I cannot say enough good things about this place!! They re wonderful! From the girls in the office, the guys who fix your car, and John and Paul. This is an amazing business where you are certain to have the easiest and smoothest experience where your car is concerned!! After an accident they not only fixed my dent beautifully, but they cleaned my car inside and out! In this day and age, to find a business with this type of work ethic is few and far between. Merit is truly a fantastic auto body shop. I ll never go anywhere else!

You know how you become stressed just at the mere thought of your car needing to be worked on and not having your vehicle for who knows how long? With Merit Auto Body, it isn't that. Paul, who owns the shop is outstanding and exceptional. He's lovely to speak with because he's sincere and honest. Those that work there are on top of their game. They worked out all the phone calls and details for a rental car and spoke to the insurance company without me having to say, "What? What happened? What do I need to do now?" There's none of that here. They said my car would be ready on September 26th and it was ready on the 21st! When I picked up my car, they contacted the rental company to freeze the contract so that I was not being charged any more, and they detailed my car after all the body repairs were completed. The repairs done on my car were exceptional too, and they kindly got rid of the dings left from those folks who open their rear door when the parking spaces are too narrow and leave a couple of dents without leaving a note on your windshield to apologize. My car looked brand new!! I only hope that when I'm ready to find a contractor to build my home, they have the same standards and values to customer service, which fall in the upper echelons of Merit Auto Body. I wish I could have given them all a big hug!!

By far, the best auto repair establishment that I have ever been to. Courteous and friendly staff who always give you updates on the progress of your car. A knowledgeable crew who do exemplary work. Paul, who is so friendly and accommodating, runs a very well oiled machine. When I picked up my car after having a dent repaired on my door, my car looked better than when I purchased it. Don t even think twice when you need to have body work done on your car. Merit is the place for your repairs.

They were amazing. My car was side swiped and at the worst part of my car. They said it d take 2 weeks and it took a week and a half. They were sweet, updated me at least every other day, especially the Friday before their weekend. The car looked like I just got it new again and they were nice enough to detail my car. I was hoping not to have to come back but a similar situation happened again and I already know where I was going to fix it.Service: Body & Trim

The BEST quality work I have seen in a long time. This shop is so detailed, it's amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They keep you well-informed on every step of the repair process. Hopefully, for insurance purposes, I don't have to use him but if I need repairs? Paul's Merit Body Shop it is!Extremely impressed! What a job!

I definitely recommend Merit Auto Body, they did a great job with my car, it came out like new! At all times they communicated and keep me inform. They did all the paper work with my insurance, and I just had to confirmed. Merit Auto Body performed excellent work in the extensive repair of my 2021 Mazda SUV; they kept me fully informed on practically a daily basis of the insurance process, parts order/arrival and completion time the car was actually finished 2 days early, washed & detailed for my pickup. They also acted as my liaison with Enterprise, arranging for rental car pickup & dropoff..,and, finally, they assisted in my retrieval of my I-phone charger from Enterprise..,I highly recommend Merit Auto Body !

I had a fantastic experience with Merit Auto, Body. From the moment I wrecked my car and called them, to the pick up of the flawlessly repaired car, they were completely responsive, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty in getting my car issues resolved, including dealing with the insurance and rental car companies. Outstanding work and service. I don't want to make it habit of having to repair dents and accident damage. But I've had my car damaged twice in three years. My car is my baby. I want it brought back to new condition. Merit Auto Body made it incredibly easy both times. They do factory-quality work, and keep you updated on the progress. Highly recommended. Paul and his crew have a stellar reputation and I can verify it. They are the best. Without question the best body shop in Westchester County and one of the best in all of New York State.

I have never experienced better customer service. Paul kept strong communication for the entire time my car was in the shop, kept me updated on anything I needed to know the second he found out. Was always honest and extremely helpful. He took a lot of stuff off my plate for the stress I was going through with the car. My initial impression was that accident damage was much less, but Merit explained and showed more extensive repair. Very thorough. Handled all matters with insurance claim. Merit gave excellent service and the body work is outstanding. They were also very helpful working with my insurance company. You should expect to leave your car with them for at least 2 weeks though.

Top quality and top customer service. Paul and his team are not only good at what they do, but they are also respectful and really care for their customer. Paul, the manager, especially was extremely professional and wanted to do things right even that meant inconveniencing the shop. Not to mention that price was very reasonable for the type of restoration work. Will plan to go back to Merit with any body work/paint needs as places with these values are hard to find.

This is my 3rd car sent to auto body after being involved in an accident. Never, ever disappointed! Car looks impeccable after. Service is Flawless. Car Clean and waxed delivered for you.
