I spoke to the parts department at the flatlands ave store this morning. I had them put aside 3 sets of bulbs for my car. When I arrived at the store later on the items were waiting for me . The cashier offered me a club discount card. I have been at Arch auto before, always a great experience...

I called the store to ask about parts availability & cost. Although it was close to closing time, the associate that I spoke to was very helpful & did not try to rush me just so he could go home. For just this one reason.....I would reccomend Arch Auto to everyone.

I went to this auto shop today after having a bad experience at autozone.My experience was very very pleasant and the cashiers are very helpful I explained to him I didn t know about cars and told him what I needed done and he helped me so professionally I did not get his name but job well done.I will be back when needed

I had a great experience at the auto parts store it was wonderful I told a man what I wanted and he gave me options with prices and it was great definitely better than any other or apart store I've been to I will definitely be back you also offered me a card that I can use in the future for a rebate I accepted and that was a quick process no forms to fill out just a card to sign it was great I really did like my experience

I'm giving them a 3 . And that's because they had me waiting for hours for someone to bring me a part from another store only to wait and then was told hours later that they didn't have it, and I couldn't get the part and have to end up with parts from two different companies.

My experiences with this place was not that great. I waited hours for a part then was told they didn't have the part in the other store so I waited for over 2 hours for no reason.
