Terrible service. Sent my car in for a fuel leak and they ended up replacing my radiator after keeping the car for 2 weeks. In that time I received a parking ticket due to the shop parking my car on the street. Worst of all I received my car and after 2 days of driving car caught fire and was totaled. Never coming back.

Car experts who keep fine machines running smoothly.Better than ever. Caution, you get faster service if you call them the day before to schedule a drop off because they are extremely busy. They appreciate the advanced notice and can order parts (if needed) ahead of time.

This place is the best as far as both trust and work go. They're always very honest and upfront with you and will not do anything without your approval. The men who work here are all very kind and respectful, which is such a plus in today's world. I won't go anywhere else.

I was in town for a few days, traveling from Boston, to visit relatives. I checked my oil level before setting out. It was at the lowest recommended level. I was leaving on a Sunday afternoon and didn't have the option of getting my car serviced. I felt confident I could safely make the trip down and get an oil change in NY. I called Bronxville Motors the morning of June 13, 2022 and was told they could service my car if I came right away. I did. Within a few hours, I received a call that my car was ready. The price was competitive. I'm writing to say Thank You to a business that serviced a grateful out-of-town customer on the fly--pleasantly and efficiently!Service: Oil change

I started using Bronxville motors because my dad used them for years. I broke a window and took it to them. They repaired the glass, but didn't remove the broken glass from inside the door. Now 6 months later the window is not going up nor down properly. I took it back and was told that did what they could. If the motor doesn't function then bring it back. Here I come. Now let's see what happens. Let's see if I get a bill for something that should have been fixed 6 months ago. I'll keep you guys posted.

This place is my go to with my car problems. They are not only good at what they do they are also very nice people to deal with.None of those shenanigans that women often report back with from other car shops. Excellent first impression and it started with a phone call. On Monday, 5/7, I spoke to Brian, who was polite, friendly and professional. I had questions and requests regarding my catalytic converter and muffler on my 2003 Chevy Tracker. I met with Brian a few days later, (Thursday 5/9), and he was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. The requested work was done and in a timely manner. The best part was that I didn t get ripped off. I am very happy with the results! He now has a loyal customer who will definitely recommend him.The Romano family thanks you!

These guys are very friendly and professional. They turn things around quickly and charge reasonable rates. Plus, I love the fact they always seem to have the parts for my Land Rover in stock!

Car went into limp mode 3 miles south on the pkwy. Limped off at first exit and while waiting for a tow realized I was half block from their shop. Canceled tow and Brian checked it out, filled it and checked again for leaks. When I returned and asked for the bill he said 'no bill on the house'.Good guy. Good business.

I had my rear bumper repainted and a strut/shock replaced on an older model Mercedes. They did a great job, finished when they said they would, and the cost was reasonable. They even washed my car! Brian was a great help throughout.

I can NOT say enough about these guys. They were GREAT! I own ADRIAN EAST, a children's boutique in town, and dropped off my car at 10 for an inspection. I had said I'd pick it up at 6 after my store closed. They apologized and said, due to the fact that it was a Saturday, they closed at one. As it was a,holiday weekend..I explained that ok...it would be difficult for me to get away midday..but I would have to.Instead, they offered to drop the car off. Not only did they bring me to the store and then drop off the car a few hours later, they called upon seeing that the car was on empty and asked if I wanted them to get ten dollars in gas?!!SO impressive!Above and beyond. We pride ourselves on good customer service and Even I was impressed with GT Motors!! GREAT!

Brought my 2012 Porsche Cayenne S in for inspection of suspension. Brian and Ken diagnosed the problem, did the work quickly and for a fair price. Car is riding like new. Bronxville Motors is a good alternative to dealership maintenance.

Another mechanic told me my transmission was dead and would cost $3500 to replace. Bronxville Motors found that it was a smaller problem and fixed it for under $300.
