Excellent repair experience. Not only the body works of the damaged location, they cleaned the engine bay and buffed the entire body! They are very busy, but very organized. I received the repair status every time of completion of every step.The repair of this fix was a liability by another driver, but I would also use this body shop if I had own accident.

I wrecked my car on March 15th and got it back April 12th!! John and his team did an incredible job on my car and in a timely fashion. They worked great with my insurance and the office emailed me throughout the whole process! It s a lease and I was concerned the paint wouldn t match but my car looks amazing! Like nothing ever happened!! I recommend Bronxville Auto Collision to every one!

A rare find !! I am so impressed with Bronxville Auto Collision! In searching for a certified Honda repair shop in the area, I came across Bronxville Auto Collision which had great reviews online so I decided to give them a call. I immediately felt comfortable and knew I would receive great service they were very informative and explained everything to me about the process. I brought my car in and met John and his staff and they exceeded my expectations every step of the way! I couldn t be happier with the work they did my car looks brand new, repaired and painted perfectly and believe me, I inspected every inch! Had to take in my car for repairs after someone backed into it. Bronxville Auto Collision fit me in their schedule same day, and made it a very smooth and painless process. They kept me informed with updates regularly and when the car was ready, stayed late that day so that I could pick it up. Could not be happier!

I must say, I really love how Joanne and John have been attending my husband and I. They took really good care of BOTH our vehicles. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. My car has been through a lot with other people s reckless driving over the past few years and it s hard to find a body shop that you can really trust. I brought my car to Bronxville Auto Collision after having an accident on the 71st Street entrance to the West Side Highway. (Next time I'll go to 86th Street!) The staff at Bronxville Auto Collision were wonderful. My car looks brand new. The service and communication were excellent throughout the time my car was there. Joanne was terrific and John asked me how my experience was when I left. Excellent! I would definitely recommend Bronxville Auto Collision to anyone for your body work.

I brought my Lexus RX 350 after being rear ended while parked, waiting for an oil change. The last time I needed bodywork I brought it directly to the Lexus dealership thinking that was the smart thing to do. After using Bronxville Auto Collision for my latest accident I wish I had gone there last time. My car looks brand new and my 2015 Lexus looks like it just came off the line. Very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone needing body work!

contacted the shop to repair a side mirror and back bumper. They immediately responded, gave me an estimate, and ordered the parts needed. When I had to delay the repair, they gave me time before bringing the car in and then the car was repaired quickly! I think one of the greatest things they do is communicate well, which is really the key to everything. In terms of the finished product: smoothly repaired and painted both parts to perfection. The owner is terrific. And hands-on. But the front desk/office is really the star here. These days it is unusual to find a business that operates as smoothly as this one seems to. Of course, my repairs were perhaps easier than most, but I would highly recommend this shop. thank you to everyone at Bronxville auto collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First off I want to thank the team at Bronxville auto collision for fixing my babe! She looked brand new just fresh off the lot! The process was worry free and they handled everything with my insurance company. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else!! They even detailed her for me which was a wonderful surprise. The fact that they showed so much care and appreciation for my car to ensure my safety makes me really appreciate their hard work.

My experience here at Bronxville auto is always amazing.Joanne and John always make the process flawless and it for sure takes a huge load of stress off of my plate.I'm a very busy person and this place is very flexible with many things.Hopefully there will never be another accident again but life is life and I van always admit that when life does tackle my car again, best belive I will only come here.I recommend to any and everybody.5 star experience hands down.

Quality work, great communication and excellent customer service. Joanne at the front desk held my hand throughout the repair and insurance claim process. She was organized, friendly and efficient. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bronxville Auto Collision. From the moment I arrived to get an estimate until the work was complete they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only are their prices fair and reasonable, they go above and beyond to make sure their work is perfect. When I picked up my car it was absolutely immaculate. Cleaned inside and out just as a special touch.From the office staff ( Love Joanne) to the mechanics and the owners, my experience with Bronxville auto was beyond top notch. I took my 2022 Tesla Model Y for some cosmetic damage that needed to be painted to be fix. They told me I would Take 2-3 weeks to be completed and they took a little lest than the 3 weeks mark and it would have been earlier if it wasn t for parts delays. John the owner is very informative and told me everything I needed to know. Customer services is excellent Joanne and Katty were always available to answer any questions and keep me up to date. My car came out beautiful and it honestly looks better than new. I would 100% recommend.

My 2020 Mercedes E350 had been in an accident so I decided to take my car to Bronxville Auto Collision. My car was repaired quickly, correctly, and was cleaner then when I dropped it off. 5 stars all around.

I brought my 2020 Ford Transit Connect after being rear ended on the highway, John and Joanne were true professionals and my truck came out like it was brand new. They even touched up some other minor scratches I previously had on my vehicle, they are Ford certified and that was a plus for me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I hope I don t have to come back under the same circumstances but I will only use Bronxville Auto in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Original Review: 10/21/2021First of all, thanks to everyone at the shop and special thanks to John, Joe and Melinee. This shop did my day when I went to pick up my car!I really care about my car and am very picky when it comes to leave her somewhere such as maintenance etc. My front bumper was slightly hit by a careless driver and we got some damage. Nothing dramatic and mainly cosmetic (scratches and 1/4 inch torn at the corner which was visible. Since I was parked and at no fault I didn t want to live with it so I started the process to be covered by his insurance. Everything went smoothly and I started looking for a good body shop. I asked friends and colleagues, searched my brz/frs/86 platforms, and asked Subaru dealers. Finally came to a decision and it was Bronxville Auto Collision.At my first visit I met Joe (shop advisor) and Melinee (admin). Both were so friendly. Joe directly came with me to check the car, called the insurance company, and informed me that they will give a call once it s handled with the insurance. 2 weeks later I went again to the shop to meet the adjuster. He took pictures informed me about the procedure, and transferred the initial estimate to my account. Immediately, Joe and Melinee scheduled the drop off and a week later I left the car.As I said, I am picky!!! I took the daytime running lights and side marker off (received them from Japan) since they are attached on the bumper and I didnt want anything to happen to them. Just left the stocks and informed Joe about it. In the past I experienced so many thing at other places (broken/missing parts, dirt and oil inside and outside the car etc) so I just wanted precaution.When I went to pick up my car, I was glad that I choose John s place! I really appreciate the work and the care they did on my car. The job was done PERFECT! They did care for every little detail. Paint job is outstanding! Even every single clip for the inner liner was the stock! In general mechanics break them or loose them and replace with after market poor clips. Moreover, they also repaired some of the nut dents that was bothering me all the time. THANKS for that too. She was like the first day I got her. When they installed the bezels and my license plate holder mounted on the tow hook on the bumper cover they were so careful finishing everything without a single scratch. Once we were done with the car, they walked me through each step they did and also gave me all copies including the order receipt of the genuine Subaru parts they installed. Everything was transparent and they answered patiently every question I had.This is how you built up trust and will recommend a business to anyone eyes closed.Guys! Again, I appreciate the fantastic job you did. After all, I have no doubt that the paint is done well with proper preparation and will not come off after some time. I will definitely follow up. But for now, I am a very very happy customer.Thanks to all in the Shop!

Sooo...I wish I didn't have to meet these folks...but I'm soooooo glad I did. Joanne and John are amazing... excellent customer service. I didn't have to lift a finger...I brought my car in after an accident and they made sure that they called the rental service to pick me up...and they were there, pronto! No waiting...very helpful and explained everything. My car was ready in less than a week and looked brand spanking new !! Amazing!! Would definitely recommend them for anyone in need...I hope I never have to come in again...but if ever I'm in need...you're the first place to go!!Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit by a school bus while sitting idle at a stop sign...this is the 2nd time I've used them because they are authorized Subaru repair shop and their work is exceptional...from Joanne who processed and managed my repairs to the assurance from John that they would get me back up and running quickly to the crew who returned my Forrester looking brand new inside and out with the detailing, repairs and replacement. I am beyond pleased. PS, they handle more than just Subaru's so give them a try. Antonio R.

Staffed by kind and competent people. They always had an answer or info for me when I reached out for updates. Joanne is particularly great! The shop looks organized and they returned my car cleaner than I was expecting it which was a nice plus. Would return and would recommend.

Bronxville Auto Collision did a quality repair. But they took 15 days to repair a superficial paint scrape after they claim to found "additional damage". At double the original estimate. I was shocked to find out how many hours they billed for repairing this. FYI I left a review under another account but it isn't showing up.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Best body shop I've been to. Very professional and friendly staff that seemed like they really cared about fixing my car, not just getting a quick job done. They fixed my left rear bumper and panel (main issue), but also took care of a water leak they noticed. I've had issues with overspray in the past, and had no issues here. Definitely going back for any future body work.
