THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! CHECK YOUR INVOICES ND THE WORK THEY DO!!! THEY CHARGED my insurance for a NEW DOOR and only REPAIRED IT! I HAVE THEM ON VIDEO Saying it s a new door over n over and when I showed them marks I already had on the door all of the sudden they ONLY REPAIRED IT but they charged my insurance for a new door!!! You have to stay on top of them cus they will leave ur car sitting there for days and wks with out touching it. N Don t let them wave your deductible, cus they will charge more n still say u paid it in your invoice!!!not to mention all the pain drip they also had to fix after my complaint I will upload my videos to prove what I am saying #waldys

Car was hit on drivers side, Waldy and Mike showed up and waited for hours with me for police to show (which they never did). After telling them about a negative experience with another auto body they were both straight up with me about what needed to be done and promised that wouldn t happen with them. They got my car back to me within a week and a half, ahead of the estimated completion date provided by my insurance. Definitely would bring my car back to them if I ever need any more work and definitely will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again to Waldy and Mike for their help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

great customer service . My car looks like new very satisfied with how smooth my process went . They answer all my questions gave me info I didn t know as I had no clue my insurance cover rental I appreciate that .

These People are shady, I should of trust my instincts with these people but of course I learned my lesson hard. Please if you are unfortunate enough to have these people help you with your Car, make a list and take pictures of all before and after. They will lie about changing parts and all they do is clean and try to make look like New. Believe me I don't need to be doing this it's corny to me, but if you work hard for what you got it shouldn't be taken advantage of from Wally and his Team. If you find your self with Missing tires and all of a sudden Waldy and his team show up out of no where don't let pressure you, they will chat you down to trust them. I recommend to relax and search for someone Honest.

Very bad experience at this shop. It took them around 3 months to have my car fixed. They gave me the car back with a dead battery, the horn not working, and a lot of missing parts. I couldn't meet the NYS inspection. I went to the dealership and have all these issues fixed, and I spent more money on the repair.

Had the need for repair after getting smacked on the passenger rear of my car. Waldys were the first to offer care. They repaired rear quarter panel and bumper and gave the car a wash and even cleaned the interior someone even repaired the Interior Handle to close the rear hatch. Appreciate the care put into fixing my Ford Escape. Good Customer service. Everyone I dealt with, were also very courteous I d recommend them for your car needs.

These guys are thieves. They have people steal your tires and rims and then try to use their company for business my car was vandalized they took all my wheels and had my car sitting on crates this dude Jason is standing by my car waiting for me to come out then try to get me to use his company you guys are playing with

This place is awesome and fast .There was just one funny face looking dude that kept a extra eye on me, like He had sugar in his tank .think they called him Jay . Keep a eye on him and a bat near by in case .but based on there work ,I'd highly recommend.on that theory they must be #LGBTQ friendly and open to all walks of life in the that place . Which made feel more welcomed .Service: Painting

Great customer service but would never bring a new car here again. They didn t install correctly. Had to take it to my cars actual brand service department and they told me the mistakes they made. Smh. Come here if you drive a old car
