I ve known Felix for about 20yrs and he has never failed me. His team works together to resolve whatever issue your vehicle has. They take step by step on how to make your vehicle run right and most safe. I ve recommended many friends and even family they all love the service and the friendly atmosphere.

Been my mechanic for some years now think two cars now very reliable dependable service prices are reasonable and within range. Felix the owner is phenomenal with cars and his personality and character as an owner of a shop make you come back for all car service. As well as his staff is friendly and inviting.

I found out about this mechanic through a valet company I use to work for. The pride that they take in their work, the family atmosphere they provide and the information they provide separates them from the rest. Once I started coming here, I haven t gone anywhere else for my personal vehicles. They genuinely care about you, your safety and your investment into your vehicle. This is a great place to take your car. The mechanics are extremely honest an the prices are fair. I had some routine maintenance done here and received assistance from Felix, who was very attentive and helpful in answering my questions. Felix was wonderful to work with. Always kept you up to date with what s going on with your car. Other than that horrible mechanics over charge and always try to find a new random issue. We were purchasing a truck and needed a shop to do a full on check of the vehicle before buying. Not being from the neighborhood, chose Webster randomly ... and it was the best decision. I have a hard time trusting mechanics, from experience.But Webster Master Mechanics changed that for me. They were super professional and all for the customer. Jeimy was awesome, the guy we were purchasing the truck from wasn't being honest with us. She made sure she had her mechanics check everything. Even the price she quoted for a repair, was extremely reasonable.I will be using Webster Master as my mechanic from now on. And I live in NJ, so worth the drive for me for any repairs. I finally found a trustworthy mechanic.

Honest and Fair. Jamie is the best and Felix knows his way around a car. They make recommendations and prioritize them to keep it affordable. They warn you if job will be long. My only complaint is when Jamie is not in office hard to get service/response.

I love how Felix talk to you step by step what s really going on with your vehicle and give you a lay out how much everything is, and will give you an idea what problems to tackle first. Jeimy is very sweet and honest, and the staffs are well focused and fast. Honest Quick Master Mechanics that take pride in there work with a fair price. I had to get my shock fixed. Went during my lunch break they finished it in enough time for me to return to work on time. Let this place be your first stop. I had work done here before and they are honest and reliable This is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Webster Master Mechanics.

This guy messed up my m5 just changing coils !!! Couldn t simply place them in correctly! Went back telling him to check what was wrong before going to dealer ! He couldn t find the fix period ! I had to come out 900 in bmw just for a diagnostic!!! They told me the spark plugs and coils weren t placed in correctly ! DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE NAME NOR REVIEWS!

Warning Warning, do not take your vehicle to this location You will be overcharged and more charges will be added for things you dont need to be done. My car was pulling to the left just a little off by maybe 2�.I went there for a weel alignment,$49.99 Standard price for the front end. The main mechanic (owner) tells me after puting my car on his leftI that my tires needs to be rotated for him to perform alignment,Which will be and additional$25. While in the process of performing the alignment the main mechanic (owner) climbs my right front tire Inner screws We re not fastened correctly causing that tire to shake, for him to tighten the screws to continue the wheel alignment would be an additional $20. After all that was done he wants me to replace a whole bunch of other parts on my vehicle. He then proceeded to guide me to his office to explain to me what was done and what needs to be done. He explained to me that my right front tire is still offset and he will need to place a screw to make it 100%, which cost some more money. I asked the question, is my car aligned? that s what I went there for. The main mechanic (owner) Said to me it s off a little He will need to put the screw in, which he wanted me to agree to get done for more money.So basically I went there to get my alignment fixed which never got fix. Three hours later and out of $150,I pull my car out of the shop my car was still pulling to the left, The same way I brought it in, Please do yourselfs a favor fine somewhere else to do an alignment job or any mechanical work.

Left my Vehicle here For a blown Headgasket, Told me price for labor was $70 a Hour , Parts not yet Known. Check in on my car one week later ... Nothing was done on it . they charged me $95 a Hour and even clocked 15.6 Hours Of Labor .. when the job wasnt completed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXPENSIVE SCAMMING SHOP

EXCELLENT MECHANICS AT THIS SHOP. I DONT KNOW THEM BY NAMES BUT THEY ARE THE BEST MECHANICS IN THE BRONX. IVE BEEN TO MANY OTHER PLACES THAT CHARGE YOU 20-40$ JUST TO CHECK YOUR CAR. THESE GUYS WILL NOT. THEY WILL DO FULL CHECK UP AND GIVE YOU THE LIST OF WHATS NEEDED.... AND IF YOU DROP YOUR CAR OFF EARLY AND COME GET IT LATE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE MECHANIC SEEN THAT YOU HAVEN'T. SO BY THEM DOING EXTRA MIGHT JUST SAVE YOU IN THE LONG RUN.... WEBSTER MASTER MECHANICS YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.... MIGHT BE EXPENSIVE AT TIMES BUT DEF WORTH IT.FELIX IS THE BEST...... PS JULIUS WITH THE RED MAXIMA

They give you a full list of recommendations on secondary parts that may fail do to recalled parts. They also have a fancy waiting room with full leather couches and a big screen TV AND A COFFEE MAKER!

When it comes to mechanics Felix and his crew at Webster Master Mechanics are the best in the field. When it comes to mechanic shops in the Bronx this place is the best. I would recommend these guys 100%

Charge 2 much Tries to add work without consent tells you there So many more things wroung with vehicle team Doesn t work on car for great amount of time they mostly talk waste time while u paying for labor would not recommend this place for any major machine issues the best they good for is change battery or TiresService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Extremely over priced for terrible service. Do not waste your time because if you go in to fix something they will tell you 10 more things are wrong. You ll be charged a ridiculous amount for labor and parts you did not ask for and by the end of it your original problem will not be fixed . Big mistake!

When I went to this establishment I was met by a guy when I was explaining what was the problem he went straight to oh it might be the transmission or engine I used to do mechanic work in FL so I told him it can t be the transmission it s something else since he saw that I knew something about cars I guess he got offended and started to be rude and told me to take my car elsewhere he saw that he wasn t going to rip me off don t go here they ll hit you with the bait and switch on you go elsewhere where they won t rip you off

they scamers .they charge me $1017.00 labor and the part $404.00 .by the end i found out they change the fuses no more than $40 .be careful be careful be careful.
