Manager is a piece of work. I bought redtop battery , 5 days ago, not installed still brand new, since I was junking the car so I took it back to return. Was told immediately batteries are non returnable because they electrical part. Asked to talk to manager, he refused to see me.. even tho it is up to the store discretion to accept a return. He didn't even want to look my way. They didn't even look at the battery , the part that gets me, when I went in the store I wanted to buy the cheapest smallest battery, that same manager was the one that upsold me the redtop, talking about 3 year warranty and that the cheap one might break in few months. So not only will they try upsell you, but the second you buy it, they won't honor no return

Even with a computer in front of them the employees can't seem to get parts right. You'll be back again and again and again. They switch staff every 2 months. Don't go there! You've been warned!!

Great store. Was able to get the things I need no problem. Unlike the Baldwin store, that is a hit-or-miss store for me. Workers were uninterested in serving. I just turned around and left.

I bought new brake pads for my car and when I opened the box inside were used brake pads. When I try to return them they assumed I was scamming them. I will never do business with them again.

Went to this store today 2/21 at 6pm to drop off an Amazon return. The tall man that was there from the beginning already looked like he has an attitude. I asked him If he this was a ups drop off location and he said yes. I went to my car and brought the packages to the store. He refused to take one saying that it is too big. I told him that I made sure that Amazon said to drop it off at this location as an ups drop off. He refused to take it. I pleaded with him that I am 7 months pregnant and I parked far and just dragged this from my car to my store, he refused and ignored me. I took the package back to my car and called Amazon just to make sure that it was the correct location and they confirmed that it is okay to drop it off there and that ups will pick it up. I called the store back and asked for the employee name to file a complaint and he said he is the manager and his name was Danny. I explained what Amazon said and he said well we don t work for Amazon and hung up the phone on me. I never been so humiliated by a store employee in my life and this is a so called manager. They must have serious job security not provide basic customer service or treat people with kindness. I believe that the company signed up to be a ups drop off to attract customers to the store and bring more foot traffic but with employees like this, the customers will not return. I know I definitely not be returning.

the dudes that work here have such good customer service skills. no ego, all positive, supportive, and helpful. I do wish the company cleaned up the parking lot they deserve a good looking space.

It has all your needs for a vehicle! Pleasant customer service! Price are reasonable. Outside of the store, you have mechanics waiting to put your part on that you just bought! Good customer service dealing with the mechanics outside the store. Enjoy!

They want to charge over $500 for battery booster, it can be bought on Amazon for much less .. Buy your parts online.

I came here with a dead battery issue. The service was excellent and friendly. They diagnosed the battery for free and hooked me up with the right battery. Great energy in the store and a good crew, Brian especially. Respect.

Came here with my dad recently to buy an oil gasket. We were given the part, and paid for it. We opened the box right there and realized it was the wrong part we were given. We were told no exchanges or refunds. They were horrible, customer service was terrible. Gave us no explanations. Apparently the reasoning was because the part was ordered from another store, as if we knew that. Been here multiple times in the past, and its just a terrible staff, with horrible customer service. Don't come here.

Very helpful and funny guys n gals work here. It seems like they would go out of their way just to have you walk out the store with a great big smile on your face. If you are facing a problem that they are not able to help with, they will def point you in the right direction,even if it's a competing store. Really enjoyed my experience there!

In today's world with google star ratings. Generated directly from the customers.Store owners and management need to pay close attention, the return policy at the entire advance auto parts stinks. Its easier to do business with stores that treat customers with respect and courtesy, Advance Auto parts need to visit their competitors and upgrade their services.Do not shop there!

I came in to charge my car battery yesterday (it was very cold out!). The employee that helped me was kind and patient, he came outside and did all the work without me having to come out of pocket. He recommended me get a new battery bc I still needed a boost after 30mins of charging the battery. After 2 different boosters not working, he ended up getting his personal booster to start up my car. Talk about going above and beyond! I ended up getting a new battery and not having to do any of the work.Thank you for having this service available. And HUGE SHOUT OUT TO EFREM, for providing exceptional customer service! I really appreciate you! Two other employees interacted with me and they were great! (I ll get their names next time)That s how you keep loyal people coming back and spreading the Great experience to countless others.

Went in for a bushing press kit for a control arm, and told me if i needed a caliper presser, made me wait for 20 min just to ignore. Please send employees to school or at least make them learn something about tools

Store closes at 10 , I get there at 950 (yes I know that s very close to the tome they close ) but the door was locked. I knocked as the associate walked to the door he said they were closed. I had the empty bottle of what I needed and told him I want to buy this and nothing else. But he told me I couldn t get it because all the registers was keyed out.So my real question is, what time do they close?I work retail too and understand that people may want to go home but that s not how you conduct business.

It's a good place to look for spare parts, and all the secondary stuff one might need for car care, and engine care. I would put them slightly better than UtoZone in terms of price. And way better than Pep Boys, in terms of pricing & customer service.

Don t go to this place, drive few more minutes and find a place that appreciate your business. I walk in here several time and the employees are mad at the world. I try to pay and no come here sir, no hi, not a Thank. Us like they doing you a favor.

The service was good, helpful staff. My issue is with the in-store pricing in contrast to online dramatically different.. in-store be prepared to pay $6-$20 dollar difference. I suggest that you order on line take advantage of the coupons.

I came to this place to avoid the things I don't like about AutoZone.....Now it seems they are aspiring to be just like them. Customer service is the key, but they really need to invest in self checkout....... They would increase their sales so much more with it.

The experience was extremely positive. Twice in different occasions the same person at the counter was extremely helpful, he even mentioned if I knew were to add the coolant or the oil, good intentions are always welcomed
