The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. Am recommending Allstate transmission to my family and friends. Amazing service! My 2017 Murano needed new transmission. The estimates from a dealership and a couple of local shops were about the same and painfully high. Lucky for me, a friend recommended Allstate Transmissions. They gave me a better price even though they had to transport the car from/to my house in NJ. While working on the car they noticed one of engine mount cushions was worn out (no wonder there was noise and vibration coming to the cabin), so they replaced it as well. The whole job was done within few days, and the car runs/sounds like new. I am super happy with the job, the price, the quick turnaround, and highly recommend this shop to anyone who is facing big ticket car issues.Service: Transmission

This is truly a local neighbourhood shop that treated me with honestly, transparency and great workmanship. From the minute I brought my car into the shop, I was told what potential issues may be and what estimated cost I should expect. Once the problem was diagnosed, the price did not variate from the initial quote. The work was done in a timely fashion and surprising to me, there were no surprises. Did not want my transmission to break but since it did, glad I stopped by your shop. I was told by a friend of this place and there quality of work however I went and received 2 quotes prior to coming here, not only did they give a very fair price, but they were very fast (2 days everyone else stated a week or more), very professional in handling me and my car which to me was extra value. They also provided a better warranty then anyone one else who provided a quote to me showing me that they stand behind their work. I ve had the car back (2008 Honda Accord) for about a month now and its feels exactly like when it was brand new. Thank you guys for being real professionals and honest.Service: Transmission

Highly recommend! I am the person who does extensive research before trusting someone with my car. I visited several repair shops before stopping by Allstate Transmission. I met very professional owner, who took his time to inspect my car and explained in great details available options to repair my Ford Escape. The whole process took less than 3 days! The invoice for repair was exactly as provided estimate on day one. If you need help with your car, stop by and you will be surprised by the professional service!

My transmission broke down on my 2015 BMW 328ix. Allstate transmissions was there to help me. I was referred to them by a friend and they were extremely responsive and timely. They did a fantastic job rebuilding my transmission and even delivered my car to me within 36 hours. Their pricing was also very competitive, I called several other shops and they were one of the cheapest ones. I highly recommend using them.Services: Transmission, Electrical

Got my transmission rebuilt for my BMW 328 2014 and they did a great job. Took less than a week for them to return me my car and they even covered me for a 1 year warranty. I haven t had any issues with the car since it s been repaired. Thank you Allstate Transmissions for your wonderful services.

Allstate Transmission has been amazing to me ! They have gone above and beyond with their service. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team is professional and very friendly. I brought my car there for repairs and had to wait around all day as I live far and had no way home. I was able to witness how hard the whole team works throughout the entire day. In addition, they were so kind to bring me lunch during their short lunch break ! The work was completed on my car the same day. I am extremely grateful for the services they provided, their hard work and their kindness !!!!

Top quality service with the best prices. Allstate Transmission is the best place to go to for your automobile needs. The owner and staff are professional and friendly. They explain all the work to you and give you the best prices in Brooklyn. The work is done quickly and very cleanly. This is a classical rip-off type of place. Do not go there. I came to ask for the pricing for the transmission repair for the issue I already knew and I told them where the leak was coming from, they took my car, even though I told them already what the problem was, put it up in the air, looked under it, made clever faces, told me to rebuild my transmission and charged me $80 meanwhile the car was still in the air, taken hostage. They never told me they were going to charge me before taking my car, they haven t add anything new to what I already told them.Don t. Just don t. Ruined my day.

I had a problem with my Infiniti M35, when I try to go reverse the car would not move. I visited several repair shops, everyone tried to take advantage of me by offering to replace my car transmission with a new one or used from junkyard - which is quite costly. Allstate transmission folks have performed a detailed diagnostic and suggested that they can make some adjustment to my car transmission to fix it - which is way less costly than replacing the whole transmission. I was so happy when I received the call from Gennadiy fromAllstate transmission saying that the adjustment worked and I can pick up my car in the evening. At this point I m driving my car for over three months after this repair and I don t have any issues. What a great service, with honest cost estimate. Highly recommend!
