians! He saved me thousands of $ where another shop told me I need a new engine and he took a second look and just replaced the crank shaft for a pittance.My only regret is not going to him first!

From start to finish, my experience with them was exceptional. When my car's air conditioner started acting up, I took it to Asher. Him and his team quickly diagnosed the issue with precision and expertise. I also had several other issues with my cars which Asher was easily able to resolve.Asher's Auto Repair exceeded all my expectations with their honest and transparent pricing. Unlike other auto repair shops, I never felt like I was being upcharged or taken advantage of during my visit. If you're searching for an auto repair shop that treats you right and delivers on their promises, Asher's is the place to go. I'm beyond impressed and will be a loyal customer for years to come.

Brutally honest but could also have a Brutally nasty attitude that pushes people away, but hey, with a traffic jam of people coming to him for his honesty he could afford to push people away!Also, he just about NEVER accepts new customers. If your not a regular customer by him and you go there, the best that you could hope for is that he'll direct you to another (hopefully honest) mechanic. But once your here on Google maps anyway, just look for other mechanics with a 4+ star rating and skip going to Asher's in the first place. That'll save you on so much time because Asher's only has 3 bays (car lifts or garages) and everybody goes there, so the wait is terribly long at times. And that's before they start to work on your car!If you go there in the middle of a weekday workday (12-3) those tend to be quieter times after the morning rush & before the early evening rush. It seems like people don't bring their car to the mechanic during lunch hour.Update December 2023: Asher still has a nasty attitude that would get him fired if he worked for anyone else besides himself. If you go there, be prepared for a tongue lashing!

Had a great experience!! Asher was able to save me $500. Instead of having to replace the oil pan he used his expertise to use a unique way to plug the oil tank drain .Asher gives you the time and a full honest opinion of your vehicle's condition.

Been using him for over 10 years the only mechanic that I trust and will fix what you need and never will talk you into anything you don't need.Please don't take advantage of him by asking him to diagnose it and then go somewhere else to get it fixed like some people do that is the worst thing you could do and it will always come back to bite you. Anyone who gives him less than a five-star are one of those guys who asked him to diagnose and then run somewhere else and when there's a problem come back to him.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

The best! Look no further, Asher will tell you right away what you DONT need , what can wait and whats needed now. His prices are reasonably low and he goves you options. His wife mans the office and desk and she's a sweetheart also explains everything and the prices for you to know up front and you decide of you want the work done. Look no further..a lot of times Asher will diagnose as soon as you drop by without an appointment. This place is the best. He can figure out any sound and smell too! ...lol

The best and most honest you will ever find. No one beats Asher s service. What I like most is that he will NEVER rip you off like most other mechanics.You will read some people write about their attitude and respect but, put your emotions aside and do yourself a favor and only trust Asher. Or you can go to other mechanics that will treat you with white glove but tremendously rip you off.

Ashers is an honest auto repair shop. Very Reliable service. I would definitely recommend this place. He will be very open as to what has to be repaired, what should and can wait. Very reasonably priced doesn't overcharge. Overall he is from the most reliable repair shops. I recommend if you have an issue go to ashers.

The front desk lady/managerA very rude and disrespectful.The owner of the place is even worseThe guy was nasty, disrespectful unprofessional behavior he cursed me with the very bad words based on religious and racistI will be recommend to everybody do not step or use as service.There's plenty other places will warmly welcomed youand will give you the respect you deserveGood luck

Asher is an amazing mechanic! I've been using him for a while, and never had any issues with his work - He's extremely honest, and stands behind his work.He can be a bit grouchy at times, but its still worth it!Amazing diagnostic abilities - Better than any other guys I've seen.Looks to help you save money, and suggests alternative/cheaper options to clueless customers.Would absolutely recommend!!

The shop did a superb job replacing the leaking water pump in my Ford Explorer. It took them less than a day to complete this super complicated job (he even sent me pictures of the engine opened up). Fast, reliable, and convenient. Highly recommend for the big and small jobs.

Asher is the most honest and best technician in the country. He has a problem that he worries for your pocket much more than he worries for his own. He makes sure you watch good the health of your car. He also makes sure you don't overpay for needed replacement parts and gets the best option for YOU.You should definitely try him out, he is just amazing. No words.

Did my brakes and sorted out my overheating issue. This is after I had my local out of state (Florida)mechanic do a lot of work, that did not actually fix my issue. Whem I got to Catskills I was overheating every time I was in traffic. I ended up driving two and a half hours to get it done right. At his Brooklyn shop.

Great service very reasonable price. Does his best to complete repairs to your car the same day you bring it in. Extremely honest and tells you what needs to be done, does not try to sell you repairs you don't need.

I highly recommend Ashers auto repair! Always available for any emergency situation. Honest , reliable, and dependable! Very professional and efficient! Wouldnt go anywhere else!
