Great service was very quick to pick up my car they even wait very patiently for me to get there and explain things that i didn t even understand recommend this company .

I don t normally leave negative reviews like this but if you can t do the basics why should you be recommended?? Went there looking for a replacement battery. Already had the battery out the car and was looking for a specific replacement. Told the owner what battery I wanted, they had to pick it up from another location and when the battery came, it was the wrong one.Owner gets an attitude and says if the car was there the mistake wouldn t have happened. No I m sorry, if you was attentive like ANY business would be, this wouldn t have happened. Guy even left the window without saying if another battery will be bought or anything. Just left and ordered the proper batter from Amazon which was delivered the next day to my house.

Absolute insanity. Insurance company called for a tow at 11:45. ETA was 1:08. Called them at 1:13 for a update and they say "give me 5 minutes and I'll call you back with information". 1:25 come and no phone call. I call them back and they tell me our guy took the wrong papers and did another job. Are they for real?! Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to the most desperate person. Your better off pushing your own car. You'll get there faster. I'm only giving this one star rating because you have to put something for the review. Unacceptable!!!

I've been to different shops, but I can firmly say, this shop it's got it all . Pros here know what they're doing, and the fact that is family operated makes it The Best since you can see how careful and diligent they are with their clients. Martin and Vlad worked on my vehicle. Picked my car up the same day They also provide towing, which was super useful when I got stock on the highway. No haggle, no BS. Would recommend this shop to everyone who wants to save time and get the job done with the run-around

November 2018 I bought a new battery from this mechanic shop then 3 times the car won't start and call AAA for service, the last time I took it back to were I bought the battery and claimed that 2 new battery terminals was installed and wiring repair done. In less than 1 week same problem again the car won't start.Had the car towed to another shop and find out that one of the battery terminal was loose and had to installed a new one again. Had one visible new terminal and one old visible terminal that was just ignored but was charge 50 dollars for both. I refused to go back to that 1-2-3 auto center . A simple battery service was given a poor service I just don't want that company close to my car again. I won't advice any one going to that place that mess up with something so simple as a battery. unsatisfactory service!!!!

Don t take your eyes off your car don t know when the mechanic will call up his friend to get little parts off your vehicle to help out his people They will swap out parts and tell you that s how it came and try make you look crazy

Worst service. The workers were extremely rude. The mechanic told me $165 for my rotors and caliper then after I left to withdraw the money he told me $185? No sense of communication and there was an extreme language barrier. The man literally went back and fourth with me instead of admitting his mistake and humbling himself. After I spoke with the owner he tells me the man a mistake ???? Okay??? What does that mean? Now my bank is going to charge me $5 and the atm charged me $5. Could have paid with my credit card and paid the fees just to avoid the back and forth. The service itself wasn t rocket science, it was just me driver side caliper and rotors but I will never go back.

They never showed up. I called from toyota care. At 9a.m. the call was put in they said 90min. I'm in the same zip code. They didn't show up. Then said 55min. They never showed up. I had to call back toyota to have another service dispatched.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I had an insurance claim sent here, and when I called to make the repair appointment they flatly said they didn t have space and hung up. They seem to have trouble doing the simple service of making future appointments.

Very bad customer service they treat you as if I were going to ask for something for free they stayed with my car for 5 days when I went to pick it up they told me that it was ready and they hadn't touched the car was the same as I left it

Called insurance at 0530 for a Jump, ETA was 0645. Called them up at 0650 "The guy is at a tire change, he's having trouble getting it off. 15-20 minutes." Oh, ok, sure. Technician didn't arrive until 0750. I could've walked to AutoZone, bought a battery, gotten breakfast, and changed the battery myself before they would arrive. The Technician was more than nice enough, but logistics leave more than a lot to be desired.
