I busted the side mirror on my GX460 and needed a replacement immediately. And in a matter of days, these guys got me back out on the road with a new mirror!Service was awesome, and best of all, they are very reasonable with their pricing and transparency as well! Not a lot of mechanics/body shops are like that!

These guys are really great. I ve been there a few times for repairs or inspections and they are always helpful, professional, and very transparent. Ifran was very helpful with handling insurance claims as well, it was a big load off my mind.

Disgusting shop, owner is a disgusting pig, they are penny pinchers, if you want to be scammed and beaten in the head go to this shop, and get robbed!! I went there to get an inspection done, they as told to drive the car around, and then come back, I went back 2 weeks later and was told he can t do it!!

The A1 Auto Body Shop Brooklyn is the most disgusting, most cheating, most robber and most thieving body shop I know, and I advise everyone to never take your cars to this body shop to save your money, your nerves, and your health.Save your health and your money, and in no case do not take your cars to the A1 Auto Body Shop Brooklyn.8 months ago my car started making noises from the steering system and to repair this problem, I took my car twice to another disgusting, cheating, robber and thieving Toyota Plaza on Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, where they supposedly twice "repaired" the same problem at very high prices, but the problem did not go away.I brought my car to this worse A1 Auto Body Shop, where they, through their professional deception, created the impression that they are good, and I naively believed and trusted them, and allowed them to repair my car.And for the same problem, I took my car to this body shop twice too, and it turned out that there is still a need for a 3rd repair. (Total 5 repairs to solve the same problem). That's when I realized that this body shop is much worse than the Toyota Plaza Nostrand Avenue Brooklyn body shop, and I decided to never visit here again.But during that period there was a car accident and a driver insured of disgusting, cheater and thiev GEICO hit my car while I was standing at a red light. And since I hadn't found another body shop at that time, I forsedly had to bring my car here again.After repairing damages in result of a car accident, I will have to repair the same problem again, "repaired" by the A1 Auto Body Shop Brooklyn and Toyota Plaza Nostrand Brooklyn body shop, for four times.The manager irfan of the A1 Auto Body Shop Brooklyn, together with the adjuster of GEICO agreed that they will take the full compensation limit of 10,000 dollars and divide it among themselves.When I found out about this, I refused to have my car repaired by that body shop, and then the manager irfan said that the GEICO adjuster told him to wreck my car to "assess" the damage. And this is in the case that all the damage was very clearly visible, without wrecking my car. But the manager irfan wrecked my car and demanded $1,500 for that "job" or $10000 as was aggred with the GEICO adjuster, and holded my car in his body shop as a hostage .And since my friend was involved in this case to help me, I did not complain to the prosecutor's office, so that the prosecutor's office then would not invite my friend for questioning, testifying, etc., and I just paid that 1500 dollars. From this body shop I took my car and took it to the another body shop that my friend said me, where they repair my car for 3500 dollars instead of 10000 dollars.The manager Irfan makes an aggrements with insurance companies adjusters and steals the full compensation limit available to already injured drivers, and his repaired car is of too much poor quality and needs to be repaired again, but only in other body shops.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They have the best Mecahinc s working in their facility, I always take my car to them even if it s a just a regular oil change or major repair, they are my go to people. I can t thank them enough for handling my insurance claim when someone hit my car when I was stopped on red light. Thank you irfan!!!

One of the best repair shop in Brooklyn and best mechanic . I been coming here since 2008 13 years. Irfan is so accommodating he always knows what s wrong with the car the first time. So far in these years I have fixed 2007 Honda Pilot and 2014 Honda Accord, 2003 impala, 2014 Chevy Suburban.

Don't ever fix your car there, the mechanic forgot to. Connect the hose to the radiator and made me stuck on the belt Parkway because overheated I paid a $140 for towing truck and he refused to To pay for the towing truck and he claimed I have a problem in the fan. Asking me for paying another $375. May Allah not blessing you at all And any money you will make and I will meet you at the hearing after the day of judgment. I will never forgive you. I will never forgive you. Life is losing and winning But you run in your business you need.. To understand that. You cannot win all the time. You must pay for your mistake.May Allah not blessing you? I will make prayer all the time because you made me lose the whole day. Do not go there or deal with the boss ,his name ERFAN. And the price always hi than any other mechanic shop I used to deal with.

My car shut down on me about 4 blocks away .I called a1 auto shop .they send someone to help .They took my car to their shop and replaced my battery with very good price -I will only go to this shop from now on

I got it into an accident on coney island - I googled auto shop and first shop popef up was A1 .They towed my car on a very good price - they fixed my right front door in 2 days and price was very reasonable- Thanks guys

One of my friends referred me to this shop .it took me 45 minutes from my home but I was served very professional by Manager .He helped me to get rental car simce my car suppose to stay in shop for 3 days. My car was repaired very well. Now this is my place to go if I have any car issue

Always long time waiting sometimes they let their friends before you. Expensive prices. One time I went with for my transmission oil leaking they told me to change the transmission. I went to another repair shop it was just wrong hoses. It was good shop until they got many customers. They wrote good reviews from your phone so don t trust it. Also one time they sold me a rotor even my rotors are good they said they can t let me go. But After one moth I came for oil change they telling me again for replacing I said you already did one month ago then they shut up. It s scam so beware of them. Mechanics are good but owner scams. When I go to TLC Inspection they tell me you have a tint in the back but it s legal in any law you can have darkest tint in your car.
