The mechanics are really good at this location! "El Maestro", a lead mechanic there knows his cars. Yacnery (the owner) is fantastic knowledgeable and provides great service! I've gotten an oil change, my brake pads done and my A/C condenser replaced and never had an issue. Even my wife's car gets serviced there. They have also provide warranty on jobs more involved. I Highly recommend this location!

Worst experience. Fixed the wrong part of my car said it was the ABS module over charged me $800 when I picked up my car it didn t make it 5 blocks stopped workingAfter they claim it s was Alternator and tried to charge me an additional $180, $980 for an Alternator! I have a Nissan Quest 2011. Beware! Shady business!

Most of the good comments are fake, if you want to deal with shady business this is your place and at the end tell you that you are getting a reduced price they don t usually give,Schemes, they don t get to the bottom of an issue you will find your car coming back often with new problems. People from the area don t come here now I know why!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

Went there for electrician work and window actuator replacement. Electric said he couldn't, he had work. Opted to do actuator $160 total and he used an old actuator. Still did it because it needed to be done. But will never return there again. I let myself be taken for a fool

Been coming here for many yearsFor my vehicle inspection and repairs on my car. The staff are nice and their price is reasonable. They always do a good job. I fully recommend.

I have to say this has definitely been one of the best experiences I've had in Is any mechanic shop ever there they're care and concern Is beyond reproach And their pricing is fair On top of the fact that they give you a place to sit down and even or even offer you coffee. And to make matters even better their shop is the cleanest I've ever seen anywhere My car was fixed and is end in very good working order

I went to this place a few years back and the the quality of service was great. Fast forward to today. Not one of the people I dealt with in past is not there! All there is, are people who want to do little work as possible and claims they need their money even if the repairs are not up to standards. Oh and they cannot speak English. Need translators! My car still has problems with it. I would never recommend anyone to patronize there. Even the other Auto repair shops stated they were the worst on the block. Try another auto repair service. And if you want to pay a ton of money for car glass repair that is still chipped, go to the window repair store right next to YC;L . Trust me, you will not get the service you are looking for with them either! I noticed their shop was completely empty, too. No one trusts their repairs either. I learned all of this while searching for an ATM machine on the same block. Bad day experience!Service: Battery

I went in for a vehicle inspection to see if a needed anything fixed because I had a TLC inspection for my car, they told me everything was fine payed the $60 , so I went in for the inspection, AND failed o e of my motor mount was not good

The owner is just phenomenal. Please note I'm a returning customer. I needed an oil change again for my 2015 Honda PIlot EXL. I was received, had a cup of coffee, and I was done. You decide.

They are good for basic stuff like brakes, roters, struts and shocks. But engine wise they are horrible. Went there to repair an oil control valve. First time was 600. Didnt repair. Check engine light came back on, second was another 200 for another piece. 3rd was paying the difference of after market to orginal and still the problem isnt fixed. 900$ later and 3 visits still the check engine light came back on. Not going back

This shop is the worst place to bring your car. Let me start be telling you that i took my car there for a cylinder 1 misfire. I explained to the mechanic, that my code scanner reads cylinder 1 misfire,so he tells me that they need to change the air filter,so they did, and told me that the check engine light was gone, and to run it on the highway.So they charge me 83.00 dollars and i drive away. Only to get 5 blocks away, and the check engine came right back on. So i called them back and the lady, I spoke to told me that they had changed the air filter and erased the code. Now if your a smart person, you know that by erasing the code with out fixing the problem the check engine light will return.This shop is not a good place to service your car

They were quick, professional, helpful, and affordable when my friend s car was making a weird noise. 25 minutes later and the car was as good as new. I would definitely return.

VERY POOR SERVICE!! 2003 WV Passat I went there for my car to be checked because of an over heating problem . It was diagnosed for a thermostat defect. They were unable fix it the same day and told me that the thermostat will cost me $80 with a new thermostat gasket. (actually costs $11.99 and a new gasket for $1.69 at autozone ). They also wanted to charge me $170 for the labor. When I told them that I am leaving they said that I have to pay $50 for the diagnostic. I was lucky I left without paying after being cursed at with f's and n's words. I took the car to an other place and found out that my problem was more serious, it was the water pump. I got it fixed and my car is running good now. Never take your car here this place is a rip off! This woman is evil and rude!

To sum it up i went in with 2 problems came out with 3, too much to list. I did a diagnostic on the car which i didnt get the results for. When i went to address the situation to the manager and owner, they did a patch job instead of fixing the problems. Save your money and time and go where the customer is valued. Alot of slick talking and sloppy work.

I'mma keep it real with you chief...this ain't it. They are OVER CHARGING. They are charging dealership prices or a lil bit more. Thats just one thing. On the other hand, their engineers are TRASH. It's like they dont know what they are doing. I took my car in to check for a "shaking issue". The guys tells can't figure out the issue. They jumped from 4 different problems after another. Last, they tell me it's a rack and pinion issue. Ok...they try to charge me A WHOLE ARM. I hit ebay and got the part and attached somewhere else. I FIND OUT THATS NOT THE ISSUE AT ALL. It was my tires! My tires were a bit warped.Another issue was my engine. My engine light was on and they wouldn't figure it out. I told them that i was having spark plug misfire issues and they totally ignored it. Matter of fact, they deleted the codes from the car! They were gonna let me drive around with issues.Don't do it

I took. my GMC to YC&L to get A/C fixed. Blowing hot air at the beginning of the summer was OUT! I was suspecting an Outrageous # ! Within the time I was told to return for "checking it out" I was surprised and happy that it was only an hour and very EASY on the pocket$! These dude are professional and about their business! NIIICE!

I recently went in on 07/8/16 for a/c work and it was my first time and will be my last. I went in originally because my a/c on my 2009 Honda was blowing hot air and was told my condensor had a leak and needed to be changed. In total, I was charged $324 for new condensor, a/c recharge and labor. And now my a/c is worse then when I came in. Sometimes it works and sometimes it blows cold air on one side and hot on the opposite side. I went there twice after I began experiencing these issues and all they can tell me is that they don't know have a clue. They tell me that I have a "mysterious" problem. One of the mechanics even said that "when cars have more mileage they don't work the same" and I told him I had a Lincoln Town car with 400k miles and the a/c was ice cold. Another thing I didn't like was that they make you sit down away from your car so you don't even know what they are doing to it. I am tired of coming here and get sent away with my a/c not working properly. This place is a DISGRACE. I should've read the reviews before I came here. Please save your money and time. These people are crooks and FACHANICS = FAKE MECHANICS. If you love fake work done to your car then this is the place for you.

Do not... repeat, Do not do your car alignment in this place. I took my car for an alignment on 1/25/16, I thought they did what they was supposed to do and that everything was fine but on 3/8/16 I went to sears tire shop and they told me that I need an alignment asap. So I asked them is putting new tires affects the alignment and they said that not as bad my alignment was. So I took the car back to YC & L on 3/9/16 and show the manager (Ramona Uribe) the report from sears that shows how bad it was but she said that all alignment works only get 1 week of guarantee. She also stated that the condition of the street in the bronx, can be a factor. Really! Just because I didn't have time to go somewhere else or just go back to sears, I paid again for the alignment. Here is the worse, after they finished I asked them for the report of the alignment just a to make sure everything is fine, the report shows some numbers and a range of numbers that your alignment should be in. Base on this, I realized that the number of something called "Toe" was not between the range. So I told the manager to make sure that everything is fine, she ask the guy who did it in front of me if everything is fine and he said "yeah, I think so" he was looking at the report like something that he never saw before. She told him to text drive the car and guess what! He came back, put the car in the alignment machine again saying that "oh, something else need to be fix."This people are not professional at all!Lo barato sale caro.

I came here with a ECU problem and because I mentioned I would eventually sell my car the owners wife was considering buying it for 3K because she really wanted it so he gave me a offer of 3k and when I told him I would think about it and then refused he charged me triple of my ECU problem this has been a nightmare trying to buy the ECU piece myself.Service: Electrical
