This place exceeded my expectations! Not only did they answer and talk me through the entire process of having my insurance cover the window replacement, they made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Very easy and super pleasant to work with this shop! The wait to replace the window and tint it (rear window) was super quick too .. (they tell you about 2 hours but it was done within an hour and a half).Thank you again for fixing my window right after Thanksgiving! I would 100% recommend anyone that needs window fixed/replaced or tints done to come to this shop!

Came in Easter Sunday after my back window was broke while attending the concert at the Barclay the night before. I was able to get a temp window for the day while he ordered my window and told me to come back tomorrow(Monday). I called Monday at 1030. Got to BK by 1120. Window installed by 12:30 and I m back home. Great service, great hospitality, price was very reasonable. I recommend anyone needing a quick fix go here and I came from Staten Island.

Highly recommend these guys. My car got broken into on a rainy day, safelite auto quoted me 8 days to have it fixed, and they didn t have a customer service rep I could talk to. Called 2 hour auto glass, they answered on the first ring and toldMe they had a window ready be installed right away. I emailed themMy insurance, drove over and they had a new window installed and vacuumed up all the broken glass in under 45 min and I was on my way. Ask for Barry, super helpful and nice guy!

Barry and the 2 Hour Auto Glass team were incredibly professional, transparent, and provided excellent customer service. Barry was kind enough to fit me in last minute to get my leaky windshield replaced, which was fixed in about 2 hours, as advertised! I greatly appreciated the team's work, insights, and time, and will definitely come back if I ever have auto glass needs in the future. Thank you to the whole crew!

Joe and his crew were very accommodating. They did a quality job and were available immediately, on the same day I called. The process was seamless with my insurance, which handled 100% of the billing. Great experience, Highly recommend.

My unfortunate car has needed three trips here in the last year. Each one has been fast, easy, and reasonably priced. The quality of the work seems very high. They re great, call them up (so they can get the glad you need ahead of time) and come on in. You ll likely be done in less than 2 hours.

It s never fun to have to take care of your car s broken window on a sunny Sunday morning. However, Barry made the whole experience very smooth. My car was being taken care of right after I arrived (with the manufacturer s piece).His crew did a great/ speedy job and left the car clean. I was in and out within 20 min!5 service for this Brooklyn local business with pro delivery. I highly recommend!!

I needed to get a window replaced ASAP after my car was broken into. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received at 2 Hour Auto Glass. Barry was great, personable and helpful. He was super responsive and worked hard to get the window delivered same day from far out on Long Island (Riverhead). I was in and out in ~30 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The reviews on here are legit. If you're in the market for glass work, I highly recommend 2 Hour Auto Glass.

Believe the hype and the 5-star reviews. These guys are great - super responsive, efficient, and friendly. I discovered a crack in my windshield on a Sunday - Barry and his team were able to verify my insurance and replace the windshield within two hours - highly recommended

When we smashed our rear windshield a few days before we needed to take our daughter back to college, we were distraught. We had never dealt with fixing auto glass and we had no idea where to even start. When we got home, I started googling and soon 2 Hour Auto Glass was at the top of my list due to its excellent reviews and straightforward website. The next morning, a Sunday, 2 Hour Auto Glass was my first call and within minutes I knew I didn't need to price check anyone else. Barry, the co-owner, was a total mensch, friendly and straightforward. He gave us a reasonable quote and promised to help walk us through submitting to insurance. Plus, he was open on a Sunday! As promised, our car was fixed within two hours. I'm so glad I found this place... even though I hope I never need them again! :)

Amazing service! I had a crack on the driver's side of my windshield on my new car, so I contacted my insurance which gave me a few places close by. However, I decided to go with 2 hour auto glass and they do not disappoint! Service was very professional and Barry who I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and personable. Professional service from start to finish - he even ordered OEM glass for me. It took a few days to arrive, but the replacement was done in an hour. This place is absolutely the best!!!! I previously had an appointment with another glass repair shop and was notified by that company that the rear glass for my vehicle was discontinued, my insurance companysuggested I contact 2 hour auto repair shop, I spoke to Barry and got an appointment right away to bring my vehicle for my window replacement. I would absolutely recommend 2 hour auto glass repair shop to anyone looking for a professional place, this is the one. Excellent service from the entire staff. In addition, no out of pocket cost for me, my insurance company covered the entire cost

It s never fun when you need to get your auto glass replaced. Fortunately, this place made my life a little easier. They worked with my insurance seamlessly, and even went out of their way to order me OEM parts so that my windshield would be as good as new. The manager, Barry is responsive and made the process straightforward, and the team takes pride in their work.

Barry and Joe were amazing! I needed my back windshield replaced and the business my insurance company referred me to had a 10 day wait AND and I couldn't get past their automated phone system. 2 Hour Glass was my savior! Barry answered on the second ring and even though they were busy, they were true to their word and my car was repaired in less than 2 hours! It was so simple. Joe was a delight to work with and they even took my insurance. Joe and Barry took all my stress out of an unfortunate situation. Barry was awesome just from initial conversation on the phone. He made sure my documents were in order before arrival. By the time I got there, Keith and Alex were ready to do their thing. Cleaned all the shattered glass and replaced glass in an hour. Service was great. I highly recommend it. I had my car broken into this morning. They broke my rear window. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Barry. Barry was very personable and very helpful. He said if I can get to the shop by 1:00 pm he will be able to fix it. I did not think this would be possible because it was Sunday. I arrive and was greeted with amazing service. My window was fixed and I was pleasantly surprised it took less than two hours. I would highly recommend Barry and his shop and rate it 10 out of 10!!!Service: Auto rear window replacement

My car got broken into and I called everywhere to replace it. Thankfully, Barry answered, gave me a fair price and told me what time to come in. I was in and out within 20 minutes of arriving. He even made me a cup of coffee while I waited. I cannot recommend them enough! I m grateful and glad I made the decision to drive here from the Bronx! Honest, reliable and kind service!

I came because of the Google reviews and I m glad I did. Fast, honest, super helpful guys. Another service couldn t find the window I needed replaced. These guys found it and had it overnighted for me. They even gave me coffee and a croissant while I waited. I hope I don t need more windows replaced but I know where I m coming if I do.

After someone broke our back rear glass, insurance referred us to 2 Hour Auto Glass and the service was great. Barry was really helpful getting things sorted with our insurance because the agent kept submitting the claim wrong. He needed to special order the glass from California and it arrived in three days. We don t have a garage and felt uncomfortable leaving our car on the street with no rear window. Luckily there was space in the garage and Barry was kind enough to store our car while the part was being delivered. Once the part arrived the car was ready in less than 2 hours.

Excellent Windshield Repair Service!Recently had a small chip on my windshield after a pebble incident on the Garden State Parkway. Attempted a DIY fix with no success, so I reached out to 2 Hour Auto Glass. Spoke to Billy, who was incredibly nice and professional. In and out of the workshop in less than an hour, and the repair was top-notch. With 35 years of experience, I highly recommend their expertise!

Fantastic experience again with 2 hour glass! Full service repair and in super speedy fashion. They took care of everything with insurance from A to Z, aside from the initial call to insurance. PRO TIP: call them before you come in and they will have the glass you need ready for when your car comes in. Turn around time, without an advance phone call was three hours for both the back and front windshields (which is truly remarkable)- they also went the extra mile to get me Mazda original glass and calibrated it to perfection. The team at 2 Hour Auto Glass was so accommodating! They took my car in a pinch super last minute and really put me to ease. They didn t have the glass in inventory but was able to get one for the next day. I m so appreciative of the high level of customer service that I was treated with. 10/10 recommend!

Had a sudden leak thru my sunroof on my SUV while it was raining on a Sunday. Called to see if I could be seen at the last minute $& Barry the owner immediately offered me a free evaluation and told me to come by. When I arrived he Gave me a free estimate and Carlos his worker was able to fix my leak while I waited. Carlos Finished in about an hour Barry gave me a reasonable price. Both were Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

After a bad experience at a local shop, I decided to check out 2 Hour Auto due to their reviews; and they don't lie! Barry was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My vehicle was retinted and the glass scratches were fixed. All within a few hours! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Barry and the rest of the team were extremely helpful after we had a break-in overnight. I called in the morning and was able to go and get the window fixed within an hour, it would have taken a couple weeks to get an appointment elsewhere and at a more expensive rate, too. I also got a nice free pen out of it.
