Terrible customer service....not enough employees the site advises free installation of battery but the worker said I have to install myself he's alone...HORRIBLE...don't offer a service you can't deliver ...false advertisement

Always a pleasure when I come to Advance Auto parts. Went in there for my windshield wipers where they didn't have one in my back one they did have to for the front. Always a pleasure customer service is wonderful and the security there is phenomenal.

Good staff... but the parking lot will require you to have suspension service after visit. So many craters; too large to be pot holes... disappointed in lack of outside maintenance.

Didn't even know this was located here but either way it was great service. The service rep was cool and even came from around the register to give me an insight on some products I was thinking about. All the while dealing with impatient callers.

Great place to and shop for your car. Excellent customer service. Went there and bought new wipers. The guy at the cash register actually helped me install them. He was awesome.

Ordered online get there about a hour later order is not ready. Waited about 15 minutes for them to get the order. And they don t have half the parts. I have to wait 1 to 2 days for my refund

Store manager wont price match competitors, wont honor the store prices they rather loosee a customer than honor their vision statement. Took my business elsewhere. Thanks

Went In to replace 3 of my tires and the main one I needed switched which was the left back passenger side, they forgot to call me to pick up my car and then I get there and the tired that needed to be changed was still on, I was told to come back the next day after 2 and when I got there they said they was packed for me to come back tomorrow but when I called I was told to come in, Horrible Business... First and last time

I got a new battery. The guy changed it for me and insisted I tip him as soon as he was done I was going to tip him but let me tip on my own without being told to lol. 3 stars for that

Very good, the gentleman was very informative and helpfulI've had a lot of bad experiences at autozone,and a lot of good experiences at advance auto, my home store is the one on Atlantic Ave near Pennsylvania ave...THE BEST!!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Knowledgeable sales guy gave me exactly what I needed and I can't argue with the price. Synthetic motor oil is usually very expensive and they had a nice sale.

The place was empty and I could not get anyone of the three employees to help me in choosing a part. The prices were confusing and as easy as it should have been for one of three employees to help in untangling the actual prices no one would help.

Parts are always readily available and they stock a lot of European car parts which is a plus.

No one seems to be able to track am order. 12.20pm order and yet 2pm no one can help me. First and last time I order anything.
