I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service and support I received from Wesley and his team! My car overheated (coming from out of town) over the Thanksgiving weekend and the crew made sure my car was in good shape to drive back to Maryland. They worked within my tight schedule and took care of my radiator and brakes in a timely manner! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The service, diagnostics and communication was great! This was the only place that was able to correctly diagnose my car. Pricing was fair, and the staff at this establishment are wonderful, polite and timely. I appreciate the work they did on my Cupcake (my cars name). I m super grateful she is running smooth again. Highly recommended this facility for servicing needs!

Exceptional service, customer service, and concern. Everyone at AAMCO on Ralph were the best. John, the owner, did everything in his power to try and help my situation. He researched and contacted his resources in order to come up with the best solution to help with my car issues. Wesley, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure they were providing me with the best solutions that would fit my budget. They didn't diagnose an obvious transmission problem still they charged me a diagnostic check charge $97.93. The manager and tech primarily told me they basically go by what the DTC's say. I was very dishearten with their service.

Yolanda at the front desk was friendly and helpful . Wesley was honest and professional. He was honest about what my car needed and didn t try to oversell me. Would return here in the future for transmission issues.

My boyfriend has an old car that he loves very much. The mechanics from this service station very quickly and professionally performed a technical inspection of his car's transmission. The general manager of this company, Wesley, was very friendly. The girl Emily at the reception very quickly processed all the bills. I definitely recommend this service station.

When my 2016 suv stopped reversing I brought it by Aamco on Ralph. Jon, Wesley and Yolanda all went above and beyond. They hooked me up with a fair transmission replacement. Great staff, and gave me great service. Unfortunately i couldn t afford the repairs on the car. But service was great and employees are very welcoming. Also gave me a free diagnostic.

AAMCO Transmission located on Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn is the only dealer I trust to work on my vehicle when I need vehicle repairs done. Very professional staff, they diagnose exactly what's wrong with the car and tell you upfront what needs to be done. Wesley and the rest of staff are great. Excellent customer service.

So, I have a 2017 Ford Escape and the transmission went out. That in itself is terrible o Fords part. I digress, the service that Wesley, Yolanda, and the other staff provided was nothing short of STELLAR!!Great Job AAMCO at Ralph Ave!! And thanks again.

By far the best customer service I have received. Yolanda is very courteous on the phone and listens uninterrupted. Wesley is very responsive. He has extra care for customers and provide great recommendations. My car was very well taken care of when I came in with my transmission issue. This place is great. I worked with Wesley, and he couldn't have been more helpful. I have a 20-year-old car and it has been putting me through it lately. Have such great people working on it and the customer service given to me personally has made the process easier. They were able to walk me through all the repairs and maintenance process. Wesley is amazing and he truly is an example of how to successfully deal with irate people like myself.
