Your Family Auto Service Center is where I get my car fixed and maintained, and where I recommend others in the area go as well, and for good reason: the service is prompt, honest, and fairly priced.They took care of a tire sensor that wasn t working anymore for me quickly, and when I had a minor cosmetic question that needed quick fixing, they did it for free.Your Family Auto Service Center is My Family Auto Service Center.(Unfortunately this means I misremember the address.)

They are horrible since the new management. I waited a long time for inspection, and they took another person cause they had a BMW first and made me wait. Even the lady with the BMW apologized since she didn't know. He didn't get a tip from her either and lost me as a longtime customer. Will not recommend it to anyone just for their poor ethics.

Rolly and his team are the true embodiment of what customer service andClient relationships are and should be. HORRIBLE service! I waited for someone to approach me and people just left me there standing without asking if I needed help. When I approached a guy that was working on one of the cars he was NASTY and started yelling "I'm doing an inspection on another car!!!" Like yelling like a lunatic! I yelled back and left. Very unprofessional! Disgusting!

Rollie is the best. I have been coming here for over 25 years. I don't trust anyone else with my car. I drive from Long Island to the Bronx when I need mechanic work for my car or an inspection.

Rolly and Johnson and the entire crew are terrific. They are professional, friendly, fair and HONEST. They do their job, at their own will regardless of how many people they have waiting( they like to be "chatting" and making jokes between themselves, instead of working on fixing the car), so if you don't have extra time during the day, go to someone's else.

This is the best auto mechanic I have found in years...Rolle, the owner, is a very pleasant man, takes time to explain things in layman terms, does not look to rip you off like so many other places I have been to. Place is often packed for a reason.Dec.9,.2022Had to visit Rolle's shop for what turned out to be a very minor issue. The place was packed minutes after he opened for the day, many commenting how satisfied they were with the service. I have been going to Your Family Auto Center for the past eleven years. Rollie and the team are exceptionally honest with the service they provide. Anyone I have referred to Rollie has been pleased with the service they have received. Having made the mistake by going to many other shops and getting taken advantage of for a great part of my vehicle ownership, I currently travel 121 miles for all of my vehicle maintenance and plan on remaining the loyal relationship that Rollie has always shown me as his customer.

I have been a customer for over 20 yrs. Now my brothers use them. Great service. Honest repair center. No thieves here.. fairly priced, but worth it. Speak English, Spanish and Tagalog.

Good service. Very well behaved. I called them on Saturday afternoon by collecting the number from Google. They responded very good. When I went there for my car inspection, they just start doing it immediately. No additional charge or no hassle. They just charged me the regular rate of 37 USD. I'll recommend this place for quick service specially car inspection.

The word Family maybe lost in translation at this auto shop... I took my car to have my breaks changed October of 2019. Since then I ve return to this place 7 times... Had the breaks replaced 3 times and still, I hear loud squeaking from my breaks. In total it has cost me $750 to have squeaky breaks... I thought maybe it was only me until I over heard another gentlemen complaining that he is returning for the same service a 4th time... Conclusion: Family would not lie or play yo-yo with your time. What I went through is exactly why auto shops are so hard to trust. If you can t fix it, be honest with the customer, don t waste peoples time... I still need my brakes changed if someone knows a trustworthy mechanic.Service: Brakes

Good people. Quality service. Friendly demeanor. Conveniently located next to the elevated subway train ( 2 line, Bronx Park East ) They provide quality service and reasonable (standard) rates. Just called them with a question. They happily advised me on what to do. It is an easy fix I could take care of myself or they could take care of it, if I preferred.

I have been a customer for 20 years. And I loved them. But in the recent years, their service and quality of service has declined significantly. High turnover rate on their mechanics. I ve had to take my business elsewhere. It s a real shame.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Sunny always remembers us and is able to see us on short notice. They have gone the extra mile to bang out our dents and have given us great advice to help us save money. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood!

I had such a great experience with this place. I went in to renew my inspection with my check engine light on and they were able to tell me in details what were my issues. They even got my AC to blow cold air again free of charge. I just appreciate the friendly customer services.

Nice shop with many good mechanics and good management. Update. Two repairs have failed on my mustang. The shop could not fix a simple shifter cable and a ball joint failed after only six months. They didn't use quality replacement ball joints. Buyer beware.

Never got the opportunity to see if they provide good service. When I walked in, the guy at the front desk was with a customer. Shortly after, someone came in after me. He told me he would help the guy who came after me first and then be right with me. After helping the guy behind me, he went right back to helping the first guy. I was just standing there with no acknowledgment for far too long. I m not a fan of unprofessionalism so I decided to go to a different body shop. Luckily redline auto repair was right across the street. They helped me immediately.

Ive been a costumer for over twenty years and even thou i moved about an hour away i still come to your family auto where i really feel like family and like always thanks rollie and staff for everything.
