I enjoyed my experience at Chevrolet with Aaron. He was very transparent and patient with all my questions. He gave me enough time to think about the deal without harassing me or blowing my phone up which made me feel more comfortable coming back to him. He took care of me and helped me make the entire process less painful. I would definitely buy another car with Aaron!

I went in to Chevrolet to get a pre owned 2021 Chevrolet Blazer. My sales man Jeudy was amazing and got me in the car that I wanted. This is my first car ever and in my opinion Jeudy is patient and honest When it comes to your car buying process as a customer. Thankyou for making my dreams come true

By far the best experience I ve ever had while servicing my vehicle! The service manager JP went over and beyond to handle all of my needs! His knowledge, professionalism, attentiveness, and overall demeanor made me feel so comfortable and confident with the service I received. great experience overall, very attentive staff and great deals. Excited about my new vehicle. My salesperson Jibunor was also patient and took his time showing me different vehicles, great experience overall. The general manager was also amazing, very helpful and got me the deal I wanted, although I only came in to look, I left with a new car.

I hate brining my car into dealerships to get serviced, but I had such an amazing experience when dealing with everyone at Advantage Chevrolet. The service manger (I believe he was the manger) JP was excellent and very transparent, no hidden fees very upfront with everything. The whole process was very fast & easy. I ll definitely be bringing my car back to JP and the crew.

Came in to just get a ballpark figure on prices and options for a potential future purchase. I ended up leaving with a vehicle totally different from the one I was considering. Our salesperson Arron was great very attentive and his suggestion was great. Our sales manager Mikhal was great as well he was direct and to the point. He didn t try to sell me anything that I didn t need. He listened to my financial concerns and provided suitable options. I left this dealership without any stress and or confusion. I haven t been here in years and I am not disappointed. I would recommend this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. I will definitely be back for any future purchases.

Arron and Luis took great care to make sure I left happy with the vehicle I came in looking for. I found the process to be hassle free. Highly recommend. The manager Trent is also very energetic and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable with purchase and the finance guy Syed broke everything down to me in a way that made me comfortable with the numbers 10/10 highly recommend getting your next car here

Had the pleasure of working with Peter in servicing my Suburban. Peter made the whole process from bringing the truck in to complete service very easy. If you re looking for a no hassle repair from a reputable dealer, look no further and go see Peter. He will take good care of you. He's fair, honest and patient and talks automobile english when it comes to repairs because I do not understand any of it. Told me exactly what I needed and I feel my truck runs better then new now.

We went to advantage chevy yesterday, to inquire about lease pricing. Our sales consultant Arron was very attentive to our needs and found us a vehicle at a price we could accept. Every employee that we had contact with was extremely professional and pleasant.The next day I realized i was missing a paper and Arron sent me the paper immediately!Also the Show room was spotless and they had a nice assortment of vehicles on display too.I would definitely use advantage Chevy again .

Overall amazing experience, from start to walking out the door. Dealt with a sales representative named Arron, highly recommend going to him if you're in the market for a new Chevy. He was able to really get me the best price possible and the numbers made sense, no hidden fees or added charges what so ever. Let him know what I was looking to pay per month, and how much I wanted to put down, and he just made it happen.Ended up going with a lease and the finance manager was also quite helpful to say the least. Syed gave me the entire breakdown of the pricing and made sure everything was clear and understood before I walked out the dealership. Advised me on what warranties I should get, ended up going with the tire and wheels package, and was informed of everything the warranty entails.Definitely plan to come back in three years when my lease is up and get a refinance on the car to buy it out.Great team, keep up the good work guys!!

I purchased a 2019 Corvette from the Brooklyn Advantage Chevrolet from across the country. All transactions were done over the phone and FaceTime. Between Mr. Sayed and Steffon, they made me feel as if I was standing in the showroom. They went out of their way to call, text and FaceTime me when I had any questions. The transaction was seamless and very professional. When it s time to update to my C8 corvette, I m planning to repeat this process.My sincere and deepest admiration goes out to Steffon who was my salesperson. His attention to details and personality made me feel at ease, and even entertained some after hours phone calls I had with questions .Great job guys.The included photo is my new toy sitting at the transporter s lot

The overall buying experience at this dealership was one I truly respected and appreciated. My partner and I were initially greeted by Derick, our sales rep and he allowed us time to explore our options, was attentive to what we wanted and made the buying experience very smooth. He was extremely helpful throughout our time there and seemed to genuinely care about us. Once we got through the test drive, Syed was the person who helped us with the negotiations to find the right price. Both gentleman really heard us out and were patient with us. We felt understood and valued at this dealership and it resulted in us getting what we wanted. We left extremely happy and would absolutely recommend this dealership to all of my friends who are looking to purchase a new car.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Advantage Chevrolet has denied me services for my Cadillac and did not even have the decency to call me to discuss the matter. They had the nerve to say they did not want to take my lease back because I did not buy it directly from their location, even though this is a GM vehicle and any GM dealer should take back the car. Every time I tried to get through to a salesperson, I was placed on hold, never called back, and was only able to deal with the secretary. Their lack of customer service skills made me go out of my way to Staten Island to drop off my Cadillac, where they were nothing but kind and helpful with me returning my lease, and the entire transaction took less than 15 minutes. Will NEVER even attempt to use Advantage for their services ever again.
